| 1 | 하늘들이 하나님의 영광을 밝히 드러내고 궁창이 그분의 손으로 행하신 일을 나타내는도다. | The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. |
| 2 | 낮은 낮에게 말하고 밤은 밤에게 지식을 보이니 | Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. |
| 3 | 그것들의 음성이 들리지 않은 말이나 언어가 없도다. | There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. |
| 4 | 그것들의 줄이 온 땅에 두루 나갔고 그것들의 말들이 세상 끝까지 이르렀도다. 그분께서 해를 위하여 하늘들 안에 장막을 세우셨으므로 | Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun, |
| 5 | 해는 자기 침소에서 나오는 신랑 같고 경주하려는 힘센 자 같이 기뻐하는도다. | Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race. |
| 6 | 해가 하늘 끝에서부터 나아가며 그것의 순환 회로는 하늘 끝들에까지 이르나니 해의 열기에서 숨을 것이 없도다. | His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof. |
| 7 | 주의 율법은 완전하여 혼을 회심시키고 주의 증언은 확실하여 단순한 자를 지혜롭게 하며 | The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. |
| 8 | 주의 법규들은 올발라서 마음을 기쁘게 하고 주의 명령은 순수하여 눈을 밝게 하는도다. | The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes. |
| 9 | 주의 두려움은 깨끗하여 영원토록 지속되고 주의 판단들은 진실하고 전적으로 의로우니 | The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether. |
| 10 | 그것들은 금보다, 참으로 많은 정금보다 더 사모해야 할 것들이며 또 꿀과 벌집보다 더 달도다. | More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. |
| 11 | 주의 종이 또한 그것들로 경고를 받나니 그것들을 지킬 때에 큰 보상이 있나이다. | Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward. |
| 12 | 누가 능히 자기 잘못들을 깨달으리요? 주께서는 은밀한 허물에서 나를 정결하게 하소서. | Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults. |
| 13 | 또 주의 종을 지키사 고의로 짓는 죄들에서 떠나게 하시고 그 죄들이 나를 지배하지 못하게 하소서. 그리하시면 내가 곧바르게 되어 큰 범법에서 벗어나 무죄하리이다. | Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression. |
| 14 | 오 나의 힘이시요, 나의 구속자이신 주여, 내 입의 말들과 내 마음의 묵상이 주의 눈앞에 받으실 만한 것이 되기를 원하나이다. | Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer. |
