1 주께서 모세에게 말씀하여 이르시되, And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2 이스라엘 자손에게 말하고 그들에게 이르라. 어떤 사람이 특별 서원을 하면 그런 사람들은 네가 정한 값대로 주를 위하여 드린 자들이 될지니라. Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the Lord by thy estimation.
3 네가 정한 값 곧 스무 살에서 예순 살까지의 남자에게 네가 정한 값은 성소의 세겔에 따라 은 오십 세겔로 하고 And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
4 여자이면 네가 정한 값을 삼십 세겔로 하며 And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.
5 다섯 살에서 스무 살까지의 남자이면 네가 정한 값을 이십 세겔로 하고 여자이면 십 세겔로 하며 And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
6 난 지 한 달에서 다섯 살까지의 남자이면 네가 정한 값을 은 오 세겔로 하고 여자이면 네가 정한 값을 은 삼 세겔로 하며 And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.
7 예순 살이 넘은 남자이면 네가 정한 값을 십오 세겔로 하고 여자이면 십 세겔로 하라. And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
8 그러나 그가 너무 가난하여 네가 정한 값을 감당하지 못하면 그는 자신을 제사장 앞에 보일 것이요, 제사장은 그의 값을 정하되 서원한 자의 능력대로 그의 값을 정할지니라. But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.
9 사람들이 주께 드리려고 헌물로 가져오는 것이 짐승이면 사람이 주께 드리는 그런 모든 것이 거룩하리니 And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the Lord, all that any man giveth of such unto the Lord shall be holy.
10 그는 그것을 변경하거나 나쁜 것 대신 좋은 것으로 혹은 좋은 것 대신 나쁜 것으로 바꾸지 못할 것이요, 혹시 그가 짐승을 짐승으로 바꾸면 그것과 또 그것을 대체한 것이 거룩하게 되리라. He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.
11 그것이 부정하여 그들이 주께 희생물로 드리지 않는 짐승이면 그는 그 짐승을 제사장 앞에 보일 것이요, And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the Lord, then he shall present the beast before the priest:
12 제사장은 그것이 좋든지 나쁘든지 그것의 값을 정할지니 제사장인 네가 그것의 값을 정하는 대로 그 값이 정해질 것이니라. And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.
13 그러나 그가 그것을 무르려면 네가 정한 값에 그것의 오분의 일을 더할지니라. But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.
14 ¶사람이 자기 집을 거룩히 구별하여 주께 거룩하게 하려면 제사장은 그것이 좋든지 나쁘든지 그것의 값을 정할지니 제사장이 정하는 대로 그 값이 설 것이니라. And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the Lord, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.
15 자기 집을 거룩히 구별한 사람이 그 집을 무르려면 네가 정한 돈의 오분의 일을 그것에 더할지니 그러면 그것이 그의 소유가 되리라. And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.
16 어떤 사람이 자기 소유의 밭 얼마를 주께 거룩히 구별하려면 그 밭의 씨에 따라 네가 정한 값을 매기되 보리씨 일 호멜은 은 오십 세겔로 그 값을 매길 것이며 And if a man shall sanctify unto the Lord some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.
17 그가 자기 밭을 희년부터 거룩히 구별하였으면 그 값이 네가 정한 값대로 설 것이로되 If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand.
18 그 밭을 희년 이후에 거룩히 구별하였으면 제사장이 희년까지 남은 햇수에 따라 그에게 돈을 계산하고 네가 정한 값에서 그만큼을 줄일 것이니라. But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.
19 밭을 거룩히 구별한 자가 어떤 식으로든 그것을 무르려면 네가 정한 돈의 오분의 일을 그것에 더할지니 그러면 그것이 그를 위하여 확정되리라. And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.
20 그가 그 밭을 무르려 하지 아니하거나 다른 사람에게 팔았으면 다시는 그것을 무르지 못하리라. And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.
21 그러나 희년이 되어 그 밭이 나갈 때에는 전적으로 봉헌한 밭이 되어 주께 거룩할 터이므로 그 밭의 소유가 제사장의 것이 되리라. But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the Lord, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest’s.
22 어떤 사람이 사기는 했으나 자기의 소유가 아닌 밭을 주께 거룩히 구별하려면 And if a man sanctify unto the Lord a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;
23 제사장은 그를 위하여 네가 정한 값의 가치를 희년까지 계산하고 그는 네가 정한 값을 그 날에 주께 드려 거룩한 것으로 삼을 것이며 Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the Lord.
24 희년이 되면 그 밭은 그것을 판 사람 곧 그 땅의 소유자에게 돌아갈 것이니라. In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.
25 네가 정한 모든 값은 성소의 세겔에 따라 결정하되 이십 게라를 일 세겔로 할지니라. And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.
26 ¶오직 짐승의 첫 새끼는 주의 첫 새끼인즉 아무도 그것을 거룩히 구별하지 말라. 소든 양이든 그것은 주의 것이니라. Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the Lord’s firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the Lord’s.
27 만일 그것이 부정한 짐승이면 그는 네가 정한 값에 따라 그것을 무르되 거기에 그것의 오분의 일을 더하여 무를 것이요, 만일 무르지 아니하려거든 네가 정한 값대로 팔지니라. And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.
28 그럼에도 불구하고 전적으로 봉헌한 것 즉 어떤 사람이 자기의 모든 소유 중에서 주께 전적으로 봉헌할 물건은 사람이든지 짐승이든지 그의 소유 밭이든지 팔지도 못하고 무르지도 못하리니 전적으로 봉헌한 것은 다 주께 지극히 거룩하니라. Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the Lord of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the Lord.
29 전적으로 봉헌된 자 곧 사람들 중에서 전적으로 봉헌될 자는 결코 무르지 못할 것이며 반드시 죽일 것이니라. None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.
30 땅의 모든 십일조 곧 땅의 씨나 나무 열매의 십일조는 주의 것이니 그것은 주께 거룩하니라. And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the Lord’s: it is holy unto the Lord.
31 만일 어떤 사람이 자기의 십일조 중에서 조금이라도 무르려면 그는 거기에 그것의 오분의 일을 더할 것이요, And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.
32 소 떼나 양과 염소 떼의 십일조에 관하여는 어떤 것이 막대기 아래로 지나가든지 열째 것이 주께 거룩한 것이 되리니 And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the Lord.
33 그는 그것이 좋은지 나쁜지 살펴보지 말고 그것을 바꾸지 말지니라. 그가 그것을 바꾸면 그것과 또 그것을 바꾼 것이 다 거룩하게 되리니 그것은 무르지 못할지니라. He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.
34 이것들은 주께서 시내 산에서 이스라엘 자손을 위하여 모세에게 명령하신 명령들이니라. These are the commandments, which the Lord commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
