| 1 | ထာဝရဘုရားကို ကြောက်ရွံ့၍၊ လမ်းခရီးတော် သို့ လိုက်သွားသမျှသော သူတို့သည် မင်္ဂလာရှိကြ၏။ | Blessed is every one that feareth the Lord; that walketh in his ways. |
| 2 | ထိုသို့ပြုလျှင် သင်သည် မိမိလက်နှင့် လုပ် ဆောင်၍ရသော အစာကို စားရလိမ့်မည်။ မင်္ဂလာရှိ၍ ကောင်းစားရလိမ့်မည်။ | For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee. |
| 3 | သင်၏မယားသည် သင့်အိမ်နားမှာ များစွာ အသီးသီးသော စပျစ်နွယ်ပင်ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ သားသမီး တို့သည် သင့်စားပွဲပတ်လည်၌ စိုက်ပျိုးသော သံလွင်ပင် များကဲ့သို့၎င်း ဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ | Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table. |
| 4 | ထာဝရဘုရားကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သောသူသည် ထိုသို့ သော မင်္ဂလာရှိရလိမ့်မည်။ | Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the Lord. |
| 5 | ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဇိအုန်တောင်ပေါ်က ကောင်းကြီးပေးတော်မူ၍၊ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ခံရသော ကောင်းကျိုးကို တသက်လုံးမြင်ရလိမ့်မည်။ | The Lord shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life. |
| 6 | မိမိသားသမီးတို့၌ ဘွားမြင်သော သားသမီး တို့ကိုလည်း မြင်ရလိမ့်မည်။ ဣသရေလအမျိုး၌ ငြိမ်ဝပ် ခြင်း ရှိပါစေသော။ | Yea, thou shalt see thy children’s children, and peace upon Israel. |
