1	အာဒံ၏သားစဉ်မြေးစက် စာရင်းဟုမူကား၊ လူကို ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူသော ကာလ၌၊ မိမိပုံသဏ္ဍာန်နှင့် အညီ၊ ဘုရားသခင် ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူ၏။	This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him;
2	လူယောက်ျားလူမိန်းမကို ဖန်ဆင်း၍၊ ကောင်းကြီးပေးတော်မူ၏။ ဖန်ဆင်းသောနေ့၌လည်း သူတို့ကို အာဒံအမည်ဖြင့် မှည့်တော်မူ၏။	Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.
3	အာဒံသည် အသက်တရာ့သုံးဆယ်ရှိသော်၊ မိမိ ပုံသဏ္ဍာန်နှင့်အညီ သဏ္ဍာန်တည်းသားကိုမြင်ရ၍ ရှေသ အမည်ဖြင့် မှည့်လေ၏။	And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth:
4	ရှေသကို ဘွားမြင်သောနောက် အာဒံသည် အနှစ်ရှစ်ရာ အသက်ရှင်၍၊ သားသမီးများကိုမြင်လေ၏။	And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters:
5	အာဒံသည် အသက်နှစ်ပေါင်း ကိုးရာသုံးဆယ် စေ့သော် သေလေ၏။	And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died.
6	ရှေသသည် အသက်တရာငါးနှစ်ရှိသော်၊ သားဧနုတ်ကို မြင်လေ၏။	And Seth lived an hundred and five years, and begat Enos:
7	ဧနုတ်ဘွားမြင်သောနောက်၊ ရှေသသည် အနှစ် ရှစ်ရာခုနှစ်နှစ်အသက်ရှင်၍၊ သားသမီးများကို မြင်လေ ၏။	And Seth lived after he begat Enos eight hundred and seven years, and begat sons and daughters:
8	ရှေလသည် အသက်နှစ်ပေါင်းကိုးရာ တဆယ်နှစ်နှစ်စေ့သော် သေလေ၏။	And all the days of Seth were nine hundred and twelve years: and he died.
9	ဧနုတ်သည် အသက်ကိုးဆယ်ရှိသော်၊ သား ကာဣနန်ကို မြင်လေ၏။	And Enos lived ninety years, and begat Cainan:
10	ကာဣနန်ဘွားမြင်သောနောက်၊ ဧနုတ်သည် အနှစ်ရှစ်ရာတဆယ်ငါးနှစ်အသက်ရှင်၍ သားသမီးများ ကို မြင်လေ၏။	And Enos lived after he begat Cainan eight hundred and fifteen years, and begat sons and daughters:
11	ဧနုတ်သည် အသက်နှစ်ပေါင်းကိုးရာငါးနှစ် စေ့သော်သေလေ၏။	And all the days of Enos were nine hundred and five years: and he died.
12	ကာဣနန်သည် အသက်ခုနစ်ဆယ်ရှိသော်၊ သားမဟာလေလကို မြင်လေ၏။	And Cainan lived seventy years, and begat Mahalaleel:
13	မဟာလေလဘွားမြင်သောနောက်၊ ကာဣနန်သည် အနှစ်ရှစ်ရာလေးဆယ်အသက်ရှင်၍၊ သားသမီး များကို မြင်လေ၏။	And Cainan lived after he begat Mahalaleel eight hundred and forty years, and begat sons and daughters:
14	ကာဣနန်သည် အသက်နှစ်ပေါင်းကိုးရာ တဆယ့်စေ့သော် သေလေ၏။	And all the days of Cainan were nine hundred and ten years: and he died.
15	မဟာလေလသည် အသက်ခြောက်ဆယ့်ငါးနှစ် ရှိသော်၊ သားယာရက်ကို မြင်လေ၏။	And Mahalaleel lived sixty and five years, and begat Jared:
16	ယာရက်ဘွားမြင်သောနောက် မဟာလေလသည် အနှစ်ရှစ်ရာသုံးဆယ်အသက်ရှင်၍ သားသမီးများကို မြင်လေ၏။	And Mahalaleel lived after he begat Jared eight hundred and thirty years, and begat sons and daughters:
17	မဟာလေလသည် အသက်နှစ်ပေါင်းရှစ်ရာ ကိုးဆယ့်ငါးနှစ်စေ့သော် သေလေ၏၊	And all the days of Mahalaleel were eight hundred ninety and five years: and he died.
18	ယာရက်သည် အသက်တရာခြောက်ဆယ်နှစ်နှစ် ရှိသော် သားနောက်ကိုမြင်လေ၏။	And Jared lived an hundred sixty and two years, and he begat Enoch:
19	ဧနောက်ဘွားမြင်သောနောက် ယာရက်သည် အနှစ်ရှစ်ရာ အသက်ရှင်၍၊ သားသမီးများကိုမြင်လေ၏။	And Jared lived after he begat Enoch eight hundred years, and begat sons and daughters:
20	ယာရက်သည် အသက်နှစ်ပေါင်းကိုးရာ ခြောက်ဆယ်နှစ်နှစ်စေ့သော် သေလေ၏။	And all the days of Jared were nine hundred sixty and two years: and he died.
21	ဧနောက်သည် အသက်ခြောက်ဆယ်ငါးနှစ် ရှိသော် သားမသုရှလကို မြင်လေ၏။	And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and begat Methuselah:
22	မသုရှလဘွားမြင်သောနောက် ဧနောက်သည် အနှစ်သုံးရာပတ်လုံး ဘုရားသခင်နှင့်အတူသွားလာ၍ သားသမီးများကို မြင်လေ၏။	And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters:
23	ဧနောက်အသက်နှစ်ပေါင်းသုံးရာ ခြောက်ဆယ် ငါးနှစ်တည်း၊	And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years:
24	ဧနောက်သည် ဘုရားသခင်နှင့်အတူ သွားလာ၏။ နောက်တဖန် သူသည်မရှိ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ဘုရား သခင် သိမ်းယူတော်မူသောကြောင့်တည်း။	And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.
25	မသုရှလသည် အသက်တရာ့ရှစ်ဆယ်ခုနစ်နှစ် ရှိသော်၊ သား လာမက်ကို မြင်လေ၏။	And Methuselah lived an hundred eighty and seven years, and begat Lamech:
26	လာမက်ဘွားမြင်သောနောက်၊ မသုရှလသည် အနှစ်ခုနှစ်ရာ ရှစ်ဆယ်နှစ်နှစ်အသက်ရှင်၍ သားသမီး များကို မြင်လေ၏။	And Methuselah lived after he begat Lamech seven hundred eighty and two years, and begat sons and daughters:
27	မသုရှလသည် အသက်နှစ်ပေါင်းကိုးရာ ခြောက် ဆယ်ကိုးနှစ်စေ့သော် သေလေ၏။	And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty and nine years: and he died.
28	လာမက်သည် အသက်တရားရှစ်ဆယ်နှစ်နှစ် ရှိသော် သားကို မြင်၍၊	And Lamech lived an hundred eighty and two years, and begat a son:
29	ဤသူသည်ကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကျိန်တော်မူသော မြေ၌လုပ်၍ ပင်ပန်းစွာ ခံရသောငါတို့အား သက်သာစေသောသူဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်ဟူ၍ သူ့ကိုနောဧ ဟူသော အမည်ဖြင့် မှည့်လေ၏။	And he called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the Lord hath cursed.
30	နောဧဘွားမြင်သောနောက်၊ လာမက်သည် အနှစ်ငါးရာကိုးဆယ်ငါးနှစ်အသက်ရှင်၍ သားသမီးများ ကို မြင်လေ၏။	And Lamech lived after he begat Noah five hundred ninety and five years, and begat sons and daughters:
31	လာမက်သည် အသက်နှစ်ပေါင်း ခုနှစ်ရာ ခုနစ်ဆယ် ခုနစ်နှစ် စေ့သော်သေလေ၏။	And all the days of Lamech were seven hundred seventy and seven years: and he died.
32	နောဧသည် အသက်ငါးရာရှိ၏။ နောဧ သားကား ၊ ရှေးမ၊ ဟာမ၊ ယာဖက်တည်း။	And Noah was five hundred years old: and Noah begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
