절	새한글성경 (2024)	King James Version
1	하늘에 있는 집에서 주님 곁에 살게 되기를 바라다 우리가 알다시피, 땅에 있는 우리의 천막집이 허물어지면 우리에게는 하나님께로부터 오는 집이 있기 때문입니다. 그 집은 사람 손으로 지은 것이 아니고 하늘에 있는 영원한 집입니다.	For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
2	이러한 까닭에 우리는 신음하며 하늘로부터 오는 우리의 거처를 덧입기를 애타게 바라고 있습니다.	For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven:
3	우리가 이 천막집을 벗어 버리더라도 알몸으로 드러나지는 않을 것입니다.	If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.
4	천막집에 있는 우리는 짐에 눌려 신음하고 있습니다. 우리가 바라는 것은 벗어 버리는 것이 아니라 덧입는 것이기 때문입니다. 죽을 것이 생명에게 완전히 삼켜지도록 하려는 것이지요.	For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.
5	바로 이 일을 위하여 우리를 준비시키신 분은 하나님이십니다. 곧 우리에게 그 보증으로 성령님을 주신 분이시지요.	Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit.
6	그러므로 우리는 언제나 용감합니다. 우리가 몸을 입고 사는 동안에는 주님으로부터 떨어져 살고 있다는 것을 알면서도 말입니다.	Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
7	우리가 살아가는 것은 믿음을 통해서이지 보이는 것을 통해서가 아니니까요.	(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
8	그래서 우리는 용감합니다. 그리고 몸에서 빠져나와 주님 곁에서 사는 것이 더 좋다고 생각합니다.	We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
9	그러므로 우리는, 몸을 입고 살든지 몸에서 빠져나와 살든지, 그분께 기쁨이 되는 것을 목표로 삼습니다.	Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.
10	우리 모두는 반드시 그리스도의 심판대 앞에 나타나야 하기 때문입니다. 그리하여 저마다 좋은 일이든 못된 짓이든 몸으로 한 일에 대해 그 대가를 받게 될 것입니다.	For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
11	하나님이 맡기신 화해의 직무 그러므로 우리는 주님을 두려워해야 함을 알기에 사람들을 설득합니다. 하나님은 우리를 환히 알고 계십니다. 나는 여러분도 우리를 환히 알고 있기를 기대합니다.	Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.
12	우리가 다시 우리 스스로를 여러분에게 내세우는 것이 아니라, 우리에 대해 여러분이 자랑할 기회를 드리는 것입니다. 그래서 마음이 아니라 겉모습을 자랑하는 사람들한테 여러분도 대응할 말이 있게 하려는 것입니다.	For we commend not ourselves again unto you, but give you occasion to glory on our behalf, that ye may have somewhat to answer them which glory in appearance, and not in heart.
13	우리가 정신이 나갔으면 그것은 하나님을 위해서이며, 정신이 멀쩡하다면 그것은 여러분을 위해서입니다.	For whether we be beside ourselves, it is to God: or whether we be sober, it is for your cause.
14	그리스도의 사랑이 우리를 휘몰기 때문입니다. 우리는 한 분이 모두를 위해서 죽으셨고, 그래서 모두가 죽었다고 판단합니다.	For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:
15	곧 그리스도께서 모든 사람들을 위해서 죽으신 것입니다. 그것은 산 사람들이 더는 자신들을 위해서 살지 않고, 자신들을 위해 죽으셨다가 살아나신 분을 위해서 살게 하시려는 것입니다.	And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.
16	그러므로 우리는, 이제부터 어떤 사람도 사람들의 기준에 따라 알지 않습니다. 우리가 전에는 그리스도까지 사람들의 기준에 따라 알았더라도, 이제 더는 그렇게 알고 있지 않습니다.	Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
17	그래서 누구라도 그리스도 안에 있으면, 그는 새로운 창조물입니다. 옛것들은 지나갔습니다. 보십시오, 새것들이 되었습니다!	Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
18	모든 것은 하나님께로부터 비롯됩니다. 그리스도를 통해 우리를 자기와 화해하게 하시고, 우리에게 화해시키는 섬김의 직무를 주신 하나님께로부터 말입니다.	And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
19	다시 말해 하나님이 그리스도 안에서 세상을 자기와 화해하게 하셨습니다. 그러면서 사람들에게 그들의 잘못에 대한 책임을 따지지 않으시고, 화해의 말씀을 우리에게 맡겨 두셨습니다.	To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
20	그러므로 우리는 그리스도를 대신하는 특사들입니다. 곧 하나님이 우리를 통해서 권유하시는 것입니다. 우리가 그리스도를 대신해서 매달려 빕니다. 여러분은 하나님과 화해하십시오!	Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.
21	우리를 위해서 하나님은 죄를 알지도 못하는 분에게 죄를 짊어지게 하셔서, 우리 자신들이 그분 안에서 하나님의 의가 되도록 하셨습니다.	For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
