| 1 | အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်ယူတော်မူပါဘုရား။ ရေသည် အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ဝိညာဉ်တိုင်အောင် ရောက်ပါပြီ။ | Save me, O God; for the waters are come in unto my soul. |
| 2 | ခြေနင်းရာမရှိ။ နက်လှသော ရွှံ့ထဲမှာ ကျွံပါပြီ။ လှိုင်းတံပိုးလွှမ်းမိုးရာ နက်သော ရေထဲသို့ ရောက်ပါပြီ။ | I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me. |
| 3 | အော်ဟစ်၍ ပင်ပန်းပါပြီ။ လည်ချောင်းခြောက်ပါပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားသခင်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်မျှော်ကြည့် ၍ မျက်စိပျက်ပါပြီ။ | I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God. |
| 4 | အကြောင်းမရှိဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မုန်းသောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ဆံပင်ထက်များကြပါ၏။ မဟုတ်မမှန် ဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ရန်ဘက်ပြု၍ ဖျက်ဆီးသော သူတို့သည် ခွန်အားကြီးကြပါ၏။ ထိုအခါ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် မယူသော ဥစ္စာကိုပင် ပြန်ပေးရပါ၏။ | They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not away. |
| 5 | အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်မိုက်ခြင်းအမှုကို ကိုယ်တော်သိတော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏အပြစ်တို့ကို ရှေ့တော်၌ ဝှက်၍ မထားရပါ။ | O God, thou knowest my foolishness; and my sins are not hid from thee. |
| 6 | ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေသခင်အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို မြော်လင့်သောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အကြောင်းကြောင့် စိတ်မပျက်ကြပါစေနှင့်။ ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ရှာသော သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်အကြောင်းကြောင့် ရှက်ကြောက်ခြင်းသို့ မရောက်ကြပါစေနှင့်။ | Let not them that wait on thee, O Lord God of hosts, be ashamed for my sake: let not those that seek thee be confounded for my sake, O God of Israel. |
| 7 | ကိုယ်တော်အတွက် အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်းကို ခံရပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်မျက်နှာသည် ရှက်ခြင်းနှင့် ပြည့်စုံပါ၏။ | Because for thy sake I have borne reproach; shame hath covered my face. |
| 8 | ကိုယ်ညီအစ်ကိုတို့တွင်၊ လူစိမ်းဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါပြီ။ တမိတည်းသော ပေါက်ဘော်တို့တွင်၊ တကျွန်းတနိုင်ငံသား ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါပြီ။ | I am become a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my mother’s children. |
| 9 | ကိုယ်တော်၏အိမ်တော်၌ စွဲလမ်းပူပန်ခြင်းစိတ်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို စားပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကဲ့ရဲ့သော သူတို့၏စကားသည် အကျွန်ုပ်အပေါ်သို့ ရောက်ပါ၏။ | For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me. |
| 10 | အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ငိုကြွေး၍ စိတ်နှလုံးပါလျက်၊ အစာရှောင်သော အကျင့်ကြောင့်ပင် ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်းကို ခံရပါ၏။ | When I wept, and chastened my soul with fasting, that was to my reproach. |
| 11 | လျှော်တေအဝတ်ကို ဝတ်သောအခါ၊ သူတို့သည် သရော်တတ်ကြပါ၏။ | I made sackcloth also my garment; and I became a proverb to them. |
| 12 | ရုံး၌ ထိုင်သောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်မှာ ပြောဆို၍၊ သေသောက်ကြူးတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အကြောင်းပြုလျက် တေးဘွဲ့၍ ဆိုတတ်ကြပါ၏။ | They that sit in the gate speak against me; and I was the song of the drunkards. |
| 13 | အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား၊ မင်္ဂလာအချိန်ကာလ၌ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ဆုတောင်းပါ၏။ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ ကရုဏာတော် ကြွယ်ဝသည်နှင့်အညီ၊ ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်း သစ္စာအတိုင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် စကားကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ | But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O Lord, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation. |
| 14 | အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ရွှံ့ထဲက ကယ်နှုတ်တော်မူပါ။ နစ်စေတော်မမူပါနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မုန်းသောသူတို့ လက်မှ၎င်း၊ နက်သော ရေထဲက၎င်း လွှတ်ပါစေသော။ | Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink: let me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters. |
| 15 | ရေထ၍ မလွှမ်းပါစေနှင့်။ နက်နဲရာ၌ မမြုပ်ပါစေနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ်အပေါ်မှာ တွင်းဝမပိတ်ပါစေနှင့်။ | Let not the waterflood overflow me, neither let the deep swallow me up, and let not the pit shut her mouth upon me. |
| 16 | အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျေးဇူးပြုချင်သော စေတနာတော်သည် ကောင်းမွန်သောကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်စကား ကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ စုံမက်တော်မူခြင်း ကရုဏာများပြားသည်နှင့်အညီ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မျက်နှာ ပြတော်မူပါ။ | Hear me, O Lord; for thy lovingkindness is good: turn unto me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies. |
| 17 | ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်မှ မျက်နှာတော်ကို လွှဲတော်မမူပါနှင့်။ ဘေးရောက်ပါပြီ။ အလျင်အမြန် နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။ | And hide not thy face from thy servant; for I am in trouble: hear me speedily. |
| 18 | အကျွန်ုပ်၏အသက်ဝိညာဉ်သို့ ချဉ်းကပ်၍ ရွေးတော်မူပါ။ ရန်သူများရှိကြောင်းကို ထောက်၍ ချမ်းသာပေးတော်မူပါ။ | Draw nigh unto my soul, and redeem it: deliver me because of mine enemies. |
| 19 | အကျွန်ုပ်ခံရသော ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်း၊ အရှက်ကွဲခြင်း၊ အသရေပျက်ခြင်းတို့ကို ကိုယ်တော်သည် သိတော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ရန်သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် ရှေ့တော်၌ ထင်ရှားလျက် ရှိကြပါ၏။ | Thou hast known my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonour: mine adversaries are all before thee. |
| 20 | ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်းအားဖြင့် အကျွန်ုပ်သည် စိတ်ပျက်၍ အလွန်ပူဆွေးခြင်း ရှိပါ၏။ သနားသောသူကို ကြည့်၍ မမြင်။ သက်သာစေသောသူကို ရှာ၍ မတွေ့ရပါ။ | Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness: and I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none. |
| 21 | အကျွန်ုပ်စားစရာဘို့ ဆေးခါးကို ကျွေးကြပါ၏။ ရေငတ်သောအခါ ပုံးရည်ကို တိုက်ကြပါ၏။ | They gave me also gall for my meat; and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink. |
| 22 | သူတို့စားပွဲသည် သူတို့ရှေ့မှာ ကျော့ကွင်းသော်၎င်း၊ ခံထိုက်သောအပြစ်သော်၎င်း၊ ထောင်ချောက်သော် ၎င်း ဖြစ်ပါစေ။ | Let their table become a snare before them: and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap. |
| 23 | သူတို့သည် မမြင်နိုင်အောင် မျက်စိကွယ်ပါစေ။ သူတို့ခါးသည်လည်း အစဉ်တုန်ပါစေ။ | Let their eyes be darkened, that they see not; and make their loins continually to shake. |
| 24 | သူတို့အပေါ်မှာ အမျက်တော်ကို သွန်းလောင်းတော်မူ၍၊ အမျက်တော်အရှိန်သည် သူတို့ကို မှီပါစေ။ | Pour out thine indignation upon them, and let thy wrathful anger take hold of them. |
| 25 | သူတို့နေရာအရပ်သည် လူဆိတ်ညံရာအရပ် ဖြစ်ပါစေ။ သူတို့အိမ်၌နေသောသူ မရှိပါစေနှင့်။ | Let their habitation be desolate; and let none dwell in their tents. |
| 26 | အကြောင်းမူကား၊ သူတို့သည် ဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူသော သူကို ညှဉ်းဆဲကြပါ၏။ နာစေတော်မူသောသူတို့ကို ထပ်၍ နာစေကြပါ၏။ | For they persecute him whom thou hast smitten; and they talk to the grief of those whom thou hast wounded. |
| 27 | သူတို့အပြစ်၌ အပြစ်ကိုထပ်၍ ပေးတော်မူပါ။ ကုသိုလ်တော်နှင့် မဆိုင်ကြပါစေနှင့်။ | Add iniquity unto their iniquity: and let them not come into thy righteousness. |
| 28 | အသက်ရှင်သောသူတို့စာရင်း၌ သူတို့နာမည်များကို ချေ၍၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူတို့နှင့် အတူမရေး မမှတ်ပါစေနှင့်။ | Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous. |
| 29 | အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား၊ ဆင်းရဲငြိုငြင်ပါ၏။ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးသည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ချီးမြှင့်ပါစေသော။ | But I am poor and sorrowful: let thy salvation, O God, set me up on high. |
| 30 | ငါသည် ဘုရားသခင်၏ နာမတော်ကို ထောမနာသီချင်းဆိုမည်။ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ပြ၍ ဘုရားသခင်ကို ချီးမွမ်းမည်။ | I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving. |
| 31 | ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ချိုနှင့်၎င်း၊ ခွါနှင့်၎င်း ပြည့်စုံသော နွားလားကို နှစ်သက်သည်ထက်၊ ထိုအကျင့်ကို သာ၍ နှစ်သက်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ | This also shall please the Lord better than an ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs. |
| 32 | နှိမ့်ချသော သူတို့သည် မြင်၍ ဝမ်းမြောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ဘုရားသခင်ကို ရှာသော သူတို့၏ စိတ်နှလုံး သည် အားပြည့်လိမ့်မည်။ | The humble shall see this, and be glad: and your heart shall live that seek God. |
| 33 | ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဆင်းရဲသောသူတို့၏စကားကို နားထောင်တော်မူ၏။ အချုပ်ခံရသော မိမိလူတို့ကို မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြုတော်မမူတတ်။ | For the Lord heareth the poor, and despiseth not his prisoners. |
| 34 | ကောင်းကင်၊ မြေကြီး၊ သမုဒ္ဒရာတို့နှင့်တကွ အရပ်ရပ်၌ ကျင်လည်သော သတ္တဝါအပေါင်းတို့သည် ဘုရားသခင်ကို ချီးမွမ်းကြပါစေသော။ | Let the heaven and earth praise him, the seas, and every thing that moveth therein. |
| 35 | ဘုရားသခင်သည် ဇိအုန်မြို့ကို စောင့်၍၊ ယုဒမြို့တို့ကို ပြုစုတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ ထိုသူတို့တို့သည် နေ၍ ပိုင်ရကြလိမ့်မည်။ | For God will save Zion, and will build the cities of Judah: that they may dwell there, and have it in possession. |
| 36 | ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏သားမြေးတို့သည် ထိုမြို့ကို အမွေခံရ၍၊ နာမတော်ကို ချစ်သောသူတို့သည် နေရာ ကျရကြလိမ့်မည်။ | The seed also of his servants shall inherit it: and they that love his name shall dwell therein. |
