1	다윗의 자손 다윗의 아들들은 이러하다. 그에게 헤브론에서 태어난 아들들이다. 맏아들 암논은 이스르엘 여자 아히노암한테서 태어났다. 둘째 아들 다니엘은 갈멜 여자 아비가일한테서 태어났다.	Now these were the sons of David, which were born unto him in Hebron; the firstborn Amnon, of Ahinoam the Jezreelitess; the second Daniel, of Abigail the Carmelitess:
2	셋째 아들 압살롬은 그술 임금 달매의 딸인 마아가의 아들이다. 넷째 아들 아도니야는 학깃의 아들이다.	The third, Absalom the son of Maachah the daughter of Talmai king of Geshur: the fourth, Adonijah the son of Haggith:
3	다섯째 아들 스바댜는 아비달한테서 태어났다. 여섯째 아들 이드르암은 다윗의 아내 에글라한테서 태어났다.	The fifth, Shephatiah of Abital: the sixth, Ithream by Eglah his wife.
4	이 여섯 아들이 다윗에게 태어난 것은 헤브론에서였다. 다윗은 거기서 7년 6개월 동안 임금으로 다스렸다. 그리고 33년 동안은 예루살렘에서 다스렸다.	These six were born unto him in Hebron; and there he reigned seven years and six months: and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty and three years.
5	예루살렘에서 그에게 태어난 아들들은 이러하다. 시므아, 소밥, 나단, 솔로몬, 이렇게 넷이다. 암미엘의 딸 밧세바한테서 태어났다.	And these were born unto him in Jerusalem; Shimea, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four, of Bath–shua the daughter of Ammiel:
6	입할, 엘리사마, 엘리벨렛,	Ibhar also, and Elishama, and Eliphelet,
7	노가흐, 네벡, 야비아,	And Nogah, and Nepheg, and Japhia,
8	엘리사마, 엘랴다, 엘리벨렛, 이렇게 아홉이 더 있었다.	And Elishama, and Eliada, and Eliphelet, nine.
9	이들은 모두 다윗의 아들들이다. 그 밖에도 왕비가 아닌 다른 아내들의 아들들이 있었다. 다말은 이들의 누이다.	These were all the sons of David, beside the sons of the concubines, and Tamar their sister.
10	솔로몬의 자손 솔로몬의 아들은 르호보암이다. 아비야가 손자이다. 아사가 증손자이다. 여호사밧이 고손자이다.	And Solomon’s son was Rehoboam, Abia his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his son,
11	여호람이 5대손이다. 아하시야가 6대손이다. 요아스가 7대손이다.	Joram his son, Ahaziah his son, Joash his son,
12	아마샤가 8대손이다. 아사랴가 9대손이다. 요담이 10대손이다.	Amaziah his son, Azariah his son, Jotham his son,
13	아하스가 11대손이다. 히스기야가 12대손이다. 므낫세가 13대손이다.	Ahaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Manasseh his son,
14	아몬이 14대손이다. 요시야가 15대손이다.	Amon his son, Josiah his son.
15	요시야의 아들로는 맏아들 요하난, 둘째 아들 여호야김, 셋째 아들 시드기야, 넷째 아들 여호아하스가 있다.	And the sons of Josiah were, the firstborn Johanan, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.
16	여호야김의 자손으로는 그의 아들 여호야긴과 손자 시드기야가 있다.	And the sons of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, Zedekiah his son.
17	여호야긴의 자손 사로잡혀 간 여호야긴의 자손으로는 그의 아들 스알디엘이 있다.	And the sons of Jeconiah; Assir, Salathiel his son,
18	또 다른 아들로는 말기람, 브다야, 세낫살이 있다. 여가먀, 호사마, 느다뱌도 있다.	Malchiram also, and Pedaiah, and Shenazar, Jecamiah, Hoshama, and Nedabiah.
19	브다야의 아들은 스룹바벨과 시므이이다. 스룹바벨의 아들은 므술람과 하나냐이다. 슬로밋이 그들의 누이다.	And the sons of Pedaiah were, Zerubbabel, and Shimei: and the sons of Zerubbabel; Meshullam, and Hananiah, and Shelomith their sister:
20	또 하수바, 오헬, 베레갸, 하사댜, 유삽헤셋, 이렇게 다섯이다.	And Hashubah, and Ohel, and Berechiah, and Hasadiah, Jushab–hesed, five.
21	하나냐의 자손은 블라댜와 여사야이다. 르바야의 아들들, 아르난의 아들들, 오바댜의 아들들, 스가냐의 아들들이다.	And the sons of Hananiah; Pelatiah, and Jesaiah: the sons of Rephaiah, the sons of Arnan, the sons of Obadiah, the sons of Shechaniah.
22	스가냐의 아들은 스마야이다. 스마야의 아들은 핫두스, 이갈, 바리아흐, 느아랴, 사밧, 이렇게 여섯이다.	And the sons of Shechaniah; Shemaiah: and the sons of Shemaiah; Hattush, and Igeal, and Bariah, and Neariah, and Shaphat, six.
23	느아랴의 아들은 엘료에내, 히스기야, 아스리감, 이렇게 셋이다.	And the sons of Neariah; Elioenai, and Hezekiah, and Azrikam, three.
24	엘료에내의 아들은 호다위아, 엘리아십, 블라야, 악굽, 요하난, 들라야, 아나니, 이렇게 일곱이다.	And the sons of Elioenai were, Hodaiah, and Eliashib, and Pelaiah, and Akkub, and Johanan, and Dalaiah, and Anani, seven.
