1	첫 열매를 거둔 뒤에는 “여호와 그대의 하나님이 그대에게 나누어 주신 땅에 들어가서 그 땅을 차지하고 살 때가 올 것입니다.	And it shall be, when thou art come in unto the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, and possessest it, and dwellest therein;
2	그때 그 땅의 첫 열매는 무엇이든 가져다가 바구니에 담도록 하십시오. 여호와 그대의 하나님이 그대에게 주신 땅에서 거두어들인 것을요. 그러고는 여호와 그대의 하나님이 자신의 이름을 머물게 하려고 골라 주시는 곳으로 가도록 하십시오.	That thou shalt take of the first of all the fruit of the earth, which thou shalt bring of thy land that the Lord thy God giveth thee, and shalt put it in a basket, and shalt go unto the place which the Lord thy God shall choose to place his name there.
3	그 당시의 제사장에게 가서 이렇게 말하도록 하십시오. ‘여호와 제사장님의 하나님께 오늘 말씀드립니다. 내가 바로 그 땅에 들어왔습니다. 여호와께서 우리에게 주시겠다고 우리 조상들에게 굳게 약속하신 땅에요.’	And thou shalt go unto the priest that shall be in those days, and say unto him, I profess this day unto the Lord thy God, that I am come unto the country which the Lord sware unto our fathers for to give us.
4	그러면 제사장은 그대의 손에서 그 바구니를 받아서 여호와 그대의 하나님의 제단 앞에 놓아둘 것입니다.	And the priest shall take the basket out of thine hand, and set it down before the altar of the Lord thy God.
5	뒤이어 그대는 여호와 그대의 하나님 앞에서 이렇게 말씀드리도록 하십시오. ‘나의 조상은 이리저리 떠도는 시리아 사람이었는데, 이집트에 내려가 거기서 나그네로 살았습니다. 몇 사람밖에 되지 않았습니다. 그러나 거기서 크고 강한 민족이 되고 사람 수가 많아졌습니다.	And thou shalt speak and say before the Lord thy God, A Syrian ready to perish was my father, and he went down into Egypt, and sojourned there with a few, and became there a nation, great, mighty, and populous:
6	그런데 이집트 사람들이 우리를 못살게 굴고 괴롭혔습니다. 우리에게 힘든 일을 시켰습니다.	And the Egyptians evil entreated us, and afflicted us, and laid upon us hard bondage:
7	그래서 우리는 여호와 우리 조상들의 하나님께 부르짖었습니다. 그랬더니 여호와께서 우리의 소리를 들으셨습니다. 우리의 비참함과 수고로움과 괴로움을 보셨습니다.	And when we cried unto the Lord God of our fathers, the Lord heard our voice, and looked on our affliction, and our labour, and our oppression:
8	그러고는 여호와께서 우리를 이집트에서 빠져나오게 하셨습니다. 강한 손과 펴신 팔과 무시무시한 큰일로, 또 증표들과 기적들로요.	And the Lord brought us forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand, and with an outstretched arm, and with great terribleness, and with signs, and with wonders:
9	우리를 이곳으로 들어오게 하셨습니다. 우리에게 이 땅을 주셨습니다. 젖이 흐르고 꿀이 있는 땅을요.	And he hath brought us into this place, and hath given us this land, even a land that floweth with milk and honey.
10	이제, 보십시오. 여호와께서 나에게 주신 땅의 첫 열매를 가지고 왔습니다.’ 그러고는 그 첫 열매를 여호와 그대의 하나님 앞에 놓아두도록 하십시오. 여호와 그대의 하나님 앞에서 예배하도록 하십시오.	And now, behold, I have brought the firstfruits of the land, which thou, O Lord, hast given me. And thou shalt set it before the Lord thy God, and worship before the Lord thy God:
11	즐거워하도록 하십시오. 여호와 그대의 하나님이 그대와 그대 집안에 베풀어 주신 온갖 좋은 것을 두고서요. 그대 가운데 있는 레위 사람과 나그네와 함께 즐거워하도록 하십시오.”	And thou shalt rejoice in every good thing which the Lord thy God hath given unto thee, and unto thine house, thou, and the Levite, and the stranger that is among you.
12	3년째 되는 해 10분의 1을 이런 사람들에게 주십시오 “3년째 되는 해 곧 10분의 1을 바치는 해에 그대가 생산한 온갖 것의 10분의 1 바치는 일을 마치려 한다고 합시다. 그러면 그 바친 것을 레위 사람과 나그네와 부모 없는 아이와 남편 여읜 여자에게 주도록 하십시오. 그래서 그들이 그대의 성문 안에서 실컷 먹도록 해 주십시오.	When thou hast made an end of tithing all the tithes of thine increase the third year, which is the year of tithing, and hast given it unto the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, that they may eat within thy gates, and be filled;
13	그리고 그대는 여호와 그대의 하나님 앞에서 이렇게 말씀드리도록 하십시오. ‘그 거룩한 것을 집에서 끄집어냈습니다. 또한 그것을 레위 사람과 나그네와 부모 없는 아이와 남편 여읜 여자에게 주었습니다. 주님이 저에게 내리신 명령대로 다 했습니다. 주님의 명령을 어기지 않았고, 잊어버리지도 않았습니다.	Then thou shalt say before the Lord thy God, I have brought away the hallowed things out of mine house, and also have given them unto the Levite, and unto the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all thy commandments which thou hast commanded me: I have not transgressed thy commandments, neither have I forgotten them:
14	장례 기간에 그것을 먹지 않았습니다. 제가 깨끗하지 않을 때 그것을 집에서 내오지 않았습니다. 죽은 사람에게 바치지도 않았습니다. 여호와 나의 하나님의 목소리를 따랐습니다. 주님이 저에게 내리신 명령 그대로 했습니다.	I have not eaten thereof in my mourning, neither have I taken away ought thereof for any unclean use, nor given ought thereof for the dead: but I have hearkened to the voice of the Lord my God, and have done according to all that thou hast commanded me.
15	주님 사시는 거룩한 장소인 하늘에서 내려다보시고, 주님의 백성 이스라엘에게 복을 내려 주십시오! 주님이 우리에게 주신 땅, 주님이 우리 조상들에게 굳게 약속해 주신 것처럼 젖이 흐르고 꿀이 있는 땅에도요!’”	Look down from thy holy habitation, from heaven, and bless thy people Israel, and the land which thou hast given us, as thou swarest unto our fathers, a land that floweth with milk and honey.
16	여호와는 그대의 하나님, 그대는 여호와의 백성 “오늘 여호와 그대의 하나님이 규정들과 법령들을 실행하라고 그대에게 명령하십니다. 그대는 그것들을 지키고 실행하도록 하십시오, 온 마음과 온 정성으로요.	This day the Lord thy God hath commanded thee to do these statutes and judgments: thou shalt therefore keep and do them with all thine heart, and with all thy soul.
17	그대는 오늘 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하시도록 했습니다. 그분이 그대의 하나님이 되셨고, 그래서 그대는 그분의 길로 걸어가야 한다고요. 그분의 규정들과 명령들과 법령들을 따르고 그분의 목소리를 들어야 한다고요.	Thou hast avouched the Lord this day to be thy God, and to walk in his ways, and to keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and to hearken unto his voice:
18	여호와께서는 오늘 그대가 이렇게 말하도록 하셨습니다. 그분이 그대에게 말씀해 주신 것처럼 그대가 그분 자신의 백성이 되었고, 그분의 모든 명령을 따르겠다고요.	And the Lord hath avouched thee this day to be his peculiar people, as he hath promised thee, and that thou shouldest keep all his commandments;
19	그래서 그분이 그대를, 그분이 만드신 모든 민족 위에 높여 주실 것이고, 그대가 칭송받고 이름을 떨치고 영광을 누리게 해 주실 것이라고요. 그분이 말씀해 주신 대로 그대는 여호와 그대의 하나님의 거룩한 백성이 되었다고요.”	And to make thee high above all nations which he hath made, in praise, and in name, and in honour; and that thou mayest be an holy people unto the Lord thy God, as he hath spoken.
