| 2 | Olsem long insait long wanpela bikpela traim bilong taim hevi, amamas tru bilong ol i planti moa yet na pasin bilong stap rabis tru bilong ol i dip tru i go long ol samting i dia tru bilong pasin bilong givim wantaim laik bilong bel bilong ol. | How that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded unto the riches of their liberality. |

| 7 | ¶ Olsem na, olsem yupela i pulap tru long olgeta wan wan samting, long bilip tru, na long pasin bilong toktok, na long save, na long olgeta hatwok, na long laikim tru bilong yupela long mipela, lukluk gut long yupela i pulap tru long dispela marimari tu. | Therefore, as ye abound in every thing, in faith, and utterance, and knowledge, and in all diligence, and in your love to us, see that ye abound in this grace also. |

| 14 | Tasol em i long pasin bilong wanmak stret, inap long nau long dispela taim yupela i gat planti moa yet i ken inapim ol nid bilong ol, inap long taim ol i gat planti moa yet tu i ken inapim ol nid bilong yupela, inap long pasin bilong wanmak stret i ken stap. | But by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may be a supply for their want, that their abundance also may be a supply for your want: that there may be equality: |

| 17 | Long wanem, em i tru em i kisim dispela toktok bilong strongim bel. Tasol, taim em i redi moa, long laik bilong em yet em i go long yupela. | For indeed he accepted the exhortation; but being more forward, of his own accord he went unto you. |
| 18 | Na mipela i bin salim wantaim em dispela brata, husat biknem bilong em i stap insait long gutnius namel long olgeta sios. | And we have sent with him the brother, whose praise is in the gospel throughout all the churches; |
| 19 | Na i no dispela tasol, tasol husat tu ol sios i makim bilong wokabaut wantaim mipela wantaim dispela marimari, dispela mipela i lukautim long givim glori long Bikpela stret, na tokaut bilong tingting bilong yupela i redi, | And not that only, but who was also chosen of the churches to travel with us with this grace, which is administered by us to the glory of the same Lord, and declaration of your ready mind: |
| 20 | Taim mipela i abrusim dispela, long i no gat man i ken putim asua long mipela long dispela planti samting moa yet, dispela mipela i lukautim, | Avoiding this, that no man should blame us in this abundance which is administered by us: |
| 21 | Taim mipela i givim ol samting i no gat giaman, i no long ai bilong Bikpela tasol, tasol tu long ai bilong ol man. | Providing for honest things, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men. |
| 22 | Na mipela i bin salim brata bilong mipela wantaim ol, husat mipela i bin wok strong long pruvim planti taim long planti samting, tasol nau mipela i wok strong hamas moa, antap long dispela bikpela strongpela bilip mi gat long yupela. | And we have sent with them our brother, whom we have oftentimes proved diligent in many things, but now much more diligent, upon the great confidence which I have in you. |

O sapos wanpela i askim long ol brata bilong mipela, ol i ol mausman bilong ol sios, na glori bilong Kraist. | Whether any do enquire of Titus, he is my partner and fellowhelper concerning you: or our brethren be enquired of, they are the messengers of the churches, and the glory of Christ. |
