| 3 | Sikispela yia yu mas tromoi pikinini kaikai long gaden bilong yu, na sikispela yia yu mas katim han bilong bung bilong ol diwai wain bilong yu, na bungim ol kaikai bilong dispela. | Six years thou shalt sow thy field, and six years thou shalt prune thy vineyard, and gather in the fruit thereof; |

Yu no ken tromoi pikinini kaikai long gaden bilong yu, o katim ol han bilong bung bilong diwai wain bilong yu. | But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest unto the land, a sabbath for the Lord: thou shalt neither sow thy field, nor prune thy vineyard. |

Long wanem dispela em i yia bilong malolo long dispela hap graun. | That which groweth of its own accord of thy harvest thou shalt not reap, neither gather the grapes of thy vine undressed: for it is a year of rest unto the land. |

| 8 | ¶ Na yu mas makim sevenpela sabat bilong ol yia i go long yu sevenpela taim sevenpela yia, na taim bilong dispela sevenpela sabat bilong ol yia bai stap long yu em foti na nain yia. | And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty and nine years. |

Dispela mas i stap wanpela jubili long yupela, na yupela mas larim olgeta wan wan man i go bek long graun bilong em na yupela mas larim olgeta wan wan man i go bek long famili bilong em. | And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family. |

| 14 | Na sapos yu salim wanpela samting long man i stap klostu long yu o yu baim wanpela samting long han bilong man i stap klostu long yu, yupela no ken givim hevi wanpela long narapela. | And if thou sell ought unto thy neighbour, or buyest ought of thy neighbour’s hand, ye shall not oppress one another: |
| 15 | Bilong bihainim namba bilong ol yia bihain long jubili yu mas baim graun bilong man i stap klostu long yu na em i mas salim dispela long yu bilong bihainim namba bilong ol yia bilong kisim kaikai long dispela. | According to the number of years after the jubile thou shalt buy of thy neighbour, and according unto the number of years of the fruits he shall sell unto thee: |

Long wanem em bilong bihainim namba bilong ol yia bilong kisim kaikai em i as bilong em i salim dispela long yu. | According to the multitude of years thou shalt increase the price thereof, and according to the fewness of years thou shalt diminish the price of it: for according to the number of the years of the fruits doth he sell unto thee. |

| 18 | Long dispela as, yupela mas bihainim ol lo bilong Mi i stap long buk na lukautim gut ol tok bilong Mi long pe bilong kot na bihainim ol, na yupela bai sindaun long dispela hap graun na no gat birua. | Wherefore ye shall do my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; and ye shall dwell in the land in safety. |
| 19 | Na dispela hap graun bai givim kaikai bilong em, na yupela bai kaikai long yupela inap tru na sindaun long dispela hap graun long yupela i no gat birua. | And the land shall yield her fruit, and ye shall eat your fill, and dwell therein in safety. |
| 20 | Na sapos yupela bai tok, Bai yumi kaikai wanem samting long namba seven yia? Harim, yumi no ken tromoi pikinini kaikai o bungim ol kaikai bilong yumi. | And if ye shall say, What shall we eat the seventh year? behold, we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase: |
| 21 | Long dispela taim bai Mi givim strongpela tok long blesing bilong Mi i kam long yupela long yia namba sikis, na dispela bai karim kaikai inap long tripela yia. | Then I will command my blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for three years. |
| 22 | Na yupela mas tromoi pikinini kaikai long yia namba et na kaikai yet long olpela kaikai inap long yia namba nain, inap long ol kaikai bilong graun i kamap mau yupela mas kaikai olpela kaikai. | And ye shall sow the eighth year, and eat yet of old fruit until the ninth year; until her fruits come in ye shall eat of the old store. |
| 23 | ¶Yupela i no ken salim graun bilong yupela inap long oltaim oltaim. Long wanem dispela hap graun i bilong Mi. Long wanem yupela i stap ol man bilong narapela kantri na ol waira i stap wantaim Mi. | The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine; for ye are strangers and sojourners with me. |
| 24 | Na long olgeta bilong dispela hap graun bilong yupela i holim, yupela mas larim narapela brata i baim bek graun bilong em. | And in all the land of your possession ye shall grant a redemption for the land. |
| 25 | Sapos brata bilong yu i kamap rabis na em i bin salim sampela graun bilong wanem samting em i holim, na sapos wanpela bilong lain bilong em i kam long baim bek dispela, orait em i mas baim bek wanem samting brata bilong em i bin salim. | If thy brother be waxen poor, and hath sold away some of his possession, and if any of his kin come to redeem it, then shall he redeem that which his brother sold. |
| 26 | Na sapos dispela man i no gat wanpela man long baim bek dispela na em yet inap long baim bek dispela, | And if the man have none to redeem it, and himself be able to redeem it; |
| 27 | Nau larim em kaunim ol yia bilong em i bin salim dispela na bekim hamas em i stap yet long man em i bin salim dispela long em, bai em i ken go bek gen long graun bilong em. | Then let him count the years of the sale thereof, and restore the overplus unto the man to whom he sold it; that he may return unto his possession. |
| 28 | Tasol sapos dispela man i no inap bekim dispela hap i stap yet long man i bin baim, orait graun em i bin salim mas stap yet long han bilong man i bin baim dispela, inap long yia bilong jubili. Na long yia bilong jubili dispela dinau bai go na em i ken go bek long graun bilong em. | But if he be not able to restore it to him, then that which is sold shall remain in the hand of him that hath bought it until the year of jubile: and in the jubile it shall go out, and he shall return unto his possession. |
| 29 | Na sapos wanpela man i salim wanpela haus bilong i stap insait na em i insait long wanpela biktaun i gat banis nabaut, orait em i ken baim bek dispela insait long wanpela yia bihain long em i bin salim dispela, insait long wanpela yia em i ken baim bek dispela. | And if a man sell a dwelling house in a walled city, then he may redeem it within a whole year after it is sold; within a full year may he redeem it. |

Dispela bai i no inap go bek long jubili. | And if it be not redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city shall be established for ever to him that bought it throughout his generations: it shall not go out in the jubile. |

Yupela i ken baim bek ol, na ol bai kamaut fri long jubili. | But the houses of the villages which have no wall round about them shall be counted as the fields of the country: they may be redeemed, and they shall go out in the jubile. |
| 32 | Tasol ol biktaun bilong ol Livai na ol haus bilong ol biktaun bilong ol, ol Livai i ken baim bek ol long olgeta taim. | Notwithstanding the cities of the Levites, and the houses of the cities of their possession, may the Levites redeem at any time. |
| 33 | Na sapos wanpela man i baim haus bilong ol Livai, orait dispela haus man Livai i bin salim na dispela biktaun bilong em, mas i go fri long yia bilong jubili. Long wanem ol haus bilong ol biktaun bilong lain bilong Livai i stap samting bilong ol namel long ol pikinini bilong Isrel. | And if a man purchase of the Levites, then the house that was sold, and the city of his possession, shall go out in the year of jubile: for the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the children of Israel. |
| 34 | Tasol hap bilong ol gaden i stap arere bilong ol biktaun bilong ol, ol i no ken salim. Long wanem dispela i stap samting bilong ol olgeta taim. | But the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold; for it is their perpetual possession. |
| 35 | Na sapos brata bilong yu i kamap rabisman na em i pundaun long bagarap long ai bilong yu, orait, yu mas helpim em. Yes, maski em i stap man bilong narapela kantri o waira i stap wantaim yu, bai em i ken i stap laip wantaim yu. | And if thy brother be waxen poor, and fallen in decay with thee; then thou shalt relieve him: yea, though he be a stranger, or a sojourner; that he may live with thee. |
| 36 | Yu no ken kisim profit mani long em o wanpela samting i antap long wanem samting yu bin givim em. Tasol yu mas pret long God bilong yu, bai brata bilong yu i ken stap laip wantaim yu. | Take thou no usury of him, or increase: but fear thy God; that thy brother may live with thee. |
| 37 | Yu no ken givim em mani bilong yu long kisim profit mani, o larim em i kisim kaikai bilong yu bilong yu ken kisim moa kaikai long em. | Thou shalt not give him thy money upon usury, nor lend him thy victuals for increase. |
| 38 | Mi stap BIKPELA na God bilong yupela, na Mi bin bringim yupela i kamaut long graun bilong Isip long givim yupela dispela graun bilong Kenan, na long Mi stap God bilong yupela. | I am the Lord your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God. |
| 39 | ¶ Na sapos brata bilong yu i sindaun klostu long yu i kamap rabisman na wanpela i salim em long yu, yu no ken mekim em i mekim wok bilong yu olsem wanpela wokboi nating. | And if thy brother that dwelleth by thee be waxen poor, and be sold unto thee; thou shalt not compel him to serve as a bondservant: |
| 40 | Tasol olsem wanpela wokboi yu baim wok bilong em na olsem man i stap waira wantaim yu, em i mas stap wantaim yu na mekim wok bilong yu inap long yia bilong jubili. | But as an hired servant, and as a sojourner, he shall be with thee, and shall serve thee unto the year of jubile: |
| 41 | Na long dispela taim em bai lusim yu, em na ol pikinini bilong em wantaim em, na ol bai go bek long famili bilong em yet na em bai go bek long graun samting bilong ol papa bilong em. | And then shall he depart from thee, both he and his children with him, and shall return unto his own family, and unto the possession of his fathers shall he return. |
| 42 | Long wanem ol i stap ol wokboi bilong Mi, na Mi bin bringim ol long lusim graun bilong Isip. Yupela no ken salim ol olsem ol wokboi nating. | For they are my servants, which I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: they shall not be sold as bondmen. |
| 43 | Yu no ken bosim em long pasin bilong bagarapim em, tasol yu mas pret long God bilong yu. | Thou shalt not rule over him with rigour; but shalt fear thy God. |
| 44 | Ol wokboi nating na ol wokmeri nating yu bai kisim, ol i mas stap bilong ol haiden i stap raun nabaut long yupela, yupela mas baim ol wokboi nating na wokmeri nating i bilong ol. | Both thy bondmen, and thy bondmaids, which thou shalt have, shall be of the heathen that are round about you; of them shall ye buy bondmen and bondmaids. |
| 45 | Na moa tu ol pikinini bilong ol man bilong narapela kantri i stap waira namel long yupela, yupela i ken baim bilong ol na bilong ol famili bilong ol i stap wantaim yupela, ol i bin karim ol long hap graun bilong yupela. Na ol bai stap samting i bilong yupela. | Moreover of the children of the strangers that do sojourn among you, of them shall ye buy, and of their families that are with you, which they begat in your land: and they shall be your possession. |
| 46 | Na yupela bai kisim ol olsem samting bilong givim ol pikinini bilong yupela i kamap bihain long yupela, long ol i ken kisim ol bilong i stap samting bilong ol yet. Ol bai stap ol wokboi nating bilong yupela oltaim oltaim. Tasol wanpela bilong yupela i no ken bosim narapela long pasin bilong bagarapim em long ol brata bilong yupela, em ol pikinini bilong Isrel. | And ye shall take them as an inheritance for your children after you, to inherit them for a possession; they shall be your bondmen for ever: but over your brethren the children of Israel, ye shall not rule one over another with rigour. |

| 49 | Em smolpapa bilong em o pikinini man bilong smolpapa bilong em, ol i ken baim bek em, o wanpela i klostu bilong lain bilong em i ken baim bek em, o sapos em inap em i ken baim bek em yet. | Either his uncle, or his uncle’s son, may redeem him, or any that is nigh of kin unto him of his family may redeem him; or if he be able, he may redeem himself. |

Na pe bilong salim em bek mas i stap bilong bihainim namba bilong ol yia na bilong bihainim taim bilong wanpela wokman em i bin baim wok bilong em, em i mas stap olsem long em. | And he shall reckon with him that bought him from the year that he was sold to him unto the year of jubile: and the price of his sale shall be according unto the number of years, according to the time of an hired servant shall it be with him. |

| 52 | Na sapos i gat liklik namba bilong yia i stap yet i go long yia bilong jubili, orait em i mas kaunim wantaim em na bilong bihainim ol yia bilong em, em i mas givim dispela man gen pe bilong baim bek em yet. | And if there remain but few years unto the year of jubile, then he shall count with him, and according unto his years shall he give him again the price of his redemption. |

Na bosman i no ken bosim em long pasin bilong bagarapim em long ai bilong yu. | And as a yearly hired servant shall he be with him: and the other shall not rule with rigour over him in thy sight. |

Mi stap BIKPELA na God bilong yupela. | For unto me the children of Israel are servants; they are my servants whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God. |
