절King Jems Pisin BaibelKing James Version
¶ Nau long sait bilong ol samting we yupela i raitim mi long en. Em i gutpela long man i no tasim meri. Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman.
Tasol, long abrusim pamuk pasin, larim olgeta wan wan man i ken gat meri bilong em yet, na larim olgeta wan wan meri i ken gat man bilong em yet. Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.
Larim maritman i ken mekim gutpela samting em i mas mekim i go long meri bilong em. Na wankain olsem tu maritmeri i mas mekim long man bilong em. Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband.
Maritmeri i no gat pawa long bodi bilong em yet, tasol man bilong em. Na wankain olsem tu maritman i no gat pawa long bodi bilong em yet, tasol meri bilong em. The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife.
Yupela i no ken pasim bodi wanpela i go long arapela, sapos yutupela i no tok yes long mekim long taim yupela i makim, inap long yupela i ken givim yupela yet long pasin bilong tambuim kaikai na prea. Na bihain kam pas wantaim gen, inap long Seten i no ken traim yupela taim yupela i no inap long bosim bodi gut. Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.
Tasol mi toktok long dispela bikos God i larim mi, na i no bilong wanpela tok strong. But I speak this by permission, and not of commandment.
Long wanem, mi gat laik long olgeta man, yes, i ken stap olsem mi yet. Tasol olgeta wan wan man i gat presen bilong em i stret i kam long God, wanpela i bihainim dispela pasin, na narapela i bihainim dispela. For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that.
Olsem na mi tokim ol lain i no marit na ol meri man bilong ol i dai pinis, Em i gutpela long ol sapos ol i stap, yes, olsem mi. I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, It is good for them if they abide even as I.
Tasol sapos ol i no inap bosim gut bodi, larim ol i ken marit. Long wanem, em i gutpela moa long marit long bel i ken kuk. But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.
¶ Na long ol lain i marit mi tok strong, tasol i no mi, tasol Bikpela, Maritmeri i no ken lusim man bilong em. And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband:
Tasol na sapos em i lusim em, larim em stap yet meri i no marit, o em i mas kamap wanbel gen wantaim man bilong em. Na maritman i no ken rausim i go meri bilong em. But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.
Tasol long ol arapela mi toktok, i no Bikpela. Sapos wanpela brata i gat meri husat i no bilip, na meri i amamas long stap wantaim em, em i no ken rausim em i go. But to the rest speak I, not the Lord: If any brother hath a wife that believeth not, and she be pleased to dwell with him, let him not put her away.
Na maritmeri husat i gat man bilong em husat i no bilip, na sapos man i amamas long stap wantaim em, em i no ken lusim em. And the woman which hath an husband that believeth not, and if he be pleased to dwell with her, let her not leave him.
Long wanem, maritman i no gat bilip i kamap holi long meri bilong em, na maritmeri i no gat bilip i kamap holi long man bilong em. Sapos nogat, ol pikinini bilong yupela i no klin. Tasol nau ol i stap holi. For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy.
Tasol sapos em husat i no gat bilip i go, larim em i go. Wanpela brata o susa i no stap aninit long kalabus long ol dispela kain hevi. Tasol God i bin singautim yumi long bel isi. But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace.
Long wanem, yu save wanem, O maritmeri, long yu bai kisim bek man bilong yu o nogat? O yu save olsem wanem, O maritman, long yu bai kisim bek meri bilong yu o nogat? For what knowest thou, O wife, whether thou shalt save thy husband? or how knowest thou, O man, whether thou shalt save thy wife?
¶ Tasol olsem God i bin tilim long olgeta wan wan man, olsem Bikpela i bin singautim olgeta wan wan, olsem tasol larim em wokabaut. Na mi makim olsem insait long olgeta sios. But as God hath distributed to every man, as the Lord hath called every one, so let him walk. And so ordain I in all churches.
Ating God i singautim wanpela man taim em i katim skin pinis? No ken larim em i kamap man i no katim skin. Ating God i bin singautim wanpela man taim em i no katim skin pinis? No ken larim em katim skin. Is any man called being circumcised? let him not become uncircumcised. Is any called in uncircumcision? let him not be circumcised.
Pasin bilong katim skin em i samting nating, na pasin bilong i no katim skin em i samting nating, em i pasin bilong bihainim ol tok strong bilong God tasol. Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but the keeping of the commandments of God.
Larim olgeta wan wan man stap yet insait long dispela wankain singaut we em i stap taim God i singautim em. Let every man abide in the same calling wherein he was called.
Ating God i singautim yu taim yu stap wanpela wokboi? No ken wari long en. Tasol sapos yu ken kamap fri, mobeta yu yusim dispela. Art thou called being a servant? care not for it: but if thou mayest be made free, use it rather.
Long wanem, em husat God i singautim insait long Bikpela, taim em i stap wokboi, em i friman bilong Bikpela. Wankain olsem tu em husat God i singautim, taim em i stap fri, em i wokboi bilong Kraist. For he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord’s freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free, is Christ’s servant.
God i baim yupela wantaim wanpela pe. Yupela i no ken stap ol wokboi bilong ol man. Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men.
Ol brata, larim olgeta wan wan man, we God i singautim em long en, stap yet insait long en wantaim God. Brethren, let every man, wherein he is called, therein abide with God.
¶ Nau long sait bilong ol meri i no bin slip wantaim man mi no gat wanpela tok strong i kam long Bikpela. Tasol mi givim tingting bilong mi, olsem wanpela husat i bin kisim sori bilong Bikpela long stap man yu inap bilip long em. Now concerning virgins I have no commandment of the Lord: yet I give my judgment, as one that hath obtained mercy of the Lord to be faithful.
Olsem na mi ting olsem long dispela em i gutpela long dispela bikpela wari bilong nau, mi tok, long em i gutpela bilong wanpela man long stap olsem. I suppose therefore that this is good for the present distress, I say, that it is good for a man so to be.
Ating yu pas pinis long wanpela meri? No ken painim rot long lusim em. Ating meri bilong yu i lusim yu pinis? No ken painim wanpela meri. Art thou bound unto a wife? seek not to be loosed. Art thou loosed from a wife? seek not a wife.
Tasol na sapos yu marit gen, yu no bin mekim sin. Na sapos wanpela meri i no bin slip wantaim man i marit, em i no bin mekim sin. Tasol kain lain olsem bai gat trabel long sait bilong bodi. Tasol mi soim sori long yupela. But and if thou marry, thou hast not sinned; and if a virgin marry, she hath not sinned. Nevertheless such shall have trouble in the flesh: but I spare you.
Tasol mi mekim dispela tok, ol brata, taim i sot. Em i stap yet, long ol husat i gat ol meri bai stap olsem ol i no gat wanpela, But this I say, brethren, the time is short: it remaineth, that both they that have wives be as though they had none;
Na ol husat i krai tru, olsem ol i no bin krai tru, na ol husat i wokim amamas tru, olsem ol no bin wokim amamas tru, na ol husat i baim samting, olsem ol i no holimpas samting, And they that weep, as though they wept not; and they that rejoice, as though they rejoiced not; and they that buy, as though they possessed not;
Na ol husat i yusim dispela graun, olsem ol i no bagarapim dispela nogut. Long wanem, pasin bilong dispela graun i wok long pinis olgeta. And they that use this world, as not abusing it: for the fashion of this world passeth away.
Tasol mi gat laik long yupela i no ken wari. Em husat i no marit i wari long ol dispela samting i bilong Bikpela, long em i ken amamasim bel bilong Bikpela olsem wanem. But I would have you without carefulness. He that is unmarried careth for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord:
Tasol em husat i marit i wari long ol dispela samting i bilong dispela graun, long em i ken amamasim bel bilong meri bilong em olsem wanem. But he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife.
Maritmeri na meri i no bin slip wantaim man i narakain tu. Meri i no marit i wari long ol samting bilong Bikpela, inap long em i ken stap holi long bodi na long spirit wantaim. Tasol meri husat i marit i wari long ol samting bilong dispela graun, long em i ken amamasim bel bilong man bilong em olsem wanem. There is difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman careth for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit: but she that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please her husband.
Na dispela mi toktok bilong helpim yupela yet. I no long mi ken tromoi wanpela trap antap long yupela, tasol bilong dispela samting i fit tru, na long yupela i ken givim ia long Bikpela taim i no gat arapela samting i kisim tingting. And this I speak for your own profit; not that I may cast a snare upon you, but for that which is comely, and that ye may attend upon the Lord without distraction.
¶ Tasol sapos wanpela man i ting long wokabaut bilong em yet i no fit tru long meri bilong em i no bin slip wantaim man, sapos meri i abrusim nambawan hap bilong ol krismas bilong em, na nid i strong long en olsem, larim em mekim wanem samting em i laik, em i no mekim sin. Larim ol i ken marit. But if any man think that he behaveth himself uncomely toward his virgin, if she pass the flower of her age, and need so require, let him do what he will, he sinneth not: let them marry.
Tasol em husat i sanap strong insait long bel bilong em, taim em i no gat nid, tasol em i gat pawa long bosim laik bilong em yet, na em i bin tokaut strong olsem insait long bel bilong em long em bai lukautim meri bilong em i no bin slip wantaim man, em i mekim gutpela. Nevertheless he that standeth stedfast in his heart, having no necessity, but hath power over his own will, and hath so decreed in his heart that he will keep his virgin, doeth well.
Olsem na nau em husat i givim meri long marit i mekim gutpela. Tasol em husat i no givim meri long marit i mekim pasin i gutpela moa. So then he that giveth her in marriage doeth well; but he that giveth her not in marriage doeth better.
¶ Maritmeri i kalabus long lo taim man bilong em i stap laip. Tasol sapos man bilong em i dai pinis, em i fri long maritim husat em i laik, insait long Bikpela tasol. The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom she will; only in the Lord.
Tasol em i amamas moa sapos em i stap olsem, i bihainim tingting bilong mi. Na mi ting tu long mi gat Spirit bilong God. But she is happier if she so abide, after my judgment: and I think also that I have the Spirit of God.
