절	Judson (1835)	King James Version
1	အကယ်စင်စစ် ဘုရားသခင်သည် နှလုံးသန့်ရှင်း သော သူတည်းဟူသော ဣသရေလအမျိုး၌ ကျေးဇူးကြီး တော်မူ၏။	Truly God is good to Israel, even to such as are of a clean heart.
2	ငါမူကား၊ ခြေချော်လုလျက်၊ ခြေရာလွဲလုလျက် ရှိမိပြီ။	But as for me, my feet were almost gone; my steps had well nigh slipped.
3	အကြောင်းမူကား၊ မတရားသောသူတို့၏ စည်း စိမ်ကို မြင်သောအခါ၊ မိုက်သောသူတို့ကိုပင် ငါငြူစူမိပြီ။	For I was envious at the foolish, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
4	ထိုသူတို့သည် မသေမှီတိုင်အောင် နာကြင်ခြင်း ဝေဒနာမရှိ။ ခိုင်မာသောအစွမ်းသတ္တိရှိကြ၏။	For there are no bands in their death: but their strength is firm.
5	သူတို့သည် လောကဓံဒုက္ခမရှိ။ လူများကဲ့သို့ အနှောင့်အရှက်ကိုမခံရကြ။	They are not in trouble as other men; neither are they plagued like other men.
6	ထိုကြောင့် မာနကို လည်ဆွဲတန်ဆာကဲ့သို့ဆင်၍၊ ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်း အဝတ်ကိုလည်း ဝတ်တတ်ကြ၏။	Therefore pride compasseth them about as a chain; violence covereth them as a garment.
7	ဆူဝသောကြောင့် မျက်နှာမော်လျက်ရှိကြ၏။ စိတ်နှလုံးကြံစည်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် လွန်ကျူးတတ်ကြ၏။	Their eyes stand out with fatness: they have more than heart could wish.
8	ဆိုးသောညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းကိုပင် ပြက်ယယ်ပြု၍ ပြော တတ်ကြ၏။ ထောင်လွှားသော စကားကိုလည်း သုံးတတ် ကြ၏။	They are corrupt, and speak wickedly concerning oppression: they speak loftily.
9	သူတို့နှုတ်သည် ကောင်းကင်နှင့် ဆန့်ကျင်ဘက် ပြု၍၊ လျှာသည်လည်း မြေကြီးကို လှည့်လည်တတ်၏။	They set their mouth against the heavens, and their tongue walketh through the earth.
10	ထိုကြောင့် ဘုရားသခင်၏ လူတို့သည် သူတို့ ထံသို့ ပြန်သွား၍ များစွာသော ရေကိုမျိုရကြ၏။	Therefore his people return hither: and waters of a full cup are wrung out to them.
11	ဘုရားသခင်သည် အဘယ်သို့ သိတော်မူမည် နည်း။ အမြင့်ဆုံးသော ဘုရား၌ ဉာဏ်ရှိပါလိမ့်မည်လော ဟု ဆိုတတ်ကြ၏။	And they say, How doth God know? and is there knowledge in the most High?
12	ထိုမတရားသော သူတို့သည် အစဉ်ကောင်းစား ၍ ဥစ္စာပွားများကြ၏။	Behold, these are the ungodly, who prosper in the world; they increase in riches.
13	အကယ်စင်စစ် ငါ့နှလုံးကို ငါသန့်ရှင်းစေသော် လည်း အကျိုးမရှိ။ အပြစ်ကင်းခြင်းနှင့် ငါ့လက်ကို ဆေးကြောသော်လည်း အကျိုးမရှိ။	Verily I have cleansed my heart in vain, and washed my hands in innocency.
14	နေ့တိုင်းနှောင့်ရှက်ခြင်းနှင့် နံနက်တိုင်းဆုံးမ ခြင်းကို ငါခံရ၏။	For all the day long have I been plagued, and chastened every morning.
15	ထိုသို့သဘောကျမည်ဟု အကျွန်ုပ်ဆိုလျှင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ အမျိုးသားတို့ကို ပြစ်မှားရာသို့ ရောက်ပါ လိမ့်မည်။	If I say, I will speak thus; behold, I should offend against the generation of thy children.
16	ထိုအမှုကိုနားလည်ရအောင် ဆင်ခြင်သောအခါ အလွန်ခက်သည်ဟု ထင်ပါ၏။	When I thought to know this, it was too painful for me;
17	နောက်မှဘုရားသခင်၏ သန့်ရှင်းရာ ဌာနထဲသို့ ဝင်၍၊ သူတို့၏ အဆုံးကို နားလည်ရပါ၏။	Until I went into the sanctuary of God; then understood I their end.
18	အကယ်စင်စစ်ကိုယ်တော်သည် သူတို့ကို ချော သောအရပ်၌ ထားတော်မူပြီ။ ဖျက်ဆီးရာအရပ်သို့ ချတော်မူ၏။	Surely thou didst set them in slippery places: thou castedst them down into destruction.
19	တခဏခြင်းတွင် အကျိုးနည်းကြပါပြီတကား။ ဘေးဥပဒ်များအားဖြင့် ရှင်းရှင်းပယ်ပျောက်လျက် ရှိကြပါ ပြီတကား။	How are they brought into desolation, as in a moment! they are utterly consumed with terrors.
20	အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ လူသည် နိုးသောအခါ အိပ် မက်ကိုမှတ်သကဲ့သို့ သူတို့ကို နှိုးတော်မူသောအခါ၊ သူတို့ အကြံအစည်ကို မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြုတော်မူမည်။	As a dream when one awaketh; so, O Lord, when thou awakest, thou shalt despise their image.
21	ထိုသို့ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် နှလုံးနာလျက်၊ ကျောက် ကပ်မွှေနှောက်လျက်ရှိ၍၊	Thus my heart was grieved, and I was pricked in my reins.
22	မိုက်သောသူ၊ ပညာမဲ့သောသူဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ရှေ့ တော်၌ တိရစ္ဆာန်ကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်ပါ၏။	So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee.
23	သို့သော်လည်း အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်ထံမှာ အစဉ်ရှိ၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏လက်ျာလက်ကို ဆွဲကိုင်တော်မူ၏။	Nevertheless I am continually with thee: thou hast holden me by my right hand.
24	အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ဉာဏ်ပေး၍ပဲ့ပြင်တော်မူမည်။ နောက်တဖန် ဘုန်းအသရေ၌ သိမ်းယူတော်မူမည်။	Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.
25	ကိုယ်တော်မှတပါး၊ ကောင်းကင်ဘုံမှာ အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ အဘယ်သူရှိပါသနည်း။	Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee.
26	အကျွန်ုပ်၏အသားနှင့် နှလုံးသည် ပျက်ကြပါ ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ ဘုရားသခင်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်နှလုံး၏ အစွမ်းသတ္တိ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်အစဉ်အမြဲ ခံစားရာအဘို့ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။	My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.
27	အကယ်စင်စစ် ကိုယ်တော်နှင့် ဝေးဝေးနေသော သူတို့သည် ပျက်စီးခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရကြပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော် နှင့် ကွာ၍မှားယွင်းသော သူအပေါင်းတို့ကို ပယ်ရှင်းတော် မူ၏။	For, lo, they that are far from thee shall perish: thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from thee.
28	အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား၊ ဘုရားသခင့်ထံတော်သို့ ချဉ်း ကပ်၍ အကျိုးရှိပါ၏။ အမှုတော်ရှိသမျှတို့ကို ကြားပြော ခြင်းအလိုငှါ၊ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၌ ခိုလှုံလျက်နေပါ၏။	But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord God, that I may declare all thy works.
