절King Jems Pisin BaibelKing James Version
¶ Nau i gat wanpela man bilong Ramataim-sofim, bilong maunten Ifraim, na nem bilong en em Elkana, pikinini man bilong Jeroham, pikinini man bilong Ilaihu, pikinini man bilong Tohu, pikinini man bilong Suf, wanpela man Efrata. Now there was a certain man of Ramathaim–zophim, of mount Ephraim, and his name was Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Elihu, the son of Tohu, the son of Zuph, an Ephrathite:
Na em i gat tupela meri. Nem bilong wanpela em Hana, na nem bilong arapela em Penina. Na Penina i gat ol pikinini, tasol Hana i no gat pikinini. And he had two wives; the name of the one was Hannah, and the name of the other Peninnah: and Peninnah had children, but Hannah had no children.
Na dispela man i save go antap ausait long biktaun bilong em olgeta wan wan yia long lotu na long sakrifais i go long BIKPELA bilong ol ami long Sailo. Na tupela pikinini man bilong Ilai, Hofni na Finias, ol pris bilong BIKPELA, i stap long dispela hap. And this man went up out of his city yearly to worship and to sacrifice unto the Lord of hosts in Shiloh. And the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, the priests of the Lord, were there.
Na taim taim i kamap long Elkana i wokim ofa, em i givim long meri bilong em Penina, na long olgeta pikinini man bilong em na olgeta pikinini meri bilong em, ol hap skel. And when the time was that Elkanah offered, he gave to Peninnah his wife, and to all her sons and her daughters, portions:
Tasol long Hana em i givim hap skel i inap tru. Long wanem, em i laikim tru Hana. Tasol BIKPELA i bin pasim bel bilong em. But unto Hannah he gave a worthy portion; for he loved Hannah: but the Lord had shut up her womb.
Na birua bilong em tu i skrapim bel bilong em strong tru, bilong mekim em wari, bilong wanem, BIKPELA i bin pasim bel bilong em. And her adversary also provoked her sore, for to make her fret, because the Lord had shut up her womb.
Na taim man i mekim olsem olgeta wan wan yia, taim meri i go antap long haus bilong BIKPELA, olsem tasol meri i skrapim bel bilong em. Olsem na em i krai tru, na em i no bin kaikai. And as he did so year by year, when she went up to the house of the Lord, so she provoked her; therefore she wept, and did not eat.
Nau man bilong em Elkana i tokim em, Hana, bilong wanem yu krai tru? Na bilong wanem yu no kaikai? Na bilong wanem bel bilong yu i gat bel sori? Ating i yes long ai bilong yu long mi winim tenpela pikinini man? Then said Elkanah her husband to her, Hannah, why weepest thou? and why eatest thou not? and why is thy heart grieved? am not I better to thee than ten sons?
¶ Olsem na Hana i kirap bihain long taim ol i bin kaikai long Sailo, na bihain long taim ol i bin dring. Nau pris Ilai i sindaun antap long sia klostu long wanpela pos bilong tempel bilong BIKPELA. So Hannah rose up after they had eaten in Shiloh, and after they had drunk. Now Eli the priest sat upon a seat by a post of the temple of the Lord.
Na tewel bilong meri em i pait tru, na em i beten long BIKPELA, na krai strong tru. And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed unto the Lord, and wept sore.
Na em i wokim strongpela promis na tok, O BIKPELA bilong ol ami, sapos tru tru Yu bai lukluk long hevi bilong wokmeri bilong Yu, na holim tingting long mi, na Yu no lusim tingting long wokmeri bilong Yu, tasol Yu ken givim long wokmeri bilong Yu wanpela pikinini man, orait mi bai givim em long BIKPELA olgeta de bilong laip bilong em, na bai i no gat resa i kam antap long het bilong em. And she vowed a vow, and said, O Lord of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child, then I will give him unto the Lord all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head.
Na em i kamap olsem, taim em i wok long beten i stap long ai bilong BIKPELA, long Ilai i luksave long maus bilong em. And it came to pass, as she continued praying before the Lord, that Eli marked her mouth.
Nau Hana, em i toktok long bel bilong em, tasol tupela lip bilong em i muv, tasol i no gat wanpela i harim nek bilong em. Olsem na Ilai i ting meri i bin spak. Now Hannah, she spake in her heart; only her lips moved, but her voice was not heard: therefore Eli thought she had been drunken.
Na Ilai i tokim em, Inap long wanem taim bai yu stap spak? Rausim i go wain bilong yu long yu. And Eli said unto her, How long wilt thou be drunken? put away thy wine from thee.
Na Hana i bekim na tok, Nogat, bikman bilong mi, mi wanpela meri husat spirit bilong em i pilim hevi. Mi no bin dringim wain o strongpela dring tu, tasol mi bin kapsaitim tewel bilong mi long ai bilong BIKPELA. And Hannah answered and said, No, my lord, I am a woman of a sorrowful spirit: I have drunk neither wine nor strong drink, but have poured out my soul before the Lord.
No ken kaunim wokmeri bilong yu olsem pikinini meri bilong Belial. Long wanem, ausait long wari na bel sori bilong mi i pulap tru, mi bin wokim toktok inap long hia. Count not thine handmaid for a daughter of Belial: for out of the abundance of my complaint and grief have I spoken hitherto.
Nau Ilai i bekim na tok, Go wantaim bel isi. Na God bilong Isrel i ken tok orait long dispela strongpela askim bilong yu yu bin askim long Em. Then Eli answered and said, Go in peace: and the God of Israel grant thee thy petition that thou hast asked of him.
Na meri i tok, Larim wokmeri bilong yu i ken painim pinis marimari long ai bilong yu. Olsem na meri i go long rot bilong em, na em i bin kaikai, na pes bilong em i no soim hevi moa. And she said, Let thine handmaid find grace in thy sight. So the woman went her way, and did eat, and her countenance was no more sad.
¶ Na ol i kirap long moning tru, na lotu long ai bilong BIKPELA, na go bek, na kamap long haus bilong ol long Rama. Na Elkana i slip wantaim meri bilong em Hana. Na BIKPELA i holim tingting long em. And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the Lord, and returned, and came to their house to Ramah: and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife; and the Lord remembered her.
Olsem na em i kamap olsem, taim taim i kamap olsem bihain long taim Hana i bin kisim bel, long em i karim pikinini man, na kolim nem bilong em Samyuel, i spik, Bilong wanem, mi bin askim long em long BIKPELA. Wherefore it came to pass, when the time was come about after Hannah had conceived, that she bare a son, and called his name Samuel, saying, Because I have asked him of the Lord.
Na dispela man Elkana, na olgeta hauslain bilong em, i go antap bilong ofaim i go long BIKPELA dispela sakrifais bilong olgeta wan wan yia, na strongpela promis bilong em. And the man Elkanah, and all his house, went up to offer unto the Lord the yearly sacrifice, and his vow.
Tasol Hana i no go antap. Long wanem, em i tokim man bilong em, Bai mi no inap go antap inap long taim pikinini i lusim susu, na nau mi bai bringim em, inap long em i ken kamap ples klia long ai bilong BIKPELA, na stap long dispela hap oltaim oltaim. But Hannah went not up; for she said unto her husband, I will not go up until the child be weaned, and then I will bring him, that he may appear before the Lord, and there abide for ever.
Na man bilong em Elkana i tokim em, Mekim wanem samting i luk olsem i gutpela long ai bilong yu. Yu stap yet inap long yu bin mekim em i lusim susu. BIKPELA i ken strongim tok bilong Em tasol. Olsem tasol meri i stap, na givim susu long pikinini man bilong em inap long em i mekim em lusim susu. And Elkanah her husband said unto her, Do what seemeth thee good; tarry until thou have weaned him; only the Lord establish his word. So the woman abode, and gave her son suck until she weaned him.
Na taim em i bin mekim em lusim susu, em i kisim em wantaim em, wantaim tripela bulmakau man, na wanpela ifa plaua, na wanpela skin meme wain, na bringim em i go long haus bilong BIKPELA long Sailo. Na pikinini em i yangpela. And when she had weaned him, she took him up with her, with three bullocks, and one ephah of flour, and a bottle of wine, and brought him unto the house of the Lord in Shiloh: and the child was young.
Na ol i kilim i dai wanpela bulmakau man, na bringim dispela pikinini long Ilai. And they slew a bullock, and brought the child to Eli.
Na meri i tok, O bikman bilong mi, olsem tewel bilong yu i stap laip, bikman bilong mi, mi dispela meri i sanap klostu long yu hia, na beten long BIKPELA. And she said, Oh my lord, as thy soul liveth, my lord, I am the woman that stood by thee here, praying unto the Lord.
Long dispela pikinini mi prea. Na BIKPELA i bin givim mi dispela strongpela askim bilong mi mi askim long Em. For this child I prayed; and the Lord hath given me my petition which I asked of him:
Olsem na tu mi bin givim em olsem dinau long BIKPELA. Inap long taim em i stap laip, em bai stap olsem dinau long BIKPELA. Na em i lotuim BIKPELA long dispela hap. Therefore also I have lent him to the Lord; as long as he liveth he shall be lent to the Lord. And he worshipped the Lord there.
