| 1 | ငါသည် ထာဝရဘုရားထံသို့ အသံကိုလွှင့်၍ အော်ဟစ်၏။ ငါ့အသံကို ထာဝရဘုရားထံသို့လွှင့်၍ ဆုတောင်းပဋ္ဌနာပြု၏။ | I cried unto the Lord with my voice; with my voice unto the Lord did I make my supplication. |
| 2 | ရှေ့တော်၌ မြည်တမ်းသော စကားကို မြွက်၍၊ ခံရသောဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခကို ကြားလျှောက်ရ၏။ | I poured out my complaint before him; I shewed before him my trouble. |
| 3 | အကျွန်ုပ်သည် စိတ်ပျက်လျက်ရှိသောအခါ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သွားသောလမ်းကို ကိုယ်တော်သိတော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်သွားသောလမ်း၌ ကျော့ကွင်းကို ဝှက်ထားကြ ပါပြီ။ | When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then thou knewest my path. In the way wherein I walked have they privily laid a snare for me. |
| 4 | လက်ျာဘက်သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်ကြည့်ရှုသောအခါ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သိကျွမ်းသောသူမရှိပါ။ ပြေးလွတ်ရာလမ်းလည်း ပိတ်ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ကို နှမြောသောသူမရှိပါ။ | I looked on my right hand, and beheld, but there was no man that would know me: refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul. |
| 5 | အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကိုအော်ဟစ်ပါ၏။ အသက်ရှင်သောသူတို့၏ နေရာ၌ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ခိုလှုံရာ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ခံစားရာအဘို့ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ | I cried unto thee, O Lord: I said, Thou art my refuge and my portion in the land of the living. |
| 6 | အလွန်နှိမ့်ချလျက်နေသော အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ကြွေး ကြော်သံကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ သောသူတို့လက်မှ ကယ်နှုတ်တော်မူပါ။ သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ထက်သာ၍ ခွန်အားကြီးကြပါ၏။ | Attend unto my cry; for I am brought very low: deliver me from my persecutors; for they are stronger than I. |
