1	곡에 대한 예언 (하나님) “너는, 사람아, 곡을 두고서 예언하여 말해 주어라. (예언자) ‘주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. (하나님) 「내가 너와 맞서겠다, 곡아, 메섹과 두발의 우두머리 통치자야!	Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
2	내가 너를 돌아서게 하고, 너에게 걸음마를 가르쳐 주겠다. 너를 북쪽 끝에서 올라오게 하겠다. 너를 데려와서 이스라엘의 산들을 공격하게 하겠다.	And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel:
3	그러고는 내가 너의 활을 너의 왼손에서부터 부러뜨리고, 너의 화살을 너의 오른손에서부터 떨어뜨리겠다.	And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand.
4	이스라엘의 산들에서 너와 너의 병력이 다 쓰러질 것이다. 너와 함께한 백성들도 쓰러질 것이다. 온갖 날개 달린 사나운 새와 들짐승에게 내가 너를 내주어 먹을거리가 되게 했다.	Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured.
5	들판에 너희가 쓰러질 것이다. 내가 말했기 때문이다. ― 주 여호와의 말씀입니다. ―	Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord God.
6	내가 마곡에 불을 보내겠다. 바닷가에서 안전하게 살고 있는 사람들에게도 보내겠다. 그때 그들이 알게 될 것이다, 내가 여호와인 것을!	And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the Lord.
7	나의 거룩한 이름을 내가 나의 백성 이스라엘 가운데서 알려 주겠다. 나의 거룩한 이름이 더럽혀지게 더는 내버려두지 않겠다. 그때 민족들이 알게 될 것이다, 내가 여호와 곧 이스라엘 가운데서 거룩한 하나님이라는 것을!	So will I make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not let them pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that I am the Lord, the Holy One in Israel.
8	보라, 때가 오고 있다. 일이 이루어질 것이다. ― 주 여호와의 말씀입니다. ― 그날이 바로 내가 말한 날이다.	Behold, it is come, and it is done, saith the Lord God; this is the day whereof I have spoken.
9	이스라엘의 도시들에 살고 있는 사람들이 나가서, 무기를 땔감으로 불을 피우고 지필 것이다. 손 방패와 큰 방패, 활과 화살, 몽둥이와 창으로 그렇게 할 것이다. 그것들로 7년 동안 불을 피울 것이다.	And they that dwell in the cities of Israel shall go forth, and shall set on fire and burn the weapons, both the shields and the bucklers, the bows and the arrows, and the handstaves, and the spears, and they shall burn them with fire seven years:
10	그들이 들판에서부터 나무를 날라 오지 않고 숲에서부터 나무를 베어 오지 않을 것이다. 무기로 불을 피울 것이기 때문이다. 그들이 자신들을 약탈하던 사람들을 약탈하고 자신들을 털던 사람들을 털 것이다. ― 주 여호와의 말씀입니다. ―」’”	So that they shall take no wood out of the field, neither cut down any out of the forests; for they shall burn the weapons with fire: and they shall spoil those that spoiled them, and rob those that robbed them, saith the Lord God.
11	곡과 그의 무리의 최후 (하나님) “그날에 일어날 일이다. 곡을 매장할 곳을 내가 이스라엘 안에 마련해 주겠다. 바다 동쪽의 ‘여행자 골짜기’다. 이 골짜기가 여행자들의 앞길을 가로막고 있다. 거기서 곡과 그의 무리 전부의 장례를 치르게 될 것이다. 그래서 사람들이 그 골짜기를 하몬곡 골짜기라 부를 것이다.	And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will give unto Gog a place there of graves in Israel, the valley of the passengers on the east of the sea: and it shall stop the noses of the passengers: and there shall they bury Gog and all his multitude: and they shall call it The valley of Hamon–gog.
12	그들의 장례를 이스라엘 집안의 사람들이 치러서, 그 땅을 깨끗하게 할 것이다. 7개월이 걸릴 것이다.	And seven months shall the house of Israel be burying of them, that they may cleanse the land.
13	그 땅의 온 백성이 그들의 장례를 치를 것이고, 이 일로 그 백성이 이름을 날리게 될 것이다. 내가 나 스스로를 영광 가운데 드러내는 날에 그럴 것이다. ― 주 여호와의 말씀입니다. ―	Yea, all the people of the land shall bury them; and it shall be to them a renown the day that I shall be glorified, saith the Lord God.
14	그 백성이 이 일을 늘 맡아서 할 사람들을 골라 뽑을 것이다. 이들은 그 땅을 돌아다닐 것이다. 그러면서, 침입하여 돌아다니다가 죽어 그 시체가 그 땅바닥에 남아 있는 사람들의 장례를 치러 줄 것이다. 그 땅을 깨끗하게 하려는 것이다. 이들은 7개월이 지난 뒤에도 찾아다닐 것이다.	And they shall sever out men of continual employment, passing through the land to bury with the passengers those that remain upon the face of the earth, to cleanse it: after the end of seven months shall they search.
15	그렇게 돌아다니는 사람들이 그 땅을 돌아다니다가 사람 뼈를 보면, 그 옆에 돌로 만든 표시물을 세울 것이다. 그러면 마침내 장례 치르는 사람들이 그 뼈를 하몬곡 골짜기로 가져가서 장례를 치러 줄 것이다.	And the passengers that pass through the land, when any seeth a man’s bone, then shall he set up a sign by it, till the buriers have buried it in the valley of Hamon–gog.
16	그 도시의 이름 또한 하모나가 될 것이다. 이렇게 그들이 그 땅을 깨끗하게 할 것이다.”	And also the name of the city shall be Hamonah. Thus shall they cleanse the land.
17	(예언자) 주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. (하나님) “너 사람아, 너는 말해 주어라, 온갖 날개 달린 새들과 모든 들짐승에게! ‘모여서 오너라. 사방에서 모여들어라, 나의 희생제물에게로! 내가 너희를 위해 잡는 큰 희생제물이다. 이스라엘의 산들 위로 모여들어라. 그러고는 살을 먹고 피를 마시도록 해라.	And, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord God; Speak unto every feathered fowl, and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh, and drink blood.
18	너희가 용사들의 살을 먹고 그 땅 군주들의 피를 마실 것이다. 숫양들, 어린양들과 숫염소들, 수소들, 바산의 통통한 것들, 그 모든 것을 먹을 것이다.	Ye shall eat the flesh of the mighty, and drink the blood of the princes of the earth, of rams, of lambs, and of goats, of bullocks, all of them fatlings of Bashan.
19	너희가 기름을 먹고 배부를 것이다. 피를 마시고 취할 것이다. 내가 너희를 위해 잡은 희생제물로 그럴 것이다.	And ye shall eat fat till ye be full, and drink blood till ye be drunken, of my sacrifice which I have sacrificed for you.
20	너희가 내 잔칫상에서 말과 기병으로 배부르고, 용사와 모든 병사로 배부를 것이다. ― 주 여호와의 말씀입니다. ―’”	Thus ye shall be filled at my table with horses and chariots, with mighty men, and with all men of war, saith the Lord God.
21	이스라엘을 가엾이 여기실 것이다 (하나님) “내가 나의 영광을 민족들 가운데 두면, 모든 민족이 내가 내린 심판을 볼 것이다. 그들한테 둔 나의 손도 볼 것이다.	And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them.
22	그때 이스라엘 집안의 사람들이 알게 될 것이다, 내가 여호와 그들의 하나님이라는 것을! 그날부터 쭉 그렇다는 것을!	So the house of Israel shall know that I am the Lord their God from that day and forward.
23	또 민족들이 알게 될 것이다, 이스라엘 집안의 사람들이 그들의 잘못 때문에 사로잡혀 간 것을! 나에게 신의를 저버렸기 때문이라는 것을! 내가 나의 얼굴을 그들한테서부터 숨겼다. 그들을 적들의 손에 넘겨주어서 그들이 다 칼에 쓰러졌다.	And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the sword.
24	그들의 더러움과 그들의 범죄들에 걸맞게 내가 그들을 대했다. 내가 나의 얼굴을 그들한테서 숨겼다.”	According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions have I done unto them, and hid my face from them.
25	(예언자) 이러므로 주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. (하나님) “이제 내가 야곱의 운명을 바꾸어 주고, 이스라엘 온 집안의 사람들을 가엾이 여기겠다. 나의 거룩한 이름을 위해 열성을 다하겠다.	Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name;
26	그들은 스스로 저지른 수치스러운 짓과 나를 저버린 모든 배신 행위를 짐처럼 짊어져야 할 것이다. 그들이 자기 땅에서 안전하게 살고, 그들을 떨게 하는 사람이 없을 때에 그럴 것이다.	After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them afraid.
27	내가 그들을 백성들에게서부터 돌아오게 하고, 그들의 원수들의 나라들에서 모아들이겠다. 그때 내가 내 거룩함을 많은 민족의 눈앞에서 그들한테 드러내겠다.	When I have brought them again from the people, and gathered them out of their enemies’ lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations;
28	그러면 그들이 알게 될 것이다, 내가 여호와 그들의 하나님이라는 것을! 내가 그들을 여러 민족들에게로 사로잡혀 가게 했다가 그들의 땅으로 모아들이고, 그들 가운데 아무도 더는 거기에 남겨 두지 않을 때에 그럴 것이다.	Then shall they know that I am the Lord their God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the heathen: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there.
29	내가 나의 얼굴을 더는 그들한테 숨기지 않겠다. 내가 나의 영을 이스라엘 집안의 사람들 위에 부어 주었기 때문이다. ― 주 여호와의 말씀입니다. ―”	Neither will I hide my face any more from them: for I have poured out my spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord God.
