| 1 | အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်အော်ဟစ်ခြင်းကို နားထောင်၍ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ပဌနာစကားကို မှတ်တော်မူပါ။ | Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. |
| 2 | စိတ်နှလုံးညှိုးငယ်လျက် မြေကြီးစွန်းမှ ကိုယ်တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်အော်ဟစ်ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်အထက်၌ မြင့်သော ကျောက်သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ပို့ဆောင်တော်မူပါ။ | From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I. |
| 3 | ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ခိုလှုံရာ၊ ရန်သူတို့ရှေ့မှာ ခိုင်ခံ့သော ရဲတိုက်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ | For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. |

| 5 | အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ပြုသော သစ္စာဂတိတို့ကို ကြားတော်မူ၏။ နာမတော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သော သူတို့၏အမွေကို အကျွန်ုပ်အား ပေးတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ | For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name. |
| 6 | ရှင်ဘုရင်၏ အသက်နေ့ရက်ကာလကို ရှည်စေတော်မူ၍၊ နှစ်စဉ်မပြတ် နိစ္စထာဝရ တည်ပါစေသော။ | Thou wilt prolong the king’s life: and his years as many generations. |
| 7 | ဘုရားသခင် ရှေ့တော်၌ အနန္တကာလပတ်လုံး နေတော်မူစေသတည်း။ ကရုဏာနှင့် သစ္စာတော်သည် သူ့ကို စောင့်မစေသတည်း။ | He shall abide before God for ever: O prepare mercy and truth, which may preserve him. |
| 8 | သို့ဖြစ်၍ နေ့ရက်အစဉ်အတိုင်း သစ္စာဝတ်ကို ဖြေခြင်းငှါ၊ နာမတော်ကို အစဉ်အမြဲ ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုပါလေအံ့သတည်း။ | So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows. |
