1	예수님의 부활과 여자들 안식일이 지난 다음에, 막달라 사람 마리아와 야고보의 어머니 마리아와 살로메가 여러 가지 향료를 샀다. 가서 예수님께 발라 드리려는 것이었다.	And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him.
2	그리고 한 주간의 첫날 아주 이른 새벽에 그들은 무덤으로 간다. 해가 막 떠오른 때였다.	And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun.
3	그들은 서로 말했다. “누가 우리를 위해 무덤 입구에서 돌을 굴려 치워 줄까?”	And they said among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the sepulchre?
4	그런데 쳐다보니 돌이 굴러 치워져 있는 것이 눈에 띄었다. 돌이 엄청나게 컸기 때문이다.	And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away: for it was very great.
5	그들이 무덤 안으로 들어가서 보니 한 젊은이가 오른쪽에 앉아 있었는데, 흰 예복을 둘러 입고 있었다. 그래서 그들은 깜짝 놀랐다.	And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted.
6	그러자 그 젊은이가 그들에게 말한다. “너무 놀라지 마세요. 예수님을 찾고 있군요. 나사렛 사람, 곧 십자가에 못 박혀 매달리신 분을요. 그분은 일으킴받아 살아나셨어요! 여기에 계시지 않아요. 보세요, 그분을 모셨던 자리입니다.	And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him.
7	가서 그분의 제자들에게 이렇게 말해 주세요. 베드로에게도요. ‘예수님이 그대들보다 앞서 갈릴래아로 가고 계십니다. 거기서 그대들은 그분을 뵙게 될 겁니다. 그분이 그대들에게 말씀하셨던 대로입니다.’”	But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you.
8	여자들이 뛰쳐나와서 무덤에서 달아났다. 무서워 떨었고, 정신을 차리지 못했기 때문이다. 그래서 그들은 아무에게 아무 말도 하지 않았다. 두려워하고 있었기 때문이다. (; )	And they went out quickly, and fled from the sepulchre; for they trembled and were amazed: neither said they any thing to any man; for they were afraid.
9	예수님이 막달라 사람 마리아에게 나타나시다 [한 주의 첫째 날 새벽에 예수님이 살아 일어나신 뒤에, 맨 처음으로 막달라 사람 마리아에게 나타나셨다. 마리아는 예수님이 귀신 일곱을 쫓아내 주신 적이 있는 여자였다.	Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils.
10	바로 그 여자가 가서, 예수님과 함께했던 사람들에게 이 소식을 알려 주었다. 그들은 슬픔에 잠겨 울고 있던 중이었다.	And she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept.
11	바로 그들은 예수님이 살아 계시다는 것과 마리아에게 목격되었다는 말을 들었으나 믿지 않았다. ()	And they, when they had heard that he was alive, and had been seen of her, believed not.
12	예수님이 두 제자에게 나타나시다 그러고 나서 그들 가운데 있던 두 명이 걸어서 시골로 가고 있었다. 예수님이 다른 모습으로 그 둘에게 나타나셨다.	After that he appeared in another form unto two of them, as they walked, and went into the country.
13	이들은 길을 돌이켜, 남아 있는 사람들에게 가서 알렸다. 하지만 그들도 이들의 말을 믿지 않았다. (; ; ; )	And they went and told it unto the residue: neither believed they them.
14	마지막 부탁을 하시다 그런데 나중에 열한 명이 기대앉아 먹고 있을 때 예수님이 그들에게도 나타나셨다. 예수님은 그들이 믿지 못하고 마음이 굳어 있는 것을 나무라셨다. 예수님이 일으킴받아 살아나신 것을 목격한 사람들의 말을 믿지 않았기 때문이다.	Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.
15	예수님이 그들에게 말씀하셨다. “온 세상 어디든지 가서, 모든 창조물에게 복음을 선포하여라.	And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16	믿고 세례받는 사람은 구원받고, 믿지 않는 사람은 죄 있다고 판결받을 것이다.	He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
17	믿는 사람들에게는 이런 징표가 따라붙을 것이다. 내 이름을 힘입어 그들은 귀신들을 쫓아내고, 새 언어들로 말할 것이다.	And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
18	또 두 손으로 뱀을 집어 들 것이다. 또 목숨을 앗아 갈 독을 마셔도 아무 탈 없을 것이다. 건강이 좋지 않은 사람에게 두 손을 얹으면 건강해질 것이다.” (; )	They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
19	예수님이 들려 하늘로 오르시다 이렇게 주 예수님이 그들에게 말씀하시고 나서 하늘로 들려 올라가셨다. 그리고 하나님 오른쪽에 앉으셨다.	So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.
20	제자들로 말하자면, 그들은 나가서 어디서나 복음을 선포했다. 주님이 함께 일하셨고, 뒤따르는 징표들로 그 말씀을 굳게 뒷받침해 주셨다.]	And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
