| 1 | Och HERren talade med Mose, och sade: | And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, |
| 2 | Säg Aaron och hans söner, at de hålla sig ifrån Israels barns helgo, hwilket de mig helga, och icke ohelga mitt helga namn; ty jag är HERren. | Speak unto Aaron and to his sons, that they separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel, and that they profane not my holy name in those things which they hallow unto me: I am the Lord. |
| 3 | Säg dem nu til, och deras efterkommandom: Hwilken af edor säd går til det helga, som Israels barn helga HERranom, och orenar sig så på det, hans själ skall utrotad warda för mitt anlete; ty jag är HERren. | Say unto them, Whosoever he be of all your seed among your generations, that goeth unto the holy things, which the children of Israel hallow unto the Lord, having his uncleanness upon him, that soul shall be cut off from my presence: I am the Lord. |
| 4 | Hwilken af Aarons säd är spitelsk, eller hafwer ena flöd, den skall icke äta af det helga, til dess han warder ren. Den som kommer wid någon oren kropp, eller den som hans säd afgår i sömnen: | What man soever of the seed of Aaron is a leper, or hath a running issue; he shall not eat of the holy things, until he be clean. And whoso toucheth any thing that is unclean by the dead, or a man whose seed goeth from him; |
| 5 | Eller den som kommer wid en matk, den honom oren är, eller en mennisko, som honom oren är, och allt det honom orenar: | Or whosoever toucheth any creeping thing, whereby he may be made unclean, or a man of whom he may take uncleanness, whatsoever uncleanness he hath; |
| 6 | Hwilken själ kommer wid något deraf, den är oren intil aftonen, och skall icke äta af de helgo; utan skall först bada sin kropp med watn. | The soul which hath touched any such shall be unclean until even, and shall not eat of the holy things, unless he wash his flesh with water. |
| 7 | Och när solen är nedergången, och han ren worden är, då må han äta deraf; ty det är hans spis. | And when the sun is down, he shall be clean, and shall afterward eat of the holy things; because it is his food. |
| 8 | Et as, och hwad af wilddjur rifwit är, skolen I icke äta, at I icke skolen warda orene deruppå; ty jag är HERren. | That which dieth of itself, or is torn with beasts, he shall not eat to defile himself therewith: I am the Lord. |
| 9 | Derföre skola de hålla mina stadgar, at de icke skola lägga synd uppå sig, och dö deröfwer, när de ohelga sig; ty jag är HERren, som dem helgar. | They shall therefore keep mine ordinance, lest they bear sin for it, and die therefore, if they profane it: I the Lord do sanctify them. |
| 10 | Ingen annar skall äta af det helgo, ej heller Prestens husman, ej heller någon dagakarl. | There shall no stranger eat of the holy thing: a sojourner of the priest, or an hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing. |
| 11 | När Presten köper ena själ för sina penningar, den må äta deraf. Och det i hans huse födt är, det må ock äta af hans bröd. | But if the priest buy any soul with his money, he shall eat of it, and he that is born in his house: they shall eat of his meat. |
| 12 | Om Prestens dotter warder ens främmandes hustru, skall hon icke äta af dess helgas häfoffer. | If the priest’s daughter also be married unto a stranger, she may not eat of an offering of the holy things. |
| 13 | Warder hon en enka, eller utdrifwen, och hafwer ingen säd, och kommer igen til sins faders hus, så skall hon äta af sins faders bröd, såsom då hon ännu piga war: Men ingen främmande skall äta deraf. | But if the priest’s daughter be a widow, or divorced, and have no child, and is returned unto her father’s house, as in her youth, she shall eat of her father’s meat: but there shall no stranger eat thereof. |
| 14 | Hwilken som eljest äter af de helgo owetandes, han skall lägga femtedelen dertil, och gifwa Prestenom med de helgo: | And if a man eat of the holy thing unwittingly, then he shall put the fifth part thereof unto it, and shall give it unto the priest with the holy thing. |
| 15 | På det at de icke skola ohelga Israels barns helga, som de häfoffra HERranom: | And they shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, which they offer unto the Lord; |
| 16 | At de icke skola lägga missgerning och skuld på sig, när de äta af deras helgo; ty jag är HERren, som dem helgar. | Or suffer them to bear the iniquity of trespass, when they eat their holy things: for I the Lord do sanctify them. |
| 17 | Och HERren talade med Mose, och sade: | And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, |
| 18 | Säg Aaron och hans söner, och all Israels barn: Hwilken Israelit eller främling i Israel will göra sitt offer, ware sig af löfte, eller af fri wilja, at de wilja göra HERranom et bränneoffer, det honom skall wara tacknämligit af eder: | Speak unto Aaron, and to his sons, and unto all the children of Israel, and say unto them, Whatsoever he be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers in Israel, that will offer his oblation for all his vows, and for all his freewill offerings, which they will offer unto the Lord for a burnt offering; |
| 19 | Det skall wara et mankön, och utan wank, af fä, lambom eller getom. | Ye shall offer at your own will a male without blemish, of the beeves, of the sheep, or of the goats. |
| 20 | Allt det som något fel hafwer, skolen I icke offra; förty det warder icke tacknämligit för eder. | But whatsoever hath a blemish, that shall ye not offer: for it shall not be acceptable for you. |
| 21 | Och hwilken et tackoffer HERranom göra will, et besynnerligit löfte, eller af fri wilja, af fä eller får, det skall wara utan wank, at det må warda tacknämligit. Det skall hafwa ingen wank. | And whosoever offereth a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the Lord to accomplish his vow, or a freewill offering in beeves or sheep, it shall be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no blemish therein. |
| 22 | Är det blindt, eller brutit, eller sargadt, eller förtwinadt, eller maslogt, eller skabbogt; så skola de icke sådant offra HERranom, och intet offer deraf gifwa på HERrans altare. | Blind, or broken, or maimed, or having a wen, or scurvy, or scabbed, ye shall not offer these unto the Lord, nor make an offering by fire of them upon the altar unto the Lord. |
| 23 | En oxe eller får, som oskickeliga eller lytta lemmar hafwer, må du offra af en fri wilja; men icke warder det tacknämligit för et löfte. | Either a bullock or a lamb that hath any thing superfluous or lacking in his parts, that mayest thou offer for a freewill offering; but for a vow it shall not be accepted. |
| 24 | Du skalt ock icke offra HERranom något det förkramadt, eller förstött, eller förslitit, eller utskurit är; och skolen sådant icke göra i edro lande. | Ye shall not offer unto the Lord that which is bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut; neither shall ye make any offering thereof in your land. |
| 25 | Du skalt ock icke offra något sådant af ens främlings hand, med edars Guds bröd; ty det doger intet, och hafwer en wank: Derföre warder det icke tacknämligit för eder. | Neither from a stranger’s hand shall ye offer the bread of your God of any of these; because their corruption is in them, and blemishes be in them: they shall not be accepted for you. |
| 26 | Och HERren talade med Mose, och sade: | And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, |
| 27 | När en kalf, eller lamb, eller get födt är, så skall det wara när sine moder i sju dagar: På åttonde dagen och derefter må man offra det HERranom, så är det tacknämligit. | When a bullock, or a sheep, or a goat, is brought forth, then it shall be seven days under the dam; and from the eighth day and thenceforth it shall be accepted for an offering made by fire unto the Lord. |
| 28 | Ware sig nöt eller får, så skall man icke slagta det med sin unga på enom dag. | And whether it be cow or ewe, ye shall not kill it and her young both in one day. |
| 29 | När I wiljen göra HERranom et lofoffer, det för eder tacknämligit skall wara; | And when ye will offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving unto the Lord, offer it at your own will. |
| 30 | Så skolen I äta det på samma dagen, och skolen intet behålla qwart intil morgonen; ty jag är HERren. | On the same day it shall be eaten up; ye shall leave none of it until the morrow: I am the Lord. |
| 31 | Derföre håller min bud, och görer dem; ty jag är HERren. | Therefore shall ye keep my commandments, and do them: I am the Lord. |
| 32 | At I icke ohelgen mitt helga namn, och at jag må helgad warda ibland Israels barn; ty jag är HERren den eder helgar: | Neither shall ye profane my holy name; but I will be hallowed among the children of Israel: I am the Lord which hallow you, |
| 33 | Den eder utur Egypti land fört hafwer, at jag skulle wara edar Gud: Jag är HERren. | That brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the Lord. |
