| 2 | စိမ်းလန်းသော ကျက်စားရာအရပ်၌ ငါ့ကို အိပ်စေတော်မူ၏။ သာယာသောမြစ်နားသို့ လမ်းပြ တော်မူ၏။ | He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. |
| 3 | ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်ကိုအားဖြည့်၍၊ နာမတော်အဘို့ အလိုငှါ တရားလမ်းထဲ၌ သွေးဆောင်တော်မူ၏။ | He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. |
| 4 | အကယ်၍ သေမင်း၏အရိပ်လွှမ်းမိုးသော ချိုင့် ထဲသို့ ရောက်သွားရသော်လည်း ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကို မကြောက်ပါ။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်နှင့်အတူ ရှိတော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ လှံတံတော်နှင့် တောင်ဝေးတော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ချမ်းသာစေပါ၏။ | Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. |

| 6 | အကယ်စင်စစ်အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကျေးဇူးနှင့် ကရုဏာကို တသက်လုံးခံစားရ၍၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ အိမ်တော်မှာ အစဉ်အမြဲနေရပါလိမ့်မည်။ | Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever. |
