1 이제 스알디엘의 아들 스룹바벨과 또 예수아와 함께 올라온 제사장들과 레위 사람들이 이러하니라. 스라야와 예레미야와 에스라와 Now these are the priests and the Levites that went up with Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua: Seraiah, Jeremiah, Ezra,
2 아마랴와 말룩과 핫두스와 Amariah, Malluch, Hattush,
3 스가냐와 르훔과 므레못과 Shechaniah, Rehum, Meremoth,
4 잇도와 긴느도와 아비야와 Iddo, Ginnetho, Abijah,
5 미야민과 마아디야와 빌가와 Miamin, Maadiah, Bilgah,
6 스마야와 요야립과 여다야와 Shemaiah, and Joiarib, Jedaiah,
7 살루와 아목과 힐기야와 여다야니 이들은 예수아 시대에 제사장들과 그들의 형제들의 우두머리였더라. Sallu, Amok, Hilkiah, Jedaiah. These were the chief of the priests and of their brethren in the days of Jeshua.
8 또한 레위 사람들은 예수아와 빈누이와 갓미엘과 세레비야와 유다와 맛다니야였는데 이 맛다니야는 자기 형제들과 함께 감사드리는 일을 맡았고 Moreover the Levites: Jeshua, Binnui, Kadmiel, Sherebiah, Judah, and Mattaniah, which was over the thanksgiving, he and his brethren.
9 또 그들의 형제 박부기야와 운니는 파수 볼 때에 그들의 맞은편에 있었더라. Also Bakbukiah and Unni, their brethren, were over against them in the watches.
10 ¶예수아는 요야김을 낳았고 요야김은 또한 엘리아십을 낳았으며 엘리아십은 요야다를 낳았고 And Jeshua begat Joiakim, Joiakim also begat Eliashib, and Eliashib begat Joiada,
11 요야다는 요나단을 낳았고 요나단은 얏두아를 낳았더라. And Joiada begat Jonathan, and Jonathan begat Jaddua.
12 요야김 시대에 제사장들로 아버지들의 우두머리들은 이러하니 스라야에게서는 므라야요, 예레미야에게서는 하나냐요, And in the days of Joiakim were priests, the chief of the fathers: of Seraiah, Meraiah; of Jeremiah, Hananiah;
13 에스라에게서는 므술람이요, 아마랴에게서는 여호하난이요, Of Ezra, Meshullam; of Amariah, Jehohanan;
14 멜리구에게서는 요나단이요, 세바냐에게서는 요셉이요, Of Melicu, Jonathan; of Shebaniah, Joseph;
15 하림에게서는 아드나요, 므라욧에게서는 헬개요, Of Harim, Adna; of Meraioth, Helkai;
16 잇도에게서는 스가랴요, 긴느돈에게서는 므술람이요, Of Iddo, Zechariah; of Ginnethon, Meshullam;
17 아비야에게서는 시그리요, 미냐민에게서, 모아디야에게서는 빌대요, Of Abijah, Zichri; of Miniamin, of Moadiah, Piltai;
18 빌가에게서는 삼무아요, 스마야에게서는 여호나단이요, Of Bilgah, Shammua; of Shemaiah, Jehonathan;
19 요야립에게서는 맛드내요, 여다야에게서는 웃시요, And of Joiarib, Mattenai; of Jedaiah, Uzzi;
20 살래에게서는 갈래요, 아목에게서는 에벨이요, Of Sallai, Kallai; of Amok, Eber;
21 힐기야에게서는 하사비야요, 여다야에게서는 느다네엘이었더라. Of Hilkiah, Hashabiah; of Jedaiah, Nethaneel.
22 ¶엘리아십과 요야다와 요하난과 얏두아 시대에 레위 사람들은 책에 기록된 아버지들의 우두머리들이었으며 페르시아 왕 다리오의 통치 때까지 제사장들도 그러하였더라. The Levites in the days of Eliashib, Joiada, and Johanan, and Jaddua, were recorded chief of the fathers: also the priests, to the reign of Darius the Persian.
23 레위의 아들들로서 아버지들의 우두머리들은 엘리아십의 아들 요하난의 시대까지 연대기 책에 기록되었고 The sons of Levi, the chief of the fathers, were written in the book of the chronicles, even until the days of Johanan the son of Eliashib.
24 레위 사람들의 우두머리는 하사비야와 세레비야와 갓미엘의 아들 예수아더라. 그들이 자기들 맞은편의 자기 형제들과 함께 하나님의 사람 다윗의 명령에 따라 분반 별로 서로 찬양하며 감사를 드리고 And the chief of the Levites: Hashabiah, Sherebiah, and Jeshua the son of Kadmiel, with their brethren over against them, to praise and to give thanks, according to the commandment of David the man of God, ward over against ward.
25 맛다니야와 박부기야와 오바댜와 므술람과 달몬과 악굽은 문지기로서 문들의 입구에서 직무를 지켰더라. Mattaniah, and Bakbukiah, Obadiah, Meshullam, Talmon, Akkub, were porters keeping the ward at the thresholds of the gates.
26 이들이 요사닥의 손자요, 예수아의 아들인 요야김 시대와 총독 느헤미야와 제사장 겸 서기관인 에스라 시대에 있었더라. These were in the days of Joiakim the son of Jeshua, the son of Jozadak, and in the days of Nehemiah the governor, and of Ezra the priest, the scribe.
27 ¶예루살렘 성벽을 봉헌할 때에 그들이 자기들의 모든 처소에서 레위 사람들을 찾아내어 그들을 예루살렘으로 데려오고 감사하며 노래하며 심벌즈를 치며 비파와 하프를 타며 즐거이 봉헌식을 행하려 하매 And at the dedication of the wall of Jerusalem they sought the Levites out of all their places, to bring them to Jerusalem, to keep the dedication with gladness, both with thanksgivings, and with singing, with cymbals, psalteries, and with harps.
28 노래하는 자들의 아들들이 예루살렘 주변의 평야 지방과 느도바 사람들의 마을들에서 나와 함께 모였고 And the sons of the singers gathered themselves together, both out of the plain country round about Jerusalem, and from the villages of Netophathi;
29 또 길갈의 집과 게바와 아스마벳 들에서 나왔으니 이는 노래하는 자들이 자기들을 위하여 예루살렘 주변에 마을들을 세웠기 때문이라. Also from the house of Gilgal, and out of the fields of Geba and Azmaveth: for the singers had builded them villages round about Jerusalem.
30 제사장들과 레위 사람들이 자신을 정결하게 하고 또 백성과 성문들과 성벽을 정결하게 하니라. And the priests and the Levites purified themselves, and purified the people, and the gates, and the wall.
31 그때에 내가 유다의 통치자들을 데려다가 성벽 위에 오르게 하고 또 감사를 드리는 자들의 큰 무리 둘을 지정하매 이 중의 한 무리가 성벽 위에서 오른쪽으로 거름 문을 향하여 나아갔더라. Then I brought up the princes of Judah upon the wall, and appointed two great companies of them that gave thanks, whereof one went on the right hand upon the wall toward the dung gate:
32 호사야와 유다의 통치자들의 절반이 그들의 뒤를 따르고 And after them went Hoshaiah, and half of the princes of Judah,
33 또 아사랴와 에스라와 므술람과 And Azariah, Ezra, and Meshullam,
34 유다와 베냐민과 스마야와 예레미야가 그 뒤를 따르며 Judah, and Benjamin, and Shemaiah, and Jeremiah,
35 또 제사장들의 아들들 중에서 몇 사람이 나팔을 잡았으니 곧 요나단의 아들이요, 스마야의 손자요, 맛다니야의 증손이요, 미가야의 사대 손이요, 삭굴의 오대 손이요, 아삽의 육대 손인 스가랴와 And certain of the priests’ sons with trumpets; namely, Zechariah the son of Jonathan, the son of Shemaiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Michaiah, the son of Zaccur, the son of Asaph:
36 그의 형제 스마야와 아사라엘과 밀랄래와 길랄래와 마애와 느다네엘과 유다와 하나니더라. 이들이 하나님의 사람 다윗의 악기들을 잡았고 서기관 에스라가 그들 앞에 있었더라. And his brethren, Shemaiah, and Azarael, Milalai, Gilalai, Maai, Nethaneel, and Judah, Hanani, with the musical instruments of David the man of God, and Ezra the scribe before them.
37 그들이 자기들의 맞은편에 있던 샘 문에서 다윗의 도시의 계단으로 올라가 성벽으로 올라가는 곳에 이르러 다윗의 집 위쪽에서 동쪽의 물 문에 이르렀더라. And at the fountain gate, which was over against them, they went up by the stairs of the city of David, at the going up of the wall, above the house of David, even unto the water gate eastward.
38 감사를 드리는 자들의 다른 무리는 그들을 마주보고 갔으며 나와 또 성벽 위에 있던 백성의 절반이 그들의 뒤를 따라 용광로 망대 너머에서부터 나아가 넓은 성벽에 이르렀고 And the other company of them that gave thanks went over against them, and I after them, and the half of the people upon the wall, from beyond the tower of the furnaces even unto the broad wall;
39 또 에브라임 문 위와 옛 문 위와 물고기 문 위와 하나넬 망대와 메아 망대로부터 양 문에 이르렀더니 그들이 감옥 문에서 조용히 섰더라. And from above the gate of Ephraim, and above the old gate, and above the fish gate, and the tower of Hananeel, and the tower of Meah, even unto the sheep gate: and they stood still in the prison gate.
40 이처럼 감사를 드리는 자들의 두 무리와 나와 또 나와 함께한 치리자들의 절반은 하나님의 집에 섰고 So stood the two companies of them that gave thanks in the house of God, and I, and the half of the rulers with me:
41 제사장들 곧 엘리아김과 마아세야와 미냐민과 미가야와 엘료에내와 스가랴와 하나냐는 나팔을 잡았으며 And the priests; Eliakim, Maaseiah, Miniamin, Michaiah, Elioenai, Zechariah, and Hananiah, with trumpets;
42 또 마아세야와 스마야와 엘르아살과 웃시와 여호하난과 말기야와 엘람과 에셀이 함께하였더라. 또 노래하는 자들은 자기들의 감독 예스라히야와 함께 크게 노래하였더라. And Maaseiah, and Shemaiah, and Eleazar, and Uzzi, and Jehohanan, and Malchijah, and Elam, and Ezer. And the singers sang loud, with Jezrahiah their overseer.
43 또한 그 날에 그들이 큰 희생물을 드리고 기뻐하였으니 하나님께서 그들로 하여금 큰 기쁨으로 기뻐하게 하셨더라. 아내들과 아이들도 기뻐하였으므로 예루살렘이 기뻐하는 소리가 멀리까지 들렸더라. Also that day they offered great sacrifices, and rejoiced: for God had made them rejoice with great joy: the wives also and the children rejoiced: so that the joy of Jerusalem was heard even afar off.
44 ¶그때에 내가 몇 사람을 임명하여 재물과 헌물과 첫 열매와 십일조를 둘 방들을 관리하게 하고 제사장들과 레위 사람들을 위해 율법이 정해 준 몫을 도시들의 밭에서 거두어 그 방들에 두게 하였으니 이는 섬기는 제사장들과 레위 사람들로 인하여 유다가 기뻐하였기 때문이더라. And at that time were some appointed over the chambers for the treasures, for the offerings, for the firstfruits, and for the tithes, to gather into them out of the fields of the cities the portions of the law for the priests and Levites: for Judah rejoiced for the priests and for the Levites that waited.
45 노래하는 자들과 문지기들이 다윗과 그의 아들 솔로몬의 명령대로 자기들의 하나님을 섬기는 직무와 정결례의 직무를 지켰으니 And both the singers and the porters kept the ward of their God, and the ward of the purification, according to the commandment of David, and of Solomon his son.
46 이는 옛날에 다윗과 아삽 시대에 노래하는 자들의 우두머리들이 있었고 또 하나님께 드리는 찬양과 감사의 노래들이 있었기 때문이더라. For in the days of David and Asaph of old there were chief of the singers, and songs of praise and thanksgiving unto God.
47 스룹바벨 시대와 느헤미야 시대에는 온 이스라엘이 노래하는 자들과 문지기들의 몫을 주되 날마다 각 사람의 몫을 주었으며 또 그들이 거룩한 것들을 거룩히 구별하여 레위 사람들에게 주고 레위 사람들은 그것들을 또 거룩히 구별하여 아론 자손에게 주었더라. And all Israel in the days of Zerubbabel, and in the days of Nehemiah, gave the portions of the singers and the porters, every day his portion: and they sanctified holy things unto the Levites; and the Levites sanctified them unto the children of Aaron.
