절	공동번역 개정판 (1999)	King James Version
1	이집트에서 모압에 이른 경로 이스라엘 백성이 부대를 편성하여 모세와 아론의 지휘를 받으며 이집트 땅에서 나와 행군한 경로는 다음과 같다.	These are the journeys of the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt with their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron.
2	모세는 야훼의 명령에 따라 진을 거두어 길을 떠난 출발지들을 기록해 두었다. 그 출발지들은 다음과 같다.	And Moses wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the commandment of the Lord: and these are their journeys according to their goings out.
3	라므세스를 떠난 것은 정월 보름날, 곧 과월절 다음날이었다. 이스라엘 백성은 온 이집트인들이 보는 앞에서 손을 쳐들고 의기양양하게 떠났다.	And they departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the morrow after the passover the children of Israel went out with an high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians.
4	이 때 이집트인들은 야훼의 손에 죽은 맏아들들의 장례를 치르고 있었다. 이집트인들은 야훼께서 그들의 신들을 심판하시는 바람에 맞아 죽었던 것이다.	For the Egyptians buried all their firstborn, which the Lord had smitten among them: upon their gods also the Lord executed judgments.
5	이스라엘 백성은 라므세스를 떠나 수꼿에 이르러 진을 쳤다.	And the children of Israel removed from Rameses, and pitched in Succoth.
6	수꼿을 떠나 광야가 시작되는 에담에 진을 쳤고	And they departed from Succoth, and pitched in Etham, which is in the edge of the wilderness.
7	에담을 떠나 바알스본을 마주보고 있는 비하히롯으로 되돌아가서 믹돌 앞에 진을 쳤다.	And they removed from Etham, and turned again unto Pi–hahiroth, which is before Baal–zephon: and they pitched before Migdol.
8	비하히롯을 떠나 바다 한가운데를 건너 광야 길에 들어서서 에담 광야로 사흘 길을 가다가 마라에 이르러 진을 쳤다.	And they departed from before Pi–hahiroth, and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, and went three days’ journey in the wilderness of Etham, and pitched in Marah.
9	마라를 떠나 엘림에 진을 쳤다. 엘림에는 열두 샘이 있고 종려나무가 일흔 그루나 있었다.	And they removed from Marah, and came unto Elim: and in Elim were twelve fountains of water, and threescore and ten palm trees; and they pitched there.
10	엘림을 떠나 홍해 가에 이르러 진을 쳤다.	And they removed from Elim, and encamped by the Red sea.
11	홍해를 떠나 신 광야에 진을 쳤다.	And they removed from the Red sea, and encamped in the wilderness of Sin.
12	신 광야를 떠나 돕카에 진을 쳤다.	And they took their journey out of the wilderness of Sin, and encamped in Dophkah.
13	돕카를 떠나 알루스에 진을 쳤다.	And they departed from Dophkah, and encamped in Alush.
14	알루스를 떠나 르비딤에 진을 쳤다. 거기에는 백성이 마실 물이 없었다.	And they removed from Alush, and encamped at Rephidim, where was no water for the people to drink.
15	르비딤을 떠나 시나이 광야에 이르러 진을 쳤다.	And they departed from Rephidim, and pitched in the wilderness of Sinai.
16	시나이 광야를 떠나 키브롯하따아와에 진을 쳤다.	And they removed from the desert of Sinai, and pitched at Kibroth–hattaavah.
17	키브롯하따아와를 떠나 하세롯에 진을 쳤다.	And they departed from Kibroth–hattaavah, and encamped at Hazeroth.
18	하세롯을 떠나 리드마에 진을 쳤다.	And they departed from Hazeroth, and pitched in Rithmah.
19	리드마를 떠나 림몬베레스에 진을 쳤다.	And they departed from Rithmah, and pitched at Rimmon–parez.
20	림몬베레스를 떠나 리브나에 진을 쳤다.	And they departed from Rimmon–parez, and pitched in Libnah.
21	리브나를 떠나 리싸에 진을 쳤다.	And they removed from Libnah, and pitched at Rissah.
22	리싸를 떠나 크헬라다에 진을 쳤다.	And they journeyed from Rissah, and pitched in Kehelathah.
23	크헬라다를 떠나 세벨 산에 진을 쳤다.	And they went from Kehelathah, and pitched in mount Shapher.
24	세벨 산을 떠나 하라다에 진을 쳤다.	And they removed from mount Shapher, and encamped in Haradah.
25	하라다를 떠나 막헬롯에 진을 쳤다.	And they removed from Haradah, and pitched in Makheloth.
26	막헬롯을 떠나 다핫에 진을 쳤다.	And they removed from Makheloth, and encamped at Tahath.
27	다핫을 떠나 데라에 진을 쳤다.	And they departed from Tahath, and pitched at Tarah.
28	데라를 떠나 미드카에 진을 쳤다.	And they removed from Tarah, and pitched in Mithcah.
29	미드카를 떠나 하스모나에 진을 쳤다.	And they went from Mithcah, and pitched in Hashmonah.
30	하스모나를 떠나 모세롯에 진을 쳤다.	And they departed from Hashmonah, and encamped at Moseroth.
31	모세롯을 떠나 브네야아칸에 진을 쳤다.	And they departed from Moseroth, and pitched in Bene–jaakan.
32	브네야아칸을 떠나 호르하낏가드에 진을 쳤다.	And they removed from Bene–jaakan, and encamped at Hor–hagidgad.
33	호르하낏가드를 떠나 욧바다에 진을 쳤다.	And they went from Hor–hagidgad, and pitched in Jotbathah.
34	욧바다를 떠나 아브로나에 진을 쳤다.	And they removed from Jotbathah, and encamped at Ebronah.
35	아브로나를 떠나 에시욘게벨에 진을 쳤다.	And they departed from Ebronah, and encamped at Ezion–gaber.
36	에시욘게벨을 떠나 씬 광야에 이르러 카데스에 진을 쳤다.	And they removed from Ezion–gaber, and pitched in the wilderness of Zin, which is Kadesh.
37	카데스를 떠나 에돔 접경에 있는 호르 산에 이르러 진을 쳤다.	And they removed from Kadesh, and pitched in mount Hor, in the edge of the land of Edom.
38	사제 아론이 야훼의 분부를 따라 호르 산에 올라가 죽은 것은 이스라엘 백성이 이집트에서 나온 지 사십 년이 되는 해 오월 초하루였다.	And Aaron the priest went up into mount Hor at the commandment of the Lord, and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the first day of the fifth month.
39	아론이 호르 산에서 죽을 때 나이는 백이십삼 세였다.	And Aaron was an hundred and twenty and three years old when he died in mount Hor.
40	이스라엘 백성이 온다는 소식을 가나안 출신 아랏 왕이 들었다. 그는 그 때 가나안 지경 네겝에 살고 있었다.	And king Arad the Canaanite, which dwelt in the south in the land of Canaan, heard of the coming of the children of Israel.
41	그들은 호르 산을 떠나 살모나에 진을 쳤다.	And they departed from mount Hor, and pitched in Zalmonah.
42	살모나를 떠나 부논에 진을 쳤다.	And they departed from Zalmonah, and pitched in Punon.
43	부논을 떠나 오봇에 진을 쳤다.	And they departed from Punon, and pitched in Oboth.
44	오봇을 떠나 모압 영토 안에 있는 하아바림 폐허에 이르러 진을 쳤다.	And they departed from Oboth, and pitched in Ije–abarim, in the border of Moab.
45	그 폐허를 떠나 디본가드에 진을 쳤다.	And they departed from Iim, and pitched in Dibon–gad.
46	디본가드를 떠나 알몬디블라다임에 진을 쳤다.	And they removed from Dibon–gad, and encamped in Almon–diblathaim.
47	알몬디블라다임을 떠나 느보 맞은편에 있는 아바림 산악 지대에 이르러 진을 쳤다.	And they removed from Almon–diblathaim, and pitched in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo.
48	아바림 산악 지대를 떠나 예리고 근처 요르단 강 가 모압 평야에 이르러 진을 쳤다.	And they departed from the mountains of Abarim, and pitched in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.
49	요르단 강 가에 친 진은 벳하여시못에서 모압 평야에 있는 아벨핫시띰에 이르렀다.	And they pitched by Jordan, from Beth–jesimoth even unto Abel–shittim in the plains of Moab.
50	가나안 땅의 분할을 지시받다 야훼께서 예리고 근처 요르단 강 가 모압 평야에서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.	And the Lord spake unto Moses in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying,
51	"너는 이스라엘 백성에게 이렇게 일러주어라. '너희가 요르단 강을 건너 가나안 땅에 들어가거든,	Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye are passed over Jordan into the land of Canaan;
52	그 땅에서 주민을 모조리 쫓아내고 돌로 새긴 우상과 부어 만든 우상을 깨뜨려버려라. 산당들도 모조리 허물어버려라.	Then ye shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their pictures, and destroy all their molten images, and quite pluck down all their high places:
53	너희는 그 땅을 차지하고 거기에서 살아라. 그 땅은 내가 너희의 유산으로 주는 것이다.	And ye shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land, and dwell therein: for I have given you the land to possess it.
54	너희는 지파별로 주사위를 던져 땅을 나누어 차지하여라. 큰 지파는 큰 덩어리를 차지하고 작은 지파는 작은 덩어리를 차지하여라. 주사위를 던져 나오는 대로 자기 것으로 삼아라. 대대로 내려오는 지파끼리 나누어 차지하여라.	And ye shall divide the land by lot for an inheritance among your families: and to the more ye shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer ye shall give the less inheritance: every man’s inheritance shall be in the place where his lot falleth; according to the tribes of your fathers ye shall inherit.
55	만일 그 땅에서 주민을 쫓아내지 않고 남겨두었다가는 그들이 너희 눈에 가시가 되고 옆구리에 박힌 바늘이 되어 너희가 살아갈 그 땅에서 너희를 괴롭힐 것이다.	But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which ye let remain of them shall be pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell.
56	내 말대로 하지 않으면, 그들에게 해주려고 마음먹었던 것을 그대로 너희에게 해주리라."	Moreover it shall come to pass, that I shall do unto you, as I thought to do unto them.
