| 2 | Na, lukim, wanpela lepraman i kam na lotuim em, i spik, Bikpela, sapos yu gat laik, yu ken mekim mi klin. | And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. |
| 3 | Na Jisas i putim han bilong em i go ausait, na tasim em, i spik, Mi gat laik. Yu stap klin. Na wantu sik lepra bilong em i kamap klin. | And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed. |

Tasol toktok long wanpela toktok tasol, na wokboi bilong mi bai stap orait. | The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. |

Na long wokboi bilong mi, Mekim dispela, na em i mekim. | For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it. |

And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour. |

Na em i rausim ol spirit wantaim tok bilong em, na oraitim olgeta husat i sik, | When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick: |
| 17 | Inap long em i ken kamap pinis, dispela profet Eseas i toktok, i spik, Em yet i kisim ol sik bilong yumi, na karim ol sik bilong yumi. | That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses. |
| 18 | ¶ Nau taim Jisas i lukim ol traipela lain tru nabaut long em, em i givim tok strong long go long arapela sait. | Now when Jesus saw great multitudes about him, he gave commandment to depart unto the other side. |
| 19 | Na wanpela man bilong rait i kam, na tokim em, Tisa, mi bai bihainim yu long wanem hap yu go. | And a certain scribe came, and said unto him, Master, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest. |

Tasol Pikinini Man bilong man i no gat ples we em i ken slipim het bilong em. | And Jesus saith unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head. |

| 22 | Tasol Jisas i tokim em, Bihainim mi. Na larim ol daiman planim ol daiman bilong ol. | But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead. |
| 23 | ¶ Na taim em i go insait long wanpela sip, ol disaipel bilong em i bihainim em. | And when he was entered into a ship, his disciples followed him. |
| 24 | Na, lukim, wanpela bikpela bikwin nogut i kirap long biksi, inap olsem long ol sibruk i karamapim sip. Tasol em i slip i stap. | And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but he was asleep. |
| 25 | Na ol disaipel bilong em i kam long em, na kirapim em, i spik, Bikpela, kisim bek mipela. Mipela i wok long dai olgeta. | And his disciples came to him, and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish. |
| 26 | Na em i tokim ol, Bilong wanem yupela i pulap long pret, O yupela bilong liklik bilip tru? Nau em i kirap, na hatim ol win na biksi. Na biksi i stap isi tru olgeta. | And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm. |
| 27 | Tasol ol man i tingting planti, i spik, Dispela em i wanem kain man, husat, yes, ol win na biksi i bihainim tok bilong em! | But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him! |
| 28 | ¶ Na taim em i kam long arapela sait insait long hap graun bilong ol man Gergesa, tupela man ol spirit nogut i holimpas i kam bungim em, taim ol i kam ausait long ol matmat, strongpela tru planti moa yet, inap long i no gat man i ken wokabaut klostu long dispela rot. | And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way. |
| 29 | Na, lukim, ol i singaut, i spik, Mipela i gat wanem wok wantaim yu, Jisas, yu Pikinini Man bilong God? Ating yu kam hia long givim traipela pen long mipela bipo long taim bilong en? | And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time? |

| 31 | Olsem tasol ol spirit nogut i askim em plis strong, i spik, Sapos yu rausim mipela, larim mipela i go insait long dispela lain bilong ol pik. | So the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine. |

Na, lukim, dispela lain pik olgeta i ran wantaim pasin pait i go daun long ples i maunten tru i go insait long biksi, na dai olgeta insait long ol wara. | And he said unto them, Go. And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters. |
| 33 | Na ol husat i lukautim ol i ranawe, na go long ol rot bilong ol i go insait long biktaun, na tokaut long olgeta wan wan samting, na wanem samting i kamap long tupela husat ol spirit nogut i holimpas. | And they that kept them fled, and went their ways into the city, and told every thing, and what was befallen to the possessed of the devils. |

Na taim ol i lukim em, ol i askim em plis strong long em i ken lusim i go ausait long ol hap arere bilong ol. | And, behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus: and when they saw him, they besought him that he would depart out of their coasts. |
