1. PSAL. CXXXI. / 1 Dauid professing his humilitie, 3 exhorteth Israel to hope in God. / A song of degrees of Dauid.
1. 1 Lord, my heart is not haughtie, nor mine eyes loftie: neither doe I exercise my selfe in great matters, or in things too high for mee.
2. 2 Surely I haue behaued and quieted my selfe as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soule is euen as a weaned childe.
3. 3 Let Israel hope in the Lord, from henceforth and for euer.
