¶ Na em i go insait long wanpela sip, na go hapsait, na kam insait long biktaun bilong em yet. And he entered into a ship, and passed over, and came into his own city.
Na, lukim, ol i bringim long em wanpela man i sik long sik palsi, i slip long dispela bet. Na taim Jisas i lukim bilip tru bilong ol em i tokim man i sik long sik palsi, Pikinini man, stap wantaim gutpela amamas. Mi lusim ol sin bilong yu. And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.
Na, lukim, sampela bilong ol man bilong rait i toktok insait long ol yet, Dispela man i tok bilas. And, behold, certain of the scribes said within themselves, This man blasphemeth.
Na Jisas, taim em i save long ol tingting bilong ol, i tok, Olsem wanem na yupela i tingting nogut insait long ol bel bilong yupela? And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts?
Long wanem, wanem em i isi moa, long tok, Mi lusim ol sin bilong yu, o long tok, Kirap, na wokabaut? For whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and walk?
Tasol inap long yupela i ken save long Pikinini Man bilong man i gat pawa long dispela graun long lusim ol sin, (nau em i tokim man i sik long sik palsi,) Kirap, kisim bet bilong yu i go antap, na go long haus bilong yu. But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house.
Na em i kirap, na lusim dispela hap i go long haus bilong em. And he arose, and departed to his house.
Tasol taim ol bikpela lain tru i lukim dispela, ol i tingting planti, na givim glori long God, husat i bin givim kain pawa olsem long ol man. But when the multitudes saw it, they marvelled, and glorified God, which had given such power unto men.
¶ Na taim Jisas i wokabaut ausait i lusim dispela ples, em i lukim wanpela man, husat nem bilong emem Matyu, i sindaun bilong kisim kastam mani. Na em i tokim em, Bihainim mi. Na em i kirap, na bihainim em. And as Jesus passed forth from thence, he saw a man, named Matthew, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he saith unto him, Follow me. And he arose, and followed him.
Na em i kamap olsem, taim Jisas i sindaun long kaikai long dispela haus, lukim, planti man bilong kisim takis na ol sinman i kam na sindaun wantaim em na ol disaipel bilong em. And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples.
Na taim ol Farisi i lukim dispela, ol i tokim ol disaipel bilong em, Bilong wanem Tisa bilong yupela i kaikai wantaim ol man bilong kisim takis na ol sinman? And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners?
Tasol taim Jisas i harim dispela, em i tokim ol, Ol husat i orait olgeta i no gat nid long wanpela dokta, tasol ol husat i sik i gat nid. But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.
Tasol yupela go na lainim long dispela i mining wanem, Mi bai gat sori, na sakrifais nogat. Long wanem, mi no kam long singautim ol stretpela man, tasol ol sinman long tanim bel. But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
¶ Nau ol disaipel bilong Jon i kam long em, i spik, Bilong wanem mipela na ol Farisi i tambuim kaikai planti taim, tasol ol disaipel bilong yu i no tambuim kaikai? Then came to him the disciples of John, saying, Why do we and the Pharisees fast oft, but thy disciples fast not?
Na Jisas i tokim ol, Ating ol pikinini bilong rum bilong meri i laik marit bai soim sori, taim man i laik marit i stap yet wantaim ol? Tasol ol de bai kam, taim ol bai tekewe man i laik marit long ol, na nau ol bai tambuim kaikai. And Jesus said unto them, Can the children of the bridechamber mourn, as long as the bridegroom is with them? but the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken from them, and then shall they fast.
I no gat man i putim nupela hap laplap i go long olpela klos, long wanem, dispela samting ol i putim insait long pulimapim dispela bai tekewe hap long dispela klos, na mekim bruk i nogut moa. No man putteth a piece of new cloth unto an old garment, for that which is put in to fill it up taketh from the garment, and the rent is made worse.
Na tu ol man i no putim nupela wain i go insait long ol olpela skin meme. Nogut ol skin meme i bruk, na wain i ran i go ausait, na ol skin meme i pinis olgeta. Tasol ol i putim nupela wain i go insait long ol nupela skin meme, na tupela wantaim i ken stap gut yet. Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.
¶ Taim em i tokim ol long ol dispela samting, lukim, i gat wanpela hetman i kam, na lotuim em, i spik, Pikinini meri bilong mi, yes, nau i dai pinis. Tasol kam na putim han bilong yu antap long em, na em bai stap laip. While he spake these things unto them, behold, there came a certain ruler, and worshipped him, saying, My daughter is even now dead: but come and lay thy hand upon her, and she shall live.
Na Jisas i kirap, na bihainim em, na ol disaipel bilong em i mekim olsem. And Jesus arose, and followed him, and so did his disciples.
Na, lukim, wanpela meri, husat i gat sik nogut wantaim wanpela blut i kam ausait twelpela yia, i kam baksait long em, na tasim arere bilong klos bilong em. And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment:
Long wanem, em i tok insait long em yet, Sapos mi ken tasim klos bilong em tasol, mi bai stap orait olgeta. For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.
Tasol Jisas i tanim em yet nabaut, na taim em i lukim em, em i tok, Pikinini meri, stap wantaim gutpela bel isi. Bilip tru bilong yu i bin mekim yu orait olgeta. Na dispela meri i kamap orait olgeta i stat long dispela aua stret. But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.
Na taim Jisas i kam insait long haus bilong dispela hetman, na lukim ol man bilong wokim musik na ol manmeri i wokim wanpela nois, And when Jesus came into the ruler’s house, and saw the minstrels and the people making a noise,

Tasol taim em i rausim ol manmeri i go ausait, em i go insait, na kisim meri long han bilong em, na dispela yangpela meri i kirap. But when the people were put forth, he went in, and took her by the hand, and the maid arose.
Na biknem tru bilong en i go ausait i go long olgeta dispela hap. And the fame hereof went abroad into all that land.
¶ Na taim Jisas i lusim dispela ples, tupela aipas man i bihainim em, na singaut, na tok, Yu Pikinini Man bilong Devit, sori long mitupela. And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou Son of David, have mercy on us.
Na taim em i kam insait long haus, tupela aipas man i kam long em. Na Jisas i tokim tupela, Yutupela i bilip long mi stap inap long mekim dispela? Ol i tokim em, Yes, Bikpela. And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord.
Nau em i tasim ol ai bilong ol, i spik, Bilong bihainim bilip tru bilong yutupela em i ken kamap long yupela. Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.
Na ol ai bilong ol i op. Na Jisas i givim tok long ol stret, i spik, Lukaut gut long i no gat man i ken save long dispela. And their eyes were opened; and Jesus straitly charged them, saying, See that no man know it.
Tasol ol, taim ol i lusim dispela hap, i mekim biknem tru bilong em long go nabaut ausait long olgeta dispela hap graun. But they, when they were departed, spread abroad his fame in all that country.
Taim ol i go ausait, lukim, ol i bringim long em wanpela mauspas man spirit nogut i holimpas. As they went out, behold, they brought to him a dumb man possessed with a devil.
Na taim em i rausim dispela spirit nogut i go ausait, mauspas i toktok. Na dispela bikpela lain tru i tingting planti, i spik, Mipela i no bin lukim samting olsem bipo long Isrel. And when the devil was cast out, the dumb spake: and the multitudes marvelled, saying, It was never so seen in Israel.
Tasol ol Farisi i tok, Em i rausim ol spirit nogut long wok bilong hetman bilong ol spirit nogut. But the Pharisees said, He casteth out devils through the prince of the devils.
¶ Na Jisas i go nabaut long olgeta biktaun na vilis, na skulim ol manmeri insait long ol sinagog bilong ol, na autim gutnius bilong kingdom, na oraitim olgeta wan wan sik na olgeta wan wan sik nogut namel long ol manmeri. And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.
Tasol taim em i lukim ol bikpela lain tru, pasin sori i kirapim em long ol, bilong wanem, ol i hap i dai, na ol i bruk nabaut ausait, olsem ol sipsip taim ol i no gat wasman. But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd.
Nau em i tokim ol disaipel bilong em, Tru tumas, kamautim bilong ol kaikai i planti tru, tasol ol man bilong hatwok i no planti. Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;
Olsem na yupela i mas beten long Bikpela bilong kamautim kaikai, inap long em bai salim ol man bilong hatwok i go ausait long kamautim bilong kaikai bilong em. Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.
