절	새한글성경 (2024)	King James Version
1	(예언자) 의로운 쪽은 주님이십니다, 여호와여, 내가 주님과 다투어 보더라도요. 그렇지만 주님께 여러모로 따지고 싶습니다. 왜 악인들의 길은 잘 열립니까? 왜 배신을 일삼는 사람들은 다 편히 지냅니까?	Righteous art thou, O Lord, when I plead with thee: yet let me talk with thee of thy judgments: Wherefore doth the way of the wicked prosper? wherefore are all they happy that deal very treacherously?
2	주님이 심어 주셨고, 그들이 뿌리까지 내렸습니다. 자라나 열매까지 맺었습니다. 그들이 입으로는 주님을 가까이하지만 마음으로는 멀리합니다.	Thou hast planted them, yea, they have taken root: they grow, yea, they bring forth fruit: thou art near in their mouth, and far from their reins.
3	그런데 주님은, 여호와여, 주님은 나를 아십니다. 나를 보시고 주님을 향한 내 마음을 살피십니다. 도살당할 양처럼 그들을 떼어 내 놓고, 죽일 날을 위해 그들을 거룩하게 구별해 두십시오.	But thou, O Lord, knowest me: thou hast seen me, and tried mine heart toward thee: pull them out like sheep for the slaughter, and prepare them for the day of slaughter.
4	언제까지 땅이 슬퍼하여 마르겠습니까? 온 들판의 풀이 메마르겠습니까? 그 안에 사는 사람들의 악함 때문에 집짐승과 새가 사라져 없어졌습니다. 그들은 “그가 우리의 끝은 보지 못할 거야!” 하고 말합니다.	How long shall the land mourn, and the herbs of every field wither, for the wickedness of them that dwell therein? the beasts are consumed, and the birds; because they said, He shall not see our last end.
5	(하나님) “발로 걸어 다니는 사람들과 함께 달려 네가 지친다면, 말들과는 어떻게 겨루겠느냐? 평화의 땅에서 네가 쓰러진다면, 요르단의 우거진 덤불에서는 어떻게 하려느냐?	If thou hast run with the footmen, and they have wearied thee, then how canst thou contend with horses? and if in the land of peace, wherein thou trustedst, they wearied thee, then how wilt thou do in the swelling of Jordan?
6	또한 너의 형제들과 너의 아버지 쪽 집안사람들, 또한 그들이 너를 배신했구나. 또한 그들이 너의 뒤에서 크게 소리 질러 대는구나. 너는 그들을 믿지 마라, 그들이 너에게 좋은 것을 말한다 하더라도!”	For even thy brethren, and the house of thy father, even they have dealt treacherously with thee; yea, they have called a multitude after thee: believe them not, though they speak fair words unto thee.
7	여호와의 분노로 황폐해진 땅 (하나님) “내가 내 집을 버렸어! 내 몫인 백성을 저버렸어! 내가 사랑하는 것을 넘겨주어 버렸어, 그 원수들의 손에!	I have forsaken mine house, I have left mine heritage; I have given the dearly beloved of my soul into the hand of her enemies.
8	내 몫인 백성이 나에게는 숲의 사자처럼 되어 버렸구나. 그들이 나에게 소리를 질러 대는구나. 이런 까닭에 내가 그들을 미워하지.	Mine heritage is unto me as a lion in the forest; it crieth out against me: therefore have I hated it.
9	내 몫인 백성이 나에게 하이에나 굴처럼 되었는가? 사나운 새들이 그들을 에워싸고 있는가? ‘다 이리로 모여라, 들짐승들아! 와 봐, 먹을거리가 있어.’	Mine heritage is unto me as a speckled bird, the birds round about are against her; come ye, assemble all the beasts of the field, come to devour.
10	많은 목자가 내 포도밭을 망가뜨렸구나. 내 몫의 땅을 짓밟았구나. 내 몫의 소중한 땅을 광야로, 황무지로 만들었구나.	Many pastors have destroyed my vineyard, they have trodden my portion under foot, they have made my pleasant portion a desolate wilderness.
11	사람들이 그 땅을 황무지로 만들어 버렸구나. 그 땅이 황폐해져 내 앞에서 슬퍼하는구나. 온 땅이 황폐해졌구나. 그 땅을 마음에 두는 사람이 하나도 없기 때문이구나.	They have made it desolate, and being desolate it mourneth unto me; the whole land is made desolate, because no man layeth it to heart.
12	광야의 모든 민둥산 위로 들이닥쳤구나, 황폐하게 할 사람들이.” (예언자) 여호와의 칼이 집어삼켰습니다, 땅 이 끝에서 땅 저 끝까지. 어떤 생명체에게도 평화가 없습니다.	The spoilers are come upon all high places through the wilderness: for the sword of the Lord shall devour from the one end of the land even to the other end of the land: no flesh shall have peace.
13	밀을 뿌렸으나 가시를 거두어들였습니다. 지치도록 수고했으나 쓸모없습니다. 생산물이 없어 창피해합니다. 여호와의 뜨거운 분노 때문입니다.	They have sown wheat, but shall reap thorns: they have put themselves to pain, but shall not profit: and they shall be ashamed of your revenues because of the fierce anger of the Lord.
14	다시 가엾이 여겨 주실 것이다 (예언자) 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. (하나님) “내가 모든 나쁜 이웃들을 두고 말한다. 그들은 내가 나의 백성 이스라엘에게 차지하게 해 준 땅을 공격했다. 보라, 내가 그들을 그들의 땅에서 뽑아내고, 유다 집안의 사람들을 그들 가운데서부터 뽑아내겠다.	Thus saith the Lord against all mine evil neighbours, that touch the inheritance which I have caused my people Israel to inherit; Behold, I will pluck them out of their land, and pluck out the house of Judah from among them.
15	그러나 이런 일이 일어날 것이다. 내가 그들을 뽑아낸 뒤에 다시 그들을 가엾이 여겨 주겠다. 사람마다 나누어 받은 자기 땅으로 돌아가게 해 주겠다.	And it shall come to pass, after that I have plucked them out I will return, and have compassion on them, and will bring them again, every man to his heritage, and every man to his land.
16	그들이 나의 백성의 길을 제대로 배운다고 하자. 그래서 ‘여호와의 살아 계심을 걸고’라고 하면서 내 이름으로 맹세한다고 하자. 이전에는 그들이 나의 백성을 가르쳐서 바알의 이름으로 맹세하게 했었지만 말이다. 그러면 그들이 나의 백성 가운데 세워질 것이다.	And it shall come to pass, if they will diligently learn the ways of my people, to swear by my name, The Lord liveth; as they taught my people to swear by Baal; then shall they be built in the midst of my people.
17	그들이 듣지 않으면, 내가 그 민족을 뽑아내어 멸망시키겠다. ― 여호와의 말씀입니다. ―”	But if they will not obey, I will utterly pluck up and destroy that nation, saith the Lord.
