| 1 | အကယ်စင်စစ် ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်သည် ဘုရားသခင်ရှေ့မှာ ငြိမ်ဝပ်စွာ နေတတ်၏။ ငါ့ကို ကယ်တင်ခြင်း အကြောင်းသည် အထံတော်က သက်ရောက်ရ၏။ | Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation. |
| 2 | အကယ်စင်စစ် ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါ၏ကျောက်၊ ငါ့ကို ကယ်တင်ခြင်းအကြောင်း၊ ငါ့ခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်တော် မူ၍၊ ငါ၌ လှုပ်ရှားခြင်းများစွာ မရှိရာ။ | He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved. |

Selah. |

| 7 | ငါ့ကို ကယ်တင်ခြင်းအကြောင်း၊ ငါ၏ဘုန်းပွင့်ခြင်းအကြောင်းကား ဘုရားသခင်ပေတည်း။ ငါ့ကို အားပေးသောကျောက်၊ ငါခိုလှုံရာကား ဘုရားသခင်ပေတည်း။ | In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. |
| 8 | အိုလူများတို့၊ ဘုရားသခင်၌ အစဉ်မပြတ် ခိုလှုံကြလော့။ ရှေ့တော်၌ စိတ်နှလုံးကို ဖွင့်ပြကြလော့။ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါတို့ ခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ | Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah. |
| 9 | အကယ်စင်စစ် ယုတ်ညံ့သော သူတို့သည် အနတ္တ၊ အသရေရှိသော သူတို့သည် မုသာဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ချိန်ခွင်နှင့် ချိန်စက်လျှင် ထိုသူအပေါင်းတို့သည် အနတ္တထက် သာ၍ ပေါ့ကြ၏။ | Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity. |
| 10 | ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းကို မကိုးစားကြနှင့်။ အနိုင်အထက်လုယူ၍ မဝါကြွားကြနှင့်။ ဥစ္စာများပြားလျှင် စိတ်စွဲလမ်းခြင်း မရှိကြနှင့်။ | Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them. |
| 11 | ဘုရားသခင်သည် တကြိမ် ဗျာဒိတ်ပေးတော်မူပြီ။ နှစ်ကြိမ်မြောက် ငါကြားရသော ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ဟူမူ ကား၊ တန်ခိုးသည် ဘုရားသခင်၌ ရှိ၏။ | God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God. |
| 12 | အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကရုဏာနှင့် ပြည့်စုံတော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် လူအသီးအသီးတို့ အား သူတို့အကျင့်နှင့်အလျောက် အကျိုးအပြစ်ကို ဆပ်ပေးတော်မူ၏။ | Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work. |
