Lukim, Em bai kam, BIKPELA bilong ol ami i tok. | Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the Lord of hosts. |

Na Mi bai stap wanpela witnes hariap i birua long ol poisin man, na i birua long ol man bilong bagarapim marit long pamuk pasin, na i birua long ol man bilong wokim giaman strongpela promis, na i birua long ol dispela man husat i givim hevi long man ol i baim long pe bilong em, meri man bilong em i dia pinis, na pikinini i no gat papa, na husat i tanim ausait man long sait i lusim rait bilong em, na i no pret long Mi, BIKPELA bilong ol ami i tok. | And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the Lord of hosts. |

Tasol yupela i tok, Mipela bai kam bek insait long wanem samting? | Even from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the Lord of hosts. But ye said, Wherein shall we return? |

| 10 | Yupela i mas bringim olgeta namba ten hap i kam insait long haus bilong putim kago, inap long i ken gat kaikai insait long haus bilong Mi, na pruvim Mi nau long en, BIKPELA bilong ol ami i tok, sapos Mi bai i no inap opim ol windo bilong heven long yupela, na kapsaitim wanpela blesing i go ausait long yupela, inap long bai i no gat spes inap long kisim dispela. | Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. |

Na i gat wanem helpim long en inap long mipela i bin bihainim lo Em i makim, na long mipela i bin wokabaut wantaim pasin bilong soim sori long ai bilong BIKPELA bilong ol ami? | Ye have said, It is vain to serve God: and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance, and that we have walked mournfully before the Lord of hosts? |
| 15 | Na nau mipela i kolim ol hambak man man i gat amamas. Yes, ol husat i wokim pasin nogut i sanap antap. Yes, ol husat i traim God, yes , Em i kisim bek ol. | And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea, they that tempt God are even delivered. |
