절	새한글성경 (2024)	King James Version
1	여호와의 날이 이집트에 가깝다 (예언자) 여호와의 말씀이 나에게 내려오는 일이 일어났습니다.	The word of the Lord came again unto me, saying,
2	(하나님) “사람아, 예언하여 말해 주어라. (예언자) ‘주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. (하나님) 「너희는 울부짖어라, 아, 이날!	Son of man, prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Howl ye, Woe worth the day!
3	날이 가깝기 때문이다. 여호와의 날이 가깝기 때문이다. 그날은 구름의 날, 민족들이 망할 때가 될 것이다.	For the day is near, even the day of the Lord is near, a cloudy day; it shall be the time of the heathen.
4	칼이 이집트로 들어올 것이고, 에티오피아에 떨림이 닥칠 것이다. 칼에 찔린 사람들이 이집트에서 쓰러질 때다. 이집트의 재물이 빼앗기고 그의 토대가 헐릴 것이다.	And the sword shall come upon Egypt, and great pain shall be in Ethiopia, when the slain shall fall in Egypt, and they shall take away her multitude, and her foundations shall be broken down.
5	에티오피아, 리비아, 리디아가 그들과 함께 칼에 쓰러질 것이다. 모든 외국 용병, 굽, 조약을 맺은 땅의 사람들도 그렇게 될 것이다.」	Ethiopia, and Libya, and Lydia, and all the mingled people, and Chub, and the men of the land that is in league, shall fall with them by the sword.
6	(예언자) 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. (하나님) 「이집트를 떠받치는 사람들이 쓰러질 것이다. 이집트의 힘 자랑이 꺾일 것이다. 믹돌에서 아스완까지 그 땅에서 사람들이 칼에 쓰러질 것이다. ― 주 여호와의 말씀입니다. ―	Thus saith the Lord; They also that uphold Egypt shall fall; and the pride of her power shall come down: from the tower of Syene shall they fall in it by the sword, saith the Lord God.
7	그들이 황폐해져서 황폐해진 나라들 가운데 하나가 될 것이다. 이집트의 도시들은 쑥대밭이 된 도시들 가운데 하나가 될 것이다.	And they shall be desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities shall be in the midst of the cities that are wasted.
8	그러면 그들이 알게 될 것이다, 내가 여호와인 것을! 내가 이집트에 불을 놓아 그를 돕는 사람들이 모두 깨질 때다.	And they shall know that I am the Lord, when I have set a fire in Egypt, and when all her helpers shall be destroyed.
9	그날에 사신들이 내 앞에서부터 배를 타고 나갈 것이다. 안전하게 지내는 에티오피아를 겁먹게 하려는 것이다. 이집트의 날에 그들 가운데 떨림이 있게 될 것이다. 보라, 그날이 오고 있기 때문이다!」	In that day shall messengers go forth from me in ships to make the careless Ethiopians afraid, and great pain shall come upon them, as in the day of Egypt: for, lo, it cometh.
10	(예언자) 주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. (하나님) 「내가 이집트 무리를 바빌론 임금 네부카드네자르의 손으로 없애 버리겠다.	Thus saith the Lord God; I will also make the multitude of Egypt to cease by the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon.
11	네부카드네자르와 또 그와 함께한 그의 군사, 곧 민족들 가운데서 난폭한 사람들이 불려 와서 그 땅을 망가뜨릴 것이다. 그들이 칼을 뽑아서 이집트를 공격할 것이다. 그 땅을 칼에 찔려 죽은 사람들로 가득하게 할 것이다.	He and his people with him, the terrible of the nations, shall be brought to destroy the land: and they shall draw their swords against Egypt, and fill the land with the slain.
12	내가 나일 샛강들을 마른땅으로 만들고, 이집트 땅을 못된 사람들의 손에 팔아넘기겠다. 땅과 그 안에 가득한 것을 낯선 사람들의 손으로 황폐하게 만들겠다. 나 여호와가 말했다.」	And I will make the rivers dry, and sell the land into the hand of the wicked: and I will make the land waste, and all that is therein, by the hand of strangers: I the Lord have spoken it.
13	(예언자) 주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. (하나님) 「내가 우상들을 뿌리 뽑고 아무것도 아닌 우상들을 없애 버리겠다. 멤피스에서부터 그렇게 하겠다. 이집트 땅에서는 군주가 더 이상 나오지 않을 것이다. 내가 이집트 땅을 두려움에 빠뜨리겠다.	Thus saith the Lord God; I will also destroy the idols, and I will cause their images to cease out of Noph; and there shall be no more a prince of the land of Egypt: and I will put a fear in the land of Egypt.
14	내가 남부 이집트를 황폐하게 하고 소안에 불을 놓겠다. 테베에 형벌을 내리겠다.	And I will make Pathros desolate, and will set fire in Zoan, and will execute judgments in No.
15	내가 나의 노여움을 펠루시움이라는 이집트의 요새에 쏟아붓겠다. 테베의 무리를 끊어 버리겠다.	And I will pour my fury upon Sin, the strength of Egypt; and I will cut off the multitude of No.
16	내가 이집트에 불을 놓으면 펠루시움은 몸부림칠 것이다. 테베는 뚫리게 되고 멤피스에는 환한 낮에 적이 밀어닥칠 것이다.	And I will set fire in Egypt: Sin shall have great pain, and No shall be rent asunder, and Noph shall have distresses daily.
17	헬리오폴리스와 비베셋의 젊은이들이 칼에 쓰러질 것이다. 그 두 도시 사람들은 사로잡혀 갈 것이다.	The young men of Aven and of Pi–beseth shall fall by the sword: and these cities shall go into captivity.
18	다흐반헤스에서는 낮이 캄캄해질 것이다. 내가 거기서 이집트의 멍에를 부술 때다. 이집트의 힘 자랑도 그칠 것이다. 구름이 그 도시를 덮을 것이고, 도시의 딸들은 사로잡혀 갈 것이다.	At Tehaphnehes also the day shall be darkened, when I shall break there the yokes of Egypt: and the pomp of her strength shall cease in her: as for her, a cloud shall cover her, and her daughters shall go into captivity.
19	내가 이집트에 형벌을 내리겠다. 그때 그들이 알게 될 것이다, 내가 여호와인 것을!」’”	Thus will I execute judgments in Egypt: and they shall know that I am the Lord.
20	파라오의 두 팔을 부러뜨리실 것이다 (예언자) 열한째 해 첫째 달 일곱째 날 여호와의 말씀이 나에게 내려오는 일이 일어났습니다.	And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the first month, in the seventh day of the month, that the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
21	(하나님) “사람아, 내가 이집트 임금 파라오의 팔을 부러뜨렸다. 보라, 치료하려고 팔을 싸매지 않았다. 팔을 고정하려고 부목을 대고 싸매지 않았다. 그래서 칼을 잡을 수 없었다.”	Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and, lo, it shall not be bound up to be healed, to put a roller to bind it, to make it strong to hold the sword.
22	(예언자) 이러므로 주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. (하나님) “보라, 내가 이집트 임금 파라오와 맞서겠다. 내가 그의 두 팔을 부러뜨릴 것이다. 성한 팔과 부러진 팔을 다 부러뜨리겠다. 그의 손에서부터 칼이 떨어지게 하겠다.	Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and will break his arms, the strong, and that which was broken; and I will cause the sword to fall out of his hand.
23	내가 이집트를 민족들 가운데로 흩어지게 하고 나라들 가운데로 흩뜨리겠다.	And I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.
24	내가 바빌론 임금의 두 팔을 강하게 만들어 주겠다. 그러고는 내 칼을 그의 손에 넘겨주겠다. 내가 파라오의 두 팔을 부러뜨리겠다. 그러면 칼에 찔린 사람이 내는 신음 소리를 그가 바빌론 임금 앞에서 낼 것이다.	And I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and put my sword in his hand: but I will break Pharaoh’s arms, and he shall groan before him with the groanings of a deadly wounded man.
25	내가 바빌론 임금의 두 팔을 강하게 만들어 주면 파라오의 두 팔은 늘어뜨려질 것이다. 그러면 그들이 알게 될 것이다, 내가 여호와인 것을! 내가 바빌론 임금의 손에 나의 칼을 넘겨주어 그가 이집트 땅을 향해 칼을 내밀 때 그럴 것이다.	But I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and the arms of Pharaoh shall fall down; and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall put my sword into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall stretch it out upon the land of Egypt.
26	내가 이집트를 민족들 가운데로 흩어지게 하고 나라들 가운데로 흩뜨리겠다. 그때 그들이 알게 될 것이다, 내가 여호와인 것을!”	And I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and disperse them among the countries; and they shall know that I am the Lord.
