1	이스라엘 땅의 재건 (하나님) “너는, 사람아, 예언해라, 이스라엘의 산들에 대고서! 말해 주어라. (예언자) ‘이스라엘의 산들아, 여호와의 말씀을 들어라!	Also, thou son of man, prophesy unto the mountains of Israel, and say, Ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord:
2	주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다. (하나님) 「원수가 너희를 두고서 말했다. 『아, 좋다. 옛적 높은곳(산당)들이 우리 차지가 되었다.』」’	Thus saith the Lord God; Because the enemy hath said against you, Aha, even the ancient high places are ours in possession:
3	이러므로 너는 예언해라. 말해 주어라. (예언자) ‘주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다. (하나님) 「그들이 사방에서 너희를 황폐하게 만들고, 물고 늘어졌다. 그래서 너희가 남은 민족들의 차지가 되고, 사람들의 입에 올라 이야깃거리가 되었다.」	Therefore prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Because they have made you desolate, and swallowed you up on every side, that ye might be a possession unto the residue of the heathen, and ye are taken up in the lips of talkers, and are an infamy of the people:
4	(예언자) 이러므로 이스라엘의 산들아, 주 여호와의 말씀을 들어라! 주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다, 산들과 언덕들과 시내들과 골짜기들과 황폐해진 폐허들과 버려진 도시들을 두고서! 이런 곳들이 사방의 남은 민족들에게 노략 대상과 비웃음거리가 되었다.	Therefore, ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord God; Thus saith the Lord God to the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys, to the desolate wastes, and to the cities that are forsaken, which became a prey and derision to the residue of the heathen that are round about;
5	이러므로 주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다. (하나님) 「참으로 나의 불 같은 열정으로 내가 남은 민족들과 에돔 전체를 두고 말한다. 그들은 나의 땅을 자신들의 소유로 만들었다. 그러고는 온 마음으로 기뻐하고 한껏 깔보았다. 나의 땅의 목초지를 약탈 대상으로 삼았다.」’	Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Surely in the fire of my jealousy have I spoken against the residue of the heathen, and against all Idumea, which have appointed my land into their possession with the joy of all their heart, with despiteful minds, to cast it out for a prey.
6	이러므로 너는 이스라엘 땅을 두고서 예언해라. 산들과 언덕들과 시내들과 골짜기들을 두고서 말해라. (예언자) ‘주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다. (하나님) 「보라, 열정과 노여움을 품고서 내가 그들에게 말했다. 너희가 민족들에게 수치를 당했기 때문이다.」	Prophesy therefore concerning the land of Israel, and say unto the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I have spoken in my jealousy and in my fury, because ye have borne the shame of the heathen:
7	(예언자) 이러므로 주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다. (하나님) 「내가 직접 나의 손을 들고 분명히 말해 둔다. 너희 사방의 민족들, 그들은 그들이 당할 수치의 짐을 반드시 짊어져야 할 것이다.	Therefore thus saith the Lord God; I have lifted up mine hand, Surely the heathen that are about you, they shall bear their shame.
8	그러나 너희 이스라엘의 산들아, 너희는 나의 백성 이스라엘을 위해 가지를 뻗고 열매를 맺을 것이다. 그들이 올 때가 가까웠기 때문이다.	But ye, O mountains of Israel, ye shall shoot forth your branches, and yield your fruit to my people of Israel; for they are at hand to come.
9	보라, 내가 너희 산들에게로, 내가 너희에게로 향할 것이기 때문이다. 그러면 사람들이 너희 산들에서 땅을 경작하고 씨를 뿌릴 것이다.	For, behold, I am for you, and I will turn unto you, and ye shall be tilled and sown:
10	내가 너희 산들 위에 사람이 많아지게 하겠다. 이스라엘 온 집안, 그 전체를 늘어나게 하겠다. 그러면 도시들이 사람 사는 곳이 되고, 폐허들이 재건될 것이다.	And I will multiply men upon you, all the house of Israel, even all of it: and the cities shall be inhabited, and the wastes shall be builded:
11	내가 너희 산들 위에 사람과 짐승이 많아지게 할 것이다. 그러면 그들이 불어나고 번성할 것이다. 내가 너희를 전처럼 사람 사는 곳으로 만들고, 너희를 전보다 더 잘 대해 주겠다. 그때 너희가 알게 될 것이다, 내가 여호와인 것을!	And I will multiply upon you man and beast; and they shall increase and bring fruit: and I will settle you after your old estates, and will do better unto you than at your beginnings: and ye shall know that I am the Lord.
12	내가 너희 산들 위로 사람 곧 나의 백성 이스라엘이 걸어 다니게 하겠다. 그러면 그들이 너 이스라엘 땅을 차지할 것이다. 너는 그들이 나누어 받는 땅이 되어서 더는 그들한테서 자식을 빼앗지 않을 것이다.」	Yea, I will cause men to walk upon you, even my people Israel; and they shall possess thee, and thou shalt be their inheritance, and thou shalt no more henceforth bereave them of men.
13	(예언자) 주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다. (하나님) 「그들이 너희 이스라엘의 산들에게 말하고 있다, 사람을 너 이스라엘 땅이 잡아먹고 있다고! 너의 민족의 자식을 빼앗는 땅이 되었다고!	Thus saith the Lord God; Because they say unto you, Thou land devourest up men, and hast bereaved thy nations;
14	이러므로 네가 더는 사람을 잡아먹지 않고, 너의 민족의 자식을 더는 빼앗지 않을 것이다. ― 주 여호와의 말씀이다. ―	Therefore thou shalt devour men no more, neither bereave thy nations any more, saith the Lord God.
15	다른 민족들의 욕을 너, 이스라엘 땅이 더는 듣지 않게 내가 해 주겠다. 네가 다른 나라들한테 겪는 치욕의 짐을 더는 짊어지지 않을 것이다. 네가 너의 민족을 걸려 넘어지게 하지 않을 것이다. ― 주 여호와의 말씀이다. ―」’”	Neither will I cause men to hear in thee the shame of the heathen any more, neither shalt thou bear the reproach of the people any more, neither shalt thou cause thy nations to fall any more, saith the Lord God.
16	새 마음과 새 영 (예언자) 여호와의 말씀이 나에게 내려오는 일이 일어났습니다.	Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
17	(하나님) “사람아, 이스라엘 집안의 사람들이 자신들의 땅에 살고 있을 때, 그들의 생활 방식과 행동으로 그 땅을 더럽혔다. 내 앞에서 그들의 생활 방식은 생리할 때의 깨끗하지 않은 것과 같았다.	Son of man, when the house of Israel dwelt in their own land, they defiled it by their own way and by their doings: their way was before me as the uncleanness of a removed woman.
18	그래서 나는 나의 노여움을 그들에게 쏟았다. 그들이 그 땅에 쏟은 피 때문이다. 그들은 자기 우상들로 그 땅을 더럽혔다.	Wherefore I poured my fury upon them for the blood that they had shed upon the land, and for their idols wherewith they had polluted it:
19	나는 그들을 다른 민족들 가운데로 흩어 버렸다. 그래서 그들은 다른 나라들 가운데로 흩어졌다. 그들의 생활 방식과 행동을 따라 내가 그들을 심판했다.	And I scattered them among the heathen, and they were dispersed through the countries: according to their way and according to their doings I judged them.
20	그들이 다른 민족들에게 갔다. 어느 민족에게 가든지 그들은 나의 거룩한 이름을 더럽혔다. 사람들이 그들을 두고서 이렇게 말했던 것이다. ‘이 사람들은 여호와의 백성인데 자기들의 땅에서 나와야 했어.’	And when they entered unto the heathen, whither they went, they profaned my holy name, when they said to them, These are the people of the Lord, and are gone forth out of his land.
21	그러나 나는 나의 거룩한 이름 때문에 마음이 아팠다. 그 이름을 이스라엘 집안은 자신들이 들어간 다른 민족들 가운데서 더럽혔던 것이다.	But I had pity for mine holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the heathen, whither they went.
22	이러므로 말해 주어라, 이스라엘 집안의 사람들에게! (예언자) ‘주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. (하나님) 「이스라엘 집안의 사람들아, 너희를 위해서 내가 이렇게 하려는 것이 아니다. 나의 거룩한 이름을 위해서다. 어느 민족에게로 가든지 그들 가운데서 너희가 더럽힌 이름 때문이다.	Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord God; I do not this for your sakes, O house of Israel, but for mine holy name’s sake, which ye have profaned among the heathen, whither ye went.
23	내가 나의 큰 이름을 거룩하게 하겠다. 민족들 가운데서 더럽혀진 이름이다. 너희가 그들 가운데서 더럽힌 이름이다. 그때 민족들이 알게 될 것이다, 내가 여호와인 것을. ― 주 여호와의 말씀입니다. ― 내가 나의 거룩함을 그들의 눈앞에서 너희한테 드러낼 때 그럴 것이다.	And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the Lord, saith the Lord God, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes.
24	내가 너희를 민족들한테서부터 데리고 나오고, 너희를 모든 나라에서부터 모으겠다. 너희를 너희 땅으로 데리고 가겠다.	For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land.
25	내가 너희에게 깨끗한 물을 뿌려 주겠다. 그러면 너희가 깨끗하게 될 것이다. 너희의 온갖 깨끗하지 않은 것들로부터, 너희의 온갖 우상에게서부터 너희가 깨끗해졌다는 것을 내가 널리 알리겠다.	Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.
26	내가 너희에게 새 마음을 주고, 새 영을 너희 가운데로 넣어 주겠다. 내가 너희 몸에서 돌덩이 같은 마음을 없애고, 너희에게 살 같은 마음을 주겠다.	A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
27	나의 영을 내가 너희 가운데로 넣어 주겠다. 그러고는 너희가 나의 규정들을 따라 살고, 나의 법령들을 지켜 실행하게 만들겠다.	And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
28	그러면 너희가 내가 너희 조상들에게 준 땅에 살게 될 것이다. 너희는 나에게 백성이 되고 나야말로 너희에게 하나님이 될 것이다.	And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God.
29	내가 너희를 너희의 온갖 깨끗하지 않은 것들에서 구해 내겠다. 내가 곡식을 불러내어 많아지게 하겠다. 그래서 너희에게 굶주림의 재난을 내리지 않겠다.	I will also save you from all your uncleannesses: and I will call for the corn, and will increase it, and lay no famine upon you.
30	내가 나무의 열매와 밭의 작물을 많아지게 하겠다. 그래서 너희가 민족들 가운데서 더는 굶주림의 치욕을 당하지 않도록 하겠다.	And I will multiply the fruit of the tree, and the increase of the field, that ye shall receive no more reproach of famine among the heathen.
31	그때 너희의 나쁜 생활 방식과 좋지 못한 행동이 생각날 것이다. 너희 잘못과 역겨운 짓들을 떠올리며 너희 얼굴에 소름이 돋을 것이다.	Then shall ye remember your own evil ways, and your doings that were not good, and shall lothe yourselves in your own sight for your iniquities and for your abominations.
32	너희를 위해서 내가 이렇게 하려는 것이 아니다. ― 주 여호와의 말씀입니다. ― 이 점을 너희는 알아야 한다. 너희 생활 방식을 창피해하고 부끄러워하여라, 이스라엘 집안의 사람들아!」	Not for your sakes do I this, saith the Lord God, be it known unto you: be ashamed and confounded for your own ways, O house of Israel.
33	(예언자) 주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. (하나님) 「너희가 너희 모든 잘못에서 깨끗해졌다고 내가 널리 알리겠다. 그날에 내가 도시들을 사람 사는 곳으로 만들겠고, 폐허들은 재건될 것이다.	Thus saith the Lord God; In the day that I shall have cleansed you from all your iniquities I will also cause you to dwell in the cities, and the wastes shall be builded.
34	황폐해져 있던 땅을 사람들이 경작할 것이다. 그 땅은 지나가는 모든 사람의 눈앞에 황폐해져 있었던 곳이었다.	And the desolate land shall be tilled, whereas it lay desolate in the sight of all that passed by.
35	사람들이 이렇게 말할 것이다. 『황폐해져 있던 그 땅이 에덴동산처럼 되었구나. 폐허가 되고 황폐해지고 무너진 도시들이 튼튼하게 재건되고 거기에 사람이 사는구나.』	And they shall say, This land that was desolate is become like the garden of Eden; and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are become fenced, and are inhabited.
36	그때 너희 주변에 남은 민족들이 알게 될 것이다, 나 여호와가 무너진 도시들을 재건했다는 것을! 황폐해져 있던 땅에 다시 식물을 심었다는 것을! 나 여호와가 말했고 그렇게 하겠다.」	Then the heathen that are left round about you shall know that I the Lord build the ruined places, and plant that that was desolate: I the Lord have spoken it, and I will do it.
37	(예언자) 주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. (하나님) 「또 이스라엘 집안이 자신들을 위해 이 일을 해 달라고 간청하는 것을 내가 받아들이겠다. 곧 내가 그들에게 사람이 양 떼처럼 많아지게 하겠다.	Thus saith the Lord God; I will yet for this be enquired of by the house of Israel, to do it for them; I will increase them with men like a flock.
38	폐허이던 도시들이 사람으로 가득할 것이다. 사람이 많아서 여호와에게 바칠 양 떼 같고, 명절에 예루살렘에 몰려든 양 떼 같을 것이다. 그때 그들이 알게 될 것이다, 내가 여호와인 것을!」’”	As the holy flock, as the flock of Jerusalem in her solemn feasts; so shall the waste cities be filled with flocks of men: and they shall know that I am the Lord.
