| 1 | Bienaventurado el varón, que no anduvo en consejo de malos, ni estuvo en camino de pecadores, ni se asentó en silla de burladores. | Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. |
| 2 | Mas antes en la ley de Jehová es su voluntad: y en su ley meditará de día y de noche. | But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. |
| 3 | Y será como el árbol plantado junto a arroyos de aguas, que da su fruto en su tiempo: y su hoja no se marchita, y todo lo que hace, prosperará. | And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. |
| 4 | ¶ No así los malos: sino como el tamo, que lo lanza el viento. | The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away. |
| 5 | Por tanto no se levantarán los malos en el juicio: ni los pecadores en la congregación de los justos. | Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. |
| 6 | Porque Jehová conoce el camino de los justos: y el camino de los malos se perderá. | For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish. |
