절	새한글성경 (2024)	King James Version
1	사람이 죽어도 장례조차 치러 주지 않을 것이다 (예언자) 여호와의 말씀이 나한테 내려오는 일이 일어났습니다.	The word of the Lord came also unto me, saying,
2	(하나님) “너는 이곳에서 아내를 맞아들이지 마라. 아들들과 딸들이 너에게 생기게 해서도 안 된다.”	Thou shalt not take thee a wife, neither shalt thou have sons or daughters in this place.
3	(예언자) 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨기 때문입니다. 이곳에서 태어나는 아들들과 딸들을 두고서 말씀하신 것입니다. 또 이 땅에서 그들을 낳은 어머니들과 아버지들을 두고서 말씀하신 것입니다.	For thus saith the Lord concerning the sons and concerning the daughters that are born in this place, and concerning their mothers that bare them, and concerning their fathers that begat them in this land;
4	(하나님) “그들이 질병으로 아주 고통스럽게 죽을 것이다. 사람들은 슬퍼해 주지 않고, 장례를 치러 주지도 않을 것이다. 땅바닥의 거름처럼 될 것이다. 칼과 기근으로 끝장나서, 그 시체가 하늘의 새와 땅의 짐승에게 먹잇감이 될 것이다.”	They shall die of grievous deaths; they shall not be lamented; neither shall they be buried; but they shall be as dung upon the face of the earth: and they shall be consumed by the sword, and by famine; and their carcases shall be meat for the fowls of heaven, and for the beasts of the earth.
5	(예언자) 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. (하나님) “상갓집에 들어가지도, 그들을 위하느라 함께 슬퍼하지도 마라. 이 백성한테서 내가 나의 평화를 거두어들였기 때문이다. ― 여호와의 말씀입니다. ― 한결같은 사랑과 자비도 거두어들였다.	For thus saith the Lord, Enter not into the house of mourning, neither go to lament nor bemoan them: for I have taken away my peace from this people, saith the Lord, even lovingkindness and mercies.
6	대단한 사람이든 보잘것없는 사람이든 이 땅에서 죽을 것인데, 사람들이 장례를 치러 주지 않을 것이다. 그들을 위하느라 슬퍼해 주지도 않을 것이고, 자기 몸을 베어 상처를 내지도 않을 것이다. 그들을 위하느라 머리를 다 밀어 버리지도 않을 것이다.	Both the great and the small shall die in this land: they shall not be buried, neither shall men lament for them, nor cut themselves, nor make themselves bald for them:
7	죽은 사람을 생각해서 슬퍼하며 음식을 건네고 위로하지도 않을 것이다. 돌아가신 아버지나 어머니를 생각해서 위로의 잔을 건네주지도 않을 것이다.”	Neither shall men tear themselves for them in mourning, to comfort them for the dead; neither shall men give them the cup of consolation to drink for their father or for their mother.
8	잔칫집의 즐거운 소리가 그칠 것이다 (하나님) “잔칫집에 들어가 사람들과 한자리에 앉아서 먹고 마시지 마라.”	Thou shalt not also go into the house of feasting, to sit with them to eat and to drink.
9	(예언자) 전능하신 여호와 이스라엘의 하나님이 이렇게 말씀하셨기 때문입니다. (하나님) “보라, 내가 이곳에서부터 너희 눈앞에서 또 너희가 사는 동안 그치게 할 것이다, 즐거운 소리와 기쁜 소리, 신랑의 소리와 신부의 소리를!	For thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will cause to cease out of this place in your eyes, and in your days, the voice of mirth, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride.
10	네가 이 백성에게 이런 말들을 알려 준다고 하자. 그러면 그들이 너에게 물을 것이다. ‘무엇 때문에 이 큰 재난을 우리 위에 내리시겠다고 여호와께서 말씀하셨나요? 우리 잘못이 무엇이며 우리가 여호와 우리 하나님께 지은 죄가 무엇인가요?’	And it shall come to pass, when thou shalt shew this people all these words, and they shall say unto thee, Wherefore hath the Lord pronounced all this great evil against us? or what is our iniquity? or what is our sin that we have committed against the Lord our God?
11	그러면 그들에게 대답해 주어라. ‘너희 조상들이 나를 버린 탓이다. ― 여호와의 말씀입니다. ― 또 다른 신들을 뒤따라가서 섬기고 그것들에게 엎드려 절한 탓이다. 나를 버리고 나의 가르침을 따르지 않은 탓이다.	Then shalt thou say unto them, Because your fathers have forsaken me, saith the Lord, and have walked after other gods, and have served them, and have worshipped them, and have forsaken me, and have not kept my law;
12	그런데 너희는 너희 조상들보다 더 악한 짓을 했다. 아, 저마다 나쁜 마음의 고집대로 살아가고 있구나, 내 말은 듣지 않고.	And ye have done worse than your fathers; for, behold, ye walk every one after the imagination of his evil heart, that they may not hearken unto me:
13	그래서 내가 너희를 이 땅에서부터 내쳐 버릴 것이다, 너희도 너희 조상들도 알지 못하는 땅으로! 그러면 너희가 거기서 다른 신들을 밤낮으로 섬기게 될 것이다. 내가 너희를 불쌍히 여겨 주지 않을 것이기 때문이다.’”	Therefore will I cast you out of this land into a land that ye know not, neither ye nor your fathers; and there shall ye serve other gods day and night; where I will not shew you favour.
14	그들의 땅으로 돌아오게 하실 것이다 (하나님) “이러므로, 보라, 때가 다가온다. ― 여호와의 말씀입니다. ― 사람들이 더는 이렇게 말하지 않을 것이다. ‘이스라엘 사람들을 이집트 땅에서 이끌어 내신 여호와께서 살아 계심을 걸고 맹세한다.’	Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that it shall no more be said, The Lord liveth, that brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;
15	오히려 이렇게 말할 것이다. ‘이스라엘 사람들을 북쪽 땅에서 이끌어 내신 여호와께서 살아 계심을 걸고 맹세한다. 여호와께서는 그들을 쫓아내셨던 그 모든 땅에서 이끌어 내셨다. 또 그들의 조상들에게 주셨던 그들의 땅으로 돌아오게 해 주셨다.’”	But, The Lord liveth, that brought up the children of Israel from the land of the north, and from all the lands whither he had driven them: and I will bring them again into their land that I gave unto their fathers.
16	먼저 그들의 잘못에 갑절로 갚으실 것이다 (하나님) “보라, 내가 많은 어부들에게 사람을 보낼 것이다. ― 여호와의 말씀입니다. ― 그러면 어부들이 그들을 낚아 갈 것이다. 그런 다음에는 많은 사냥꾼들에게 내가 사람을 보낼 것이다. 그러면 사냥꾼들이 모든 산과 모든 언덕과 바위틈에서 그들을 사냥해 갈 것이다.	Behold, I will send for many fishers, saith the Lord, and they shall fish them; and after will I send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain, and from every hill, and out of the holes of the rocks.
17	나의 눈을 그들의 모든 길에 두어, 그들이 나의 앞에서 숨을 수 없었기 때문이다. 그들의 허물을 나의 눈앞에서 감출 수 없었기 때문이다.	For mine eyes are upon all their ways: they are not hid from my face, neither is their iniquity hid from mine eyes.
18	내가 먼저 그들의 잘못과 죄를 두고 두 배로 갚겠다. 그들이 밉살스러운 우상들의 잔해로 나의 땅을 속되게 하고, 내가 나누어 준 땅을 역겨운 것들로 가득 채웠기 때문이다.”	And first I will recompense their iniquity and their sin double; because they have defiled my land, they have filled mine inheritance with the carcases of their detestable and abominable things.
19	여호와의 능력을 그들에게 알게 하실 것이다 (예언자) 여호와, 나의 힘, 나의 요새, 어려울 때 나의 도피처이신 하나님! 주님께, 민족들이 땅끝에서 나아와 말할 것입니다. “참으로 거짓된 것을 우리 조상들이 물려주었습니다, 헛되어 쓸모없는 것을!	O Lord, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit.
20	사람이 자신을 위해 신들을 만들어 낼 수 있겠습니까? 그것들은 신도 아닙니다.”	Shall a man make gods unto himself, and they are no gods?
21	(하나님) “이러므로, 보라, 이번에는 내가 그들에게 알게 하겠다. 그들에게 나의 손, 나의 능력을 알게 하겠다. 그러고 나면 그들이 알게 될 것이다, 내 이름이 여호와인 것을!”	Therefore, behold, I will this once cause them to know, I will cause them to know mine hand and my might; and they shall know that my name is The Lord.
