1	성전에 올라가는 순례자의 노래 하늘 보좌에 앉아 계시는 주님, 내가 눈을 들어 주님을 우러러봅니다.	Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.
2	상전의 손을 살피는 종의 눈처럼, 여주인의 손을 살피는 몸종의 눈처럼, 우리의 눈도, 주께서 우리에게 자비를 베푸시길 원하여 주 우리 하나님을 바라봅니다.	Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the Lord our God, until that he have mercy upon us.
3	주님, 우리에게 자비를 베풀어 주십시오. 우리에게 자비를 베풀어 주십시오. 너무나도 많은 멸시를 받았습니다.	Have mercy upon us, O Lord, have mercy upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.
4	평안하게 사는 자들의 조롱과 오만한 자들의 멸시가 우리의 심령에 차고 넘칩니다.	Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease, and with the contempt of the proud.
