1	다윗 하나님, 주님은 나의 하나님, 물기 없이 메말라 황폐한 땅에서 목마른 사람이 물을 찾듯이, 내가 주님을 찾습니다. 내 영혼이 주님을 찾아 목이 마르고 이 육신도 주님 찾아 애가 타서,	O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;
2	내가 성소에서 주님을 뵙고 주의 권능과 주의 영광을 봅니다.	To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.
3	주님의 한결같은 그 사랑이 생명보다 더 소중하기에, 내가 입술로 주께 영광을 돌립니다.	Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.
4	이 생명 다하도록, 주님을 찬양하렵니다. 내가 손을 들어서 주의 이름을 찬양하렵니다.	Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.
5	기름지고 맛깔진 음식을 배불리 먹은 듯이 내 영혼이 만족하니, 내가 기쁨에 가득 찬 입술로 주님을 찬양하렵니다.	My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:
6	잠자리에 들어서도 주님만을 기억하고 밤을 새우면서도 주님만을 생각합니다.	When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches.
7	주께서 나를 도우셨기에 나 이제 주의 날개 그늘에서 주님을 즐거이 노래하렵니다.	Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.
8	이 몸이 주님 뒤를 가까이 따르니, 주의 오른손이 나를 꼭 붙잡아 주십니다.	My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.
9	나를 죽이려고 노리는 자는 땅 아래 깊은 곳으로 내려갈 것이다.	But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth.
10	그들은 칼을 맞고 쓰러지고, 그 주검은 승냥이의 밥이 될 것이다.	They shall fall by the sword: they shall be a portion for foxes.
11	하나님께서 우리의 임금님에게 승리를 안겨 주시니, 우리의 임금님은 이 일로 즐거우시다. 하나님의 이름으로 맹세하는 사람들은, 다 함께 승리를 기뻐하겠지만, 거짓말을 하는 사람들은 말문이 막힐 것이다.	But the king shall rejoice in God; every one that sweareth by him shall glory: but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped.
