절Updated Gdańsk BibleKing James Version
Jak jeleń pragnie wód strumieni, tak moja dusza pragnie ciebie, Boże. As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.
Moja dusza jest spragniona Boga, Boga żywego. Kiedy przyjdę i ukażę się przed obliczem Boga? My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?
Łzy stały się dla mnie chlebem we dnie i w nocy, gdy mówią do mnie co dzień: Gdzie jest twój Bóg? My tears have been my meat day and night, while they continually say unto me, Where is thy God?
Wylewam swą duszę, gdy wspominam, jak krocząc w tłumie, szedłem z nimi do domu Bożego wśród głosów radości i chwały, pośród świętującego tłumu. When I remember these things, I pour out my soul in me: for I had gone with the multitude, I went with them to the house of God, with the voice of joy and praise, with a multitude that kept holyday.
Dlaczego się smucisz, moja duszo, i czemu się we mnie trwożysz? Zaufaj Bogu, bo jeszcze będę go wysławiał za jego zbawcze oblicze. Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance.
Mój Boże, smuci się we mnie moja dusza, dlatego wspominam cię z ziemi Jordanu i Hermonu, z góry Misar. O my God, my soul is cast down within me: therefore will I remember thee from the land of Jordan, and of the Hermonites, from the hill Mizar.
Przepaść przyzywa przepaść szumem twoich upustów; wszystkie twoje fale i nawałnice przewalają się nade mną. Deep calleth unto deep at the noise of thy waterspouts: all thy waves and thy billows are gone over me.
Lecz we dnie Pan udzieli mi swego miłosierdzia, a w nocy będzie we mnie jego pieśń i moja modlitwa do Boga mego życia. Yet the Lord will command his lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life.
Powiem Bogu, mojej skale: Czemu o mnie zapomniałeś? Czemu chodzę smutny z powodu ucisku wroga? I will say unto God my rock, Why hast thou forgotten me? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?
Jak rana w moich kościach, tak mnie urągają moi wrogowie, gdy mówią do mnie każdego dnia: Gdzie jest twój Bóg? As with a sword in my bones, mine enemies reproach me; while they say daily unto me, Where is thy God?
Czemu się smucisz, moja duszo, i czemu się we mnie trwożysz? Zaufaj Bogu, bo jeszcze będę go wysławiał, gdyż on jest zbawieniem mego oblicza i moim Bogiem. Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
