| 1 | ယောဘပြန်၍ မြွက်ဆိုသည်ကား၊ | But Job answered and said, |
| 2 | သင်သည်အားနည်းသောသူကို အဘယ်သို့မစသနည်း။ လက်ကျသောသူကို အဘယ်သို့ ထောက်ပင့်သနည်း။ | How hast thou helped him that is without power? how savest thou the arm that hath no strength? |
| 3 | မိုက်သောသူကို အဘယ်သို့ အကြံပေးသနည်း။ ထူးဆန်းသော ပညာကို အဘယ်သို့ပြသနည်း။ | How hast thou counselled him that hath no wisdom? and how hast thou plentifully declared the thing as it is? |
| 4 | ဤစကားကို အဘယ်သူအားမြွက်ဆိုသနည်း။ အဘယ်သူ၏ ဝိညာဉ်အားဖြင့် ဟောပြောသနည်း။ | To whom hast thou uttered words? and whose spirit came from thee? |
| 5 | အောက်အရပ်၌ သင်္ချိုင်းသားတို့နှင့်တကွ ရေ များနှင့်ရေ၌ နေသောသူများတို့သည် တုန်လှုပ်ကြ၏။ | Dead things are formed from under the waters, and the inhabitants thereof. |
| 6 | မရဏနိုင်ငံသည် ရှေ့တော်၌ လှန်လျက်ရှိ၏။ အဗဒ္ဒုန်နိုင်ငံကို ဖုံးအုပ်ခြင်းမရှိရာ။ | Hell is naked before him, and destruction hath no covering. |
| 7 | မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်ကို လွတ်လပ်လဟာ၌ ကြက် တော်မူ၏။ မြေကြီးကိုအခုအခံမရှိ ဆွဲထားတော်မူ၏။ | He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing. |
| 8 | ထူထပ်သော မိုဃ်းတိမ်တော်နှင့် ရေကို ထုပ်တော်မူ၍၊ မိုဃ်းတိမ်သည် မစုတ်မပြတ်နေ၏။ | He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud is not rent under them. |
| 9 | မိုဃ်းတိမ်တော်ကို ဖြန့်၍ ပလ္လင်တော်မျက်နှာကို ဖုံးအုပ်တော်မူ၏။ | He holdeth back the face of his throne, and spreadeth his cloud upon it. |
| 10 | အလင်းနှင့်အမိုက်ဆုံမိရာ အပိုင်းအခြား၌ စကြဝဠာကို ကန့်ကွက်တော်မူ၏။ | He hath compassed the waters with bounds, until the day and night come to an end. |
| 11 | ဆုံးမတော်မူခြင်းကြောင့်၊ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်တိုင် တို့သည် တုန်လှုပ်၍ မိန်းမောတွေဝေလျက်နေကြ၏။ | The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his reproof. |
| 12 | တန်ခိုးတော်အားဖြင့် သမုဒ္ဒရာကို ဆုံးမတော် မူ၏။ ပညာတော်အားဖြင့်သူ၏ မာနကို ချိုးဖျက်တော် မူ၏။ | He divideth the sea with his power, and by his understanding he smiteth through the proud. |
| 13 | ဝိညာဉ်တော်အားဖြင့် မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင် တန်ဆာများကိုပြင်၍၊ လျင်မြန်သောနဂါးကို ကင်တန် ဆာများကိုပြင်၍၊ လျင်မြန်သော နဂါးကိုလည်း ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူ၏။ | By his spirit he hath garnished the heavens; his hand hath formed the crooked serpent. |
| 14 | ဤရွှေ့ကား၊ အမှုတော်အရိပ်အမြွက်သာဖြစ်၏။ စကားတော် အသံအနည်းငယ်ကိုသာ နားကြားရ၏။ တန်ခိုးတော်မိုဃ်းကြိုးသံကို အဘယ်သူနားလည်နိုင် သနည်းဟု မြွက်ဆို၏။ | Lo, these are parts of his ways: but how little a portion is heard of him? but the thunder of his power who can understand? |
