| 1 | အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် စိတ်နှလုံး အကြွင်းမဲ့ကိုယ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းပါမည်။ အံ့ဘွယ်သော အမှုတော်ရှိသမျှတို့ကို ပြညွှန်ပါမည်။ | I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works. |
| 2 | ကိုယ်တော်ကို အမှီပြု၍ ဝမ်းသာရွှင်လန်းပါ မည်။ နာမတော်ကို ထာမနာသီချင်းဆိုပါမည်။ အမြင့်ဆုံး သောဘုရား။ | I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High. |
| 3 | အကြောင်းမူကား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ရန်သူတို့သည် ပြန်ဆုတ်၍ လဲကြပါ၏။ ရှေ့တော်၌ ပျက်စီးကြပါ၏။ | When mine enemies are turned back, they shall fall and perish at thy presence. |
| 4 | ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ဘက်မှာ တရား ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူပြီ။ ပလ္လင်တော်ပေါ်မှာ ထိုင်၍ဖြောင့်မတ် စွာ စီရင်တော်မူပြီ။ | For thou hast maintained my right and my cause; thou satest in the throne judging right. |
| 5 | တပါးအမျိုးသားတို့ကို ဆုံးမတော်မူပြီ။ ဆိုးသော သူတို့ကို ဖျက်ဆီး၍ သူတို့ နာမကိုကာလအစဉ်အဆက် ချေဖျောက်တော်မူပြီ။ | Thou hast rebuked the heathen, thou hast destroyed the wicked, thou hast put out their name for ever and ever. |
| 6 | ရန်သူတို့သည် အကုန်အစင်ပျက်စီးခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြပါပြီ။ မြို့တို့ကို ဖြိုဖျက်တော်မူ၍၊ သူတို့အမှတ် မျှမရှိပျောက်ပါပြီ။ | O thou enemy, destructions are come to a perpetual end: and thou hast destroyed cities; their memorial is perished with them. |
| 7 | ထာဝရဘုရားမူကား၊ ကာလအစဉ်အဆက် တည်တော်မူ၏။ တရားပလ္လင်တော်ကို ပြင်ဆင်၍၊ | But the Lord shall endure for ever: he hath prepared his throne for judgment. |
| 8 | မြေကြီးသားတို့ကို တရားသဖြင့် စီရင်တော်မူ ၏။ လူမျိုးတို့အား ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာသော စီရင်ခြင်းကို ပြုတော်မူ၏။ | And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness. |
| 9 | ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းကိုခံရသော သူတို့၏ခိုလှုံရာ၊ ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ရောက်သည် ကာလ ခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ | The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble. |
| 10 | နာမတော်ကို သိသောသူတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကို ယုံကြည်ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ အိုထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကိုရှာသော သူတို့ကိုစွန့်ပစ်တော်မမူ တတ်ပါ။ | And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee. |
| 11 | ဇိအုန်မြို့မှာ ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူသော ထာဝရ ဘုရားကို ထောမနာသီချင်းဆိုကြလော့။ အမှုတော်များကို လူမျိုးတို့အား ဟောပြောကြလော့။ | Sing praises to the Lord, which dwelleth in Zion: declare among the people his doings. |
| 12 | လူအသက်သတ်ခြင်းအမှုကို စစ်တော်မူ၍၊ အသေခံရသောသူတို့ကို အောက်မေ့တော်မူ၏။ နှိမ့်ချ လျက်ရှိသော သူတို့၏အော်ဟစ်ခြင်း အသံကိုမေ့လျော့ တော်မမူတတ်ပါ။ | When he maketh inquisition for blood, he remembereth them: he forgetteth not the cry of the humble. |
| 13 | အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်မသနား တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မုန်းသောသူတို့၏ ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်း အမှုကိုကြည့်ရှု၍၊ သေမင်းလက်မှ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်နှုတ် တော်မူပါ။ | Have mercy upon me, O Lord; consider my trouble which I suffer of them that hate me, thou that liftest me up from the gates of death: |
| 14 | သို့ဖြစ်၍ ဂုဏ်ကျေးဇူးတော်အပေါင်းကို ဇိအုန် မြို့တံခါးဝမှာ အကျွန်ုပ်ပြညွှန်ပါမည်။ ကယ်တင်တော် မူခြင်းကျေးဇူးကို အမှီပြု၍ ဝမ်းမြောက်ပါမည်။ | That I may shew forth all thy praise in the gates of the daughter of Zion: I will rejoice in thy salvation. |
| 15 | တပါးအမျိုးသားတို့သည် ကိုယ်တူးသော တွင်းထဲသို့ ကိုယ်ကျကြ၏။ ကိုယ်ဝှက်ထားသော ကျော့ ကွင်းထဲမှာ ကိုယ်ခြေတို့သည် ကျော့မိကြ၏။ | The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken. |
| 16 | ထာဝရဘုရားသည် တရားစီရင် ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူ ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ထင်ရှားတော်မူ၏။ မတရားသောသူသည် မိမိလုပ်သော အလုပ်ထဲမှာ ကျော့မိခြင်းကိုခံရ၏။ | The Lord is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah. |
| 17 | မတရားသောသူတို့နှင့် ဘုရားသခင်ကို မေ့ လျော့သော အမျိုးသားအပေါင်းတို့သည် မရဏာနိုင်ငံသို့ နှင်ခြင်းကို ခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။ | The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God. |
| 18 | ငတ်မွတ်သော သူတို့ကို အစဉ်မေ့လျော့တော် မမူ။ ဆင်းရဲသော သူတို့သည် မြော်လင့်၍ မရဘဲ အစဉ် မနေရကြ။ | For the needy shall not alway be forgotten: the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever. |
| 19 | အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ထတော်မူပါ။ လူမနိုင်ပါစေ နှင့်။ တပါးအမျိုးသားတို့သည် ရှေ့တော်၌ စစ်ကြောစီရင် ခြင်းကို ခံရကြပါစေသော။ | Arise, O Lord; let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in thy sight. |
| 20 | အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ သူတို့ကို ချောက်လှန့်တော် မူပါ။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ မိမိတို့သည် လူသက်သက်ဖြစ်သည်ကို လူမျိုးတို့သည် သိကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ | Put them in fear, O Lord: that the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah. |
