| 1 | အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ကျောက်ဖြစ်တော်မူသော ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်အော်ဟစ်ပါ၏။ မထူးဘဲ နေတော်မမူပါနှင့်။ မထူးဘဲနေတော်မူလျှင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် သင်္ချိုင်းတွင်းထဲသို့ ဆင်းသောသူ ကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်ရ ပါမည်။ | Unto thee will I cry, O Lord my rock; be not silent to me: lest, if thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit. |
| 2 | အကျွန်ုပ်သည် သန့်ရှင်းသောဗျာဒိတ်ဌာနတော်သို့ လက်ကိုချီ၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို အော်ဟစ်သောအခါ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တောင်းလျှောက်သော အသံကို နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။ | Hear the voice of my supplications, when I cry unto thee, when I lift up my hands toward thy holy oracle. |
| 3 | အိမ်နီးချင်း၏ အကျိုးကိုဖျက်ဆီးလိုသော စိတ်နှလုံးရှိသည်နှင့်၊ လောကဝတ်စကားကို ပြောတတ် သောသူတည်းဟူသော ဆိုးယုတ်သောအမှု၊ မတရား သောအမှုကို ပြုတတ်သောသူတို့နှင့်အတူ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို သွေးဆောင်တော်မမူပါနှင့်။ | Draw me not away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity, which speak peace to their neighbours, but mischief is in their hearts. |
| 4 | သူတို့ကျင့်သော အကျင့်ဓလေ့ဆိုးယုတ်သည် နှင့်အညီ၊ အကျိုးအပြစ်ကို ဆပ်ပေးတော်မူပါ။ သူတို့ ပြုမူသည် အတိုင်းဆပ်ပေး၍၊ အပြစ်နှင့် အလျောက်စီရင် တော်မူပါ။ | Give them according to their deeds, and according to the wickedness of their endeavours: give them after the work of their hands; render to them their desert. |
| 5 | သူတို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား၏အမှုတော်ကို၎င်း၊ လက်တော်နှင့်ပြုပြင်တော်မူရာကို၎င်း မမှတ်ကြသော ကြောင့်၊ တည်ဆောက်တော်မမူ၊ ဖြိုဖျက်တော်မူမည်။ | Because they regard not the works of the Lord, nor the operation of his hands, he shall destroy them, and not build them up. |
| 6 | ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မင်္ဂလာရှိတော်မူစေသ တည်း။ | Blessed be the Lord, because he hath heard the voice of my supplications. |
| 7 | ငါတောင်းလျှောက်သောအသံကို နားထောင် တော်မူပြီ။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ၏ခွန်အားဗလ၊ ငါ၏ အကွယ်အကာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ငါ့နှလုံးသည် ထိုဘုရားကို ကိုးစား၍၊ ငါ့ကို စောင့်မတော်မူသောကြောင့်၊ ငါ့နှလုံး သည်ရွှင်လန်းလျက်ရှိ၏။ သီချင်းဆိုလျက်ဂုဏ်တော်ကို ငါချီးမွမ်း မည်။ | The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him. |
| 8 | ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မိမိလူစု၏ ခွန်အားဗလ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ အထံတော်၌ ဘိသိတ်ခံသောသူ၏ ကယ်တင်ခြင်းအကြောင်းကို ခိုင်ခံ့မြဲမြံစေတော်မူ၏။ | The Lord is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed. |
| 9 | ကိုယ်တော်၏လူစုကို ကယ်တင်၍၊ အမွေတော် ကို ကောင်းကြီးမင်္ဂလာပေးတော်မူပါ။ သူတို့ကိုအုပ်ထိန်း ၍၊ ထာဝရချီးမြှောက်ခြင်းရှိစေတော်မူပါ။ | Save thy people, and bless thine inheritance: feed them also, and lift them up for ever. |
