1	진영 밖으로 내보내야 하는 사람들 여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.	And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2	“너는 이스라엘 사람들에게 명령을 내려라. 그래서 심한피부병에 걸렸거나 몸에서 고름을 흘리거나 주검에 닿아 더러워진 사람이면 누구든지 진영에서 내보내게 하여라.	Command the children of Israel, that they put out of the camp every leper, and every one that hath an issue, and whosoever is defiled by the dead:
3	남자든 여자든 너희는 내보내야 하는데, 진영 밖으로 그들을 내보내야 한다. 그리하여 그들이 자기들의 진영을 더럽히지 않게 하여라. 내가 그들 가운데 머무르고 있기 때문이다.”	Both male and female shall ye put out, without the camp shall ye put them; that they defile not their camps, in the midst whereof I dwell.
4	이스라엘 사람들이 그렇게 하여, 그런 사람들을 진영 밖으로 내보냈다. 여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하신 대로 이스라엘 사람들이 그렇게 했다.	And the children of Israel did so, and put them out without the camp: as the Lord spake unto Moses, so did the children of Israel.
5	다른 사람에게 손해를 입혔을 때 여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.	And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
6	“이스라엘 사람들에게 말해 주어라. 남자든 여자든 가릴 것 없이 다른 사람에게 어떤 죄든 지어 여호와에게 정말로 신의를 저버렸다면, 그 사람은 벌받아야 한다.	Speak unto the children of Israel, When a man or woman shall commit any sin that men commit, to do a trespass against the Lord, and that person be guilty;
7	그런 사람들은 자신들이 저지른 죄를 고백해야 한다. 그런 사람은 자신이 끼친 손해를 전부 물어 주고도, 거기에 5분의 1을 더하여 자신이 피해를 입힌 사람에게 주어야 한다.	Then they shall confess their sin which they have done: and he shall recompense his trespass with the principal thereof, and add unto it the fifth part thereof, and give it unto him against whom he hath trespassed.
8	이 배상금을 피해자 대신 받을 사람이 없으면, 그 배상금은 여호와에게 바쳐서 제사장에게 돌아가게 하여라. 그뿐만 아니라 그 사람의 죄를 없애 줄 예식에 쓸 숫양도 바쳐야 한다.	But if the man have no kinsman to recompense the trespass unto, let the trespass be recompensed unto the Lord, even to the priest; beside the ram of the atonement, whereby an atonement shall be made for him.
9	이스라엘 사람들이 제사장에게 가져오는 온갖 거룩한 것 가운데서 예물로 바치는 것이면 무엇이든 제사장의 것이 되게 하여라.	And every offering of all the holy things of the children of Israel, which they bring unto the priest, shall be his.
10	각자 구별해서 바치려고 가져온 것은 자기의 것이지만, 누군가가 제사장에게 준 것은 제사장의 것이 된다.”	And every man’s hallowed things shall be his: whatsoever any man giveth the priest, it shall be his.
11	남편이 질투심에 사로잡혔을 때 여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.	And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
12	“너는 이스라엘 사람들에게 말해 주어라. 그들에게 이렇게 일러 주어라. ‘어떤 남자의 아내가 남편을 떠나 신의를 저버렸다고 하자.	Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man’s wife go aside, and commit a trespass against him,
13	다른 남자가 그 여자와 함께 누워 정액을 쏟았다고 하자. 남편의 눈에는 띄지 않았고 사람들은 몰랐지만, 아내가 그렇게 더러워졌다고 하자. 그에게 불리한 증인도 없고, 그가 붙잡히지도 않았다고 하자.	And a man lie with her carnally, and it be hid from the eyes of her husband, and be kept close, and she be defiled, and there be no witness against her, neither she be taken with the manner;
14	하지만 남편이 질투심에 사로잡혀, 더러워진 아내를 질투한다고 하자. 또는 질투심에 사로잡혀, 더러워지지 않았는데도 그 아내를 의심하여 질투한다고 하자.	And the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be defiled: or if the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be not defiled:
15	그러면 남편은 아내를 제사장에게 데려가야 한다. 아내를 위한 예물로 보릿가루 2.2리터를 가져가야 한다. 그 위에 기름을 붓지 말고, 그 위에 유향도 두지 말아야 한다. 그것은 질투의 곡식제물(소제물)이요, 잘못을 생각나게 하는 기억의 곡식제물(소제물)이기 때문이다.	Then shall the man bring his wife unto the priest, and he shall bring her offering for her, the tenth part of an ephah of barley meal; he shall pour no oil upon it, nor put frankincense thereon; for it is an offering of jealousy, an offering of memorial, bringing iniquity to remembrance.
16	제사장은 그 여자를 가까이 오게 하여 여호와 앞에 세워야 한다.	And the priest shall bring her near, and set her before the Lord:
17	제사장은 거룩한 물을 진흙그릇에 담아야 한다. 제사장은 여호와께서 머무시는 천막 바닥에 있는 흙을 조금 가져다가 그 물에 집어넣어야 한다.	And the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is in the floor of the tabernacle the priest shall take, and put it into the water:
18	제사장은 그 여자를 여호와 앞에 세워야 한다. 제사장은 그 여자의 머리를 풀어 늘어뜨리게 하고, 그 여자의 두 손바닥 위에다가 기억의 곡식제물(소제물)을 놓아 주어야 한다. 그것은 질투의 곡식제물(소제물)이다. 제사장은 손에 저주를 불러들이는 쓴 물을 들고 있어야 한다.	And the priest shall set the woman before the Lord, and uncover the woman’s head, and put the offering of memorial in her hands, which is the jealousy offering: and the priest shall have in his hand the bitter water that causeth the curse:
19	제사장은 그 여자가 맹세하게 해야 한다. 그 여자에게 이렇게 말해야 한다. 「다른 남자가 그대와 함께 눕지 않았다고 하자. 또 남편 아래에 있는 사람으로서 남편을 떠나 더러워지지도 않았다고 하자. 그러면 저주를 불러들이는 이 쓴 물의 피해를 입지 않을 것이다.	And the priest shall charge her by an oath, and say unto the woman, If no man have lain with thee, and if thou hast not gone aside to uncleanness with another instead of thy husband, be thou free from this bitter water that causeth the curse:
20	그러나 그대가 남편 아래에 있는 사람으로서 남편을 떠나 더러워졌다고 하자. 남편 아닌 남자가 그대와 잠자리했다고 하자.」	But if thou hast gone aside to another instead of thy husband, and if thou be defiled, and some man have lain with thee beside thine husband:
21	제사장은 그 여자가 저주도 받겠다고 맹세하게 해야 한다. 제사장은 그 여자에게 이렇게 말해야 한다. 「그러면 여호와께서, 그대의 백성이 저주하며 맹세할 때마다 그대를 들먹이게 하실 것이다. 여호와께서 그대의 아랫도리를 쪼그라들게 하고, 그대의 배를 부풀게 하실 것이다.	Then the priest shall charge the woman with an oath of cursing, and the priest shall say unto the woman, The Lord make thee a curse and an oath among thy people, when the Lord doth make thy thigh to rot, and thy belly to swell;
22	저주를 불러들이는 이 물이 그대의 창자에 들어가 배를 부풀게 하고 아랫도리를 쪼그라들게 할 것이다.」 그러면 그 여자는 「아멘, 아멘!」 하고 응답해야 한다.	And this water that causeth the curse shall go into thy bowels, to make thy belly to swell, and thy thigh to rot: And the woman shall say, Amen, amen.
23	제사장은 이 저주의 말을 두루마리에 적어 넣은 다음에 쓴 물로 닦아 내야 한다.	And the priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall blot them out with the bitter water:
24	제사장은 저주를 불러들이는 쓴 물을 그 여자에게 마시게 해야 한다. 그 쓴 물이 그 여자에게 들어가서 쓴 것이 될 것이다.	And he shall cause the woman to drink the bitter water that causeth the curse: and the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter.
25	제사장은 그 여자의 손에서 질투의 곡식제물(소제물)을 받아 그 곡식제물(소제물)을 여호와 앞에서 흔들어야 한다. 그 제물을 제단으로 가지고 가야 한다.	Then the priest shall take the jealousy offering out of the woman’s hand, and shall wave the offering before the Lord, and offer it upon the altar:
26	제사장은 곡식제물(소제물)을 한 줌 집어다가 전체 예물을 생각나게 하는 표시로 제단에서 태워 연기로 바쳐야 한다. 그런 다음에 그 여자에게 그 물을 마시게 해야 한다.	And the priest shall take an handful of the offering, even the memorial thereof, and burn it upon the altar, and afterward shall cause the woman to drink the water.
27	제사장은 그 물을 그 여자에게 마시게 해야 한다. 그가 더러워져서 남편에게 신의를 저버렸으면, 저주를 불러들이는 물이 그에게 들어가서 쓴 것이 될 것이다. 그 여자의 배가 부풀고 아랫도리가 쪼그라들 것이다. 백성이 저주할 때마다 그 여자를 들먹일 것이다.	And when he hath made her to drink the water, then it shall come to pass, that, if she be defiled, and have done trespass against her husband, that the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter, and her belly shall swell, and her thigh shall rot: and the woman shall be a curse among her people.
28	그 여자가 더러워지지 않고 깨끗하다면, 피해를 입지 않고 아이를 가질 것이다.	And if the woman be not defiled, but be clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive seed.
29	이것은 질투의 법규이다. 여자가 남편 아래에 있는 사람으로서 남편을 떠나 더러워졌다고 하자.	This is the law of jealousies, when a wife goeth aside to another instead of her husband, and is defiled;
30	또는 남편이 질투심에 사로잡혀 아내를 질투한다고 하자. 그러면 그 여자를 여호와 앞에 세워야 한다. 제사장은 이 모든 법규를 그 여자에게 적용해야 한다.	Or when the spirit of jealousy cometh upon him, and he be jealous over his wife, and shall set the woman before the Lord, and the priest shall execute upon her all this law.
31	그 남편에게는 잘못이 없고, 그 여자는 잘못한 것이 있으면 책임져야 한다.’”	Then shall the man be guiltless from iniquity, and this woman shall bear her iniquity.
