| 1 | Swoim głosem wołam do Pana; swoim głosem modlę się do Pana. | I cried unto the Lord with my voice; with my voice unto the Lord did I make my supplication. |
| 2 | Wylewam przed nim swoją troskę i opowiadam mu swoje utrapienie. | I poured out my complaint before him; I shewed before him my trouble. |
| 3 | Gdy mój duch jest we mnie zdruzgotany, ty znasz moją ścieżkę; na drodze, którą chodziłem, zastawili na mnie sidło. | When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then thou knewest my path. In the way wherein I walked have they privily laid a snare for me. |
| 4 | Oglądałem się na prawo i spojrzałem, ale nie było nikogo, kto mnie znał; nie było dla mnie ucieczki, nikt się nie troszczył o moją duszę. | I looked on my right hand, and beheld, but there was no man that would know me: refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul. |

| 7 | Wyprowadź moją duszę z więzienia, abym chwalił twoje imię; sprawiedliwi otoczą mnie, gdy okażesz mi dobroć. | Bring my soul out of prison, that I may praise thy name: the righteous shall compass me about; for thou shalt deal bountifully with me. |
