절	새한글성경 (2024)	King James Version
1	여호와께서 이스라엘과 논쟁하시다 (예언자) 여러분은 잘 들으세요, 여호와께서 하시는 말씀을! (하나님) “너는 일어나라. 산들과 다투어라. 언덕들이 너의 목소리를 듣도록 해라.”	Hear ye now what the Lord saith; Arise, contend thou before the mountains, and let the hills hear thy voice.
2	(예언자) 들어라, 산들아, 여호와께서 다투시는 말씀을, 땅의 변함없는 기초들아! 여호와께서 여호와의 백성과 다투실 일이 있기 때문이다. 여호와께서 이스라엘과 논쟁을 벌이실 것이다.	Hear ye, O mountains, the Lord’s controversy, and ye strong foundations of the earth: for the Lord hath a controversy with his people, and he will plead with Israel.
3	(하나님) “나의 백성아, 내가 너에게 무엇을 잘못했느냐? 무엇으로 너를 지치게 했느냐? 나한테 대답해 보아라.	O my people, what have I done unto thee? and wherein have I wearied thee? testify against me.
4	참으로 나는 너를 이집트 땅에서 데리고 올라왔고, 너를 노예살이하던 집에서 구해 냈다. 너의 앞에 모세와 아론과 미리암을 보내 주었다.	For I brought thee up out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed thee out of the house of servants; and I sent before thee Moses, Aaron, and Miriam.
5	나의 백성아, 잘 기억해 보아라, 모압 임금 발락이 무슨 일을 꾸몄는지, 브올의 아들 발람이 그에게 무엇이라고 대답했는지, 싯팀에서 길갈까지 무슨 일이 있었는지도. 그러면 여호와가 공의롭게 한 일들을 알게 될 것이다.”	O my people, remember now what Balak king of Moab consulted, and what Balaam the son of Beor answered him from Shittim unto Gilgal; that ye may know the righteousness of the Lord.
6	여호와께서 찾으시는 것 (백성) “무엇을 가지고 내가 여호와께 나아가, 높이 계신 하나님께 굽혀 경배할까? 다태우는제물(번제물)로 1년 된 송아지들을 가지고 갈까?	Wherewith shall I come before the Lord, and bow myself before the high God? shall I come before him with burnt offerings, with calves of a year old?
7	여호와께서 수천 마리 숫양을, 수만 곳 강물 같은 기름을 기쁘게 받으실까? 내가 나의 맏아들을 드려 나의 범죄를, 나의 몸의 열매를 드려 나 자신의 죄를 용서받을까?”	Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams, or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
8	(예언자) 여호와께서 그대에게 알려 주셨습니다, 사람이여, 무엇이 좋은지를, 여호와께서 그대한테서 무엇을 찾으시는지를! 다만 정의를 행동으로 옮기는 것과 한결같은 사랑을 즐겨 베푸는 것과 겸허히 그대의 하나님과 함께 살아가는 것입니다.	He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?
9	도시를 향한 여호와의 외침 (예언자) 여호와의 목소리입니다. 도시를 향해 외치십니다. 잘됩니다, 주님의 이름을 두려워하면! (하나님) “들어라, 지파 사람들아, 또 도시에 모인 사람들아!	The Lord’s voice crieth unto the city, and the man of wisdom shall see thy name: hear ye the rod, and who hath appointed it.
10	아직도 악인의 집에 불의하게 모은 보물이 있느냐? 작게 만들어 저주받을 됫박이 있느냐?	Are there yet the treasures of wickedness in the house of the wicked, and the scant measure that is abominable?
11	내가 깨끗하다고 할 수 있겠느냐, 불의한 저울을 보고서도, 속이는 저울추를 담은 주머니를 보고서도?	Shall I count them pure with the wicked balances, and with the bag of deceitful weights?
12	도시의 부자들은 폭력으로 가득 차 있고, 거기 사는 사람들은 거짓을 말한다. 속이는 혀가 그들의 입속에 있을 뿐이다.	For the rich men thereof are full of violence, and the inhabitants thereof have spoken lies, and their tongue is deceitful in their mouth.
13	그래서 나 또한 너를 병들게 했다. 너를 때렸다. 너를 황폐하게 만들었다, 너의 죄 때문에.	Therefore also will I make thee sick in smiting thee, in making thee desolate because of thy sins.
14	네가 먹어도 배부르지 않을 것이다. 배설물이 너의 몸 안에 머물러 있을 것이다. 네가 떼어 내 놓아도 안전한 곳으로 가져가지는 못할 것이다. 네가 안전한 곳으로 가져간 것을 내가 칼에 넘겨주겠다.	Thou shalt eat, but not be satisfied; and thy casting down shall be in the midst of thee; and thou shalt take hold, but shalt not deliver; and that which thou deliverest will I give up to the sword.
15	네가 씨를 뿌려도 거두지 못할 것이다. 네가 올리브를 밟아도 기름을 몸에 발라 보지 못할 것이고, 새 포도주를 밟아도 포도주를 마셔 보지 못할 것이다.	Thou shalt sow, but thou shalt not reap; thou shalt tread the olives, but thou shalt not anoint thee with oil; and sweet wine, but shalt not drink wine.
16	네가 지킨 것은 오므리가 정한 것들과 아합 집안이 만든 온갖 것이었다. 너희는 그들의 계략대로 살아갔다. 그래서 내가 너를 황폐하게 만들겠다. 거기 사는 사람들을 비웃음거리로 만들겠다. 너희가 나의 백성의 치욕을 짊어질 것이다.”	For the statutes of Omri are kept, and all the works of the house of Ahab, and ye walk in their counsels; that I should make thee a desolation, and the inhabitants thereof an hissing: therefore ye shall bear the reproach of my people.
