절	Judson (1835)	King James Version
1	ထာဝရဘုရား၏ တရားလမ်း၌ မလွဲမတိမ်း၊ လိုက်သွားသော သူတို့သည် မင်္ဂလာရှိကြ၏။	Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord.
2	သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို စောင့်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို စိတ်နှလုံး အကြွင်းမဲ့ရှာသော သူတို့သည် မင်္ဂလာရှိကြ၏။	Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.
3	ထိုသူတို့သည် ဒုစရိုက်ကိုမပြု၊ လမ်းခရီးတော်၌ လိုက်သွား တတ်ကြ၏။	They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.
4	အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကြိုးစား၍ ကျင့်ဘို့ရာ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဩဝါဒပေးတော်မူပြီ။	Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.
5	ကိုယ်တော်၏ အထုံးအဖွဲ့များကို စောင့်နိုင်မည် အကြောင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် လမ်းဖြောင့်ပါစေသော။	O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!
6	အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ပညတ်တော် အလုံးစုံတို့ကို ထောက်ထားသောအခါ၊ ရှက်ကြောက်ခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ် ရပါ၏။	Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.
7	ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာ စီရင်တော်မူချက်များကို အကျွန်ုပ်လေ့ကျက်ပြီးမှ၊ ဂုဏ်တော်ကို ဖြောင့်သော သဘောနှင့် ချီးမွမ်းပါမည်။	I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.
8	ကိုယ်တော်၏ အထုံးအဖွဲ့များကို စောင့်ပါမည်။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ရှင်းရှင်းစွန့်ပစ်တော် မမူပါနှင့်။	I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.
9	လူပျိုသည် မိမိသွားသောလမ်းကို အဘယ်သို့ သန့်ရှင်းစေနိုင်ပါမည်နည်းဟူမူကား၊ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော် အတိုင်း သတိပြုရမည်။	Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.
10	အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကို စိတ်နှလုံးအကြွင်း မဲ့ရှာပါ၏။ ပညတ်တော်လမ်းမှ လွဲစေတော်မမူပါနှင့်။	With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.
11	ကိုယ်တော်ကို မပြစ်မှားဘဲ နေနိုင်မည် အကြောင်း၊ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ကို နှလုံးထဲမှာ သိုထားပါပြီ။	Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.
12	အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် မင်္ဂလာရှိတော် မူ၏။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်၌ သွန်သင် တော်မူပါ။	Blessed art thou, O Lord: teach me thy statutes.
13	စီရင်တော်မူရာ နှုတ်တော်ထွက် အလုံးစုံတို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်နှုတ်နှင့် ဟောပြောပါ၏။	With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.
14	ခပ်သိမ်းသော စည်းစိမ်ဥစ္စာကို ရဘိသကဲ့သို့၊ သက်သေခံတော်မူရာလမ်း၌ ဝမ်းမြောက်ပါ၏။	I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches.
15	ပေးတော်မူသော ဩဝါဒကို ဆင်ခြင်၍ လမ်း ခရီးတော်တို့ကို ကြည့်ရှုပါ၏။	I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.
16	အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့၌ မွေ့လျော်ပါ၏။ နှုတ်က ပတ်တော်ကို မမှတ်ဘဲမနေပါ။	I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.
17	ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်သည် အသက်ရှင်၍၊ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို စောင့်နိုင်ပါမည်အကြောင်း၊ ကျေးဇူး ပြုတော်မူပါ။	Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, and keep thy word.
18	တရားတော်၌ အံ့ဘွယ်သောအရာတို့ကို မြင်နိုင် ပါမည်အကြောင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏မျက်စိတို့ကို ဖွင့်တော်မူပါ။	Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.
19	အကျွန်ုပ်သည် မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာ ဧည့်သည်ဖြစ်ပါ ၏။ ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို ဝှက်ထားတော်မမူပါနှင့်။	I am a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.
20	စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့ကို အစဉ်မပြတ် တောင့်တ သောအားဖြင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ စိတ်နှလုံးကြေကွဲလျက် ရှိပါ၏။	My soul breaketh for the longing that it hath unto thy judgments at all times.
21	မာနကြီးသောသူနှင့် ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို လွန်ကျူး၍၊ အကျိန်ခံရသော သူတို့ကို ကိုယ်တော် ဆုံးမတော်မူ၏။	Thou hast rebuked the proud that are cursed, which do err from thy commandments.
22	အကျွန်ုပ်သည် သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို စောင့်ပါသည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်း၊ မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြုခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ်စေတော်မူပါ။	Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have kept thy testimonies.
23	မင်းတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌ ထိုင်၍ပြောကြ ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်မူကား၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို ဆင်ခြင်လျက်နေပါ၏။	Princes also did sit and speak against me: but thy servant did meditate in thy statutes.
24	သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် မွေ့လျော်ရာ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တိုင်ပင်ရာ ဖြစ်ကြပါ၏။	Thy testimonies also are my delight and my counsellors.
25	အကျွန်ုပ်၏ အသက်သည် မြေမှုန့်၌ မှီဝဲလျက် ရှိပါ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်အတိုင်း အသက်ရှင်စေတော် မူပါ။	My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word.
26	အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်အကျင့်တို့ကိုဘော်ပြ၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် နားထောင်တော်မူပြီ။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော် တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်၌ သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။	I have declared my ways, and thou heardest me: teach me thy statutes.
27	ပေးတော်မူသော ဩဝါဒလမ်းကို အကျွန်ုပ် နားလည်စေတော်မူပါ။ သို့ပြုလျှင် အံ့ဘွယ်သော အမှု တော်တို့ကို ဆင်ခြင်အောက်မေ့ပါမည်။	Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: so shall I talk of thy wondrous works.
28	အကျွန်ုပ် ဝမ်းနည်းခြင်းအားဖြင့် စိတ်နှလုံး အရည်ယိုလျက် ရှိပါ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်အတိုင်း တည်ကြည်စေတော်မူပါ။	My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen thou me according unto thy word.
29	မုသာလမ်းကို အကျွန်ုပ်ရှောင်ပါမည် အကြောင်း၊ ကယ်မ၍တရားတော်ကို ပေးသနားတော် မူပါ။	Remove from me the way of lying: and grant me thy law graciously.
30	သစ္စာလမ်းကို အကျွန်ုပ်ရွေးပါပြီ။ စီရင်တော် မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ရှေ့မှာ ထားပါပြီ။	I have chosen the way of truth: thy judgments have I laid before me.
31	သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့၌ မှီဝဲပါပြီ။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အရှက်ကွဲစေတော်မမူပါနှင့်။	I have stuck unto thy testimonies: O Lord, put me not to shame.
32	အကျွန်ုပ်ဉာဏ်ကို ပွင့်စေတော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ပညတ်တော်လမ်းသို့ အလျင်အမြန် လိုက်ပါမည်။	I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart.
33	အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်လမ်းကို အကျွန်ုပ်အား သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။ အဆုံးတိုင်အောင် လိုက်သွားပါမည်။	Teach me, O Lord, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.
34	ဉာဏ်ကို ပေးတော်မူပါ။ တရားတော်ကို စောင့် ပါမည်။ စိတ်နှလုံး အကြွင်းမဲ့စောင့်ပါမည်။	Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.
35	ပညတ်တော်လမ်း၌ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ပို့ဆောင်တော် မူပါ။ ထိုလမ်းကို နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။	Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight.
36	အကျွန်ုပ်စိတ်နှလုံးကို လောဘဘက်သို့မဟုတ်၊ သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ ဘက်သို့ ဆွဲတော်မူပါ။	Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.
37	အနတ္တကို ပမာဏမပြုစေခြင်းငှါ အကျွန်ုပ် မျက်စိကို အခြားသို့ လွှဲတော်မူပါ။ လမ်းခရီးတော်၌ အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။	Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy way.
38	ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သော ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်၌ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ကို တည်စေတော်မူပါ။	Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear.
39	အကျွန်ုပ်ကြောက်သော ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်းကို ပယ် ပျောက်စေတော်မူပါ။ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့သည် ကောင်း မွန်ကြပါ၏။	Turn away my reproach which I fear: for thy judgments are good.
40	ပေးတော်မူသော ဩဝါဒများကို တောင့်တပါ၏။ ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းတရားတော်အားဖြင့် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။	Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: quicken me in thy righteousness.
41	အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အတိုင်း ကရုဏာတော်တည်းဟူသော ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးတော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၌ ရောက်ပါစေသော။	Let thy mercies come also unto me, O Lord, even thy salvation, according to thy word.
42	ထိုသို့ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို ကိုးစားသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ကဲ့ရဲ့သော သူ၏စကားကို ချေစရာ အကြောင်း ရှိရပါလိမ့်မည်။	So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word.
43	စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ် မြော်လင့်သည် ဖြစ်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ နှုတ်ထဲက သစ္စာစကားကို အလျှင်း ရုပ်သိမ်းတော်မမူပါနှင့်။	And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments.
44	ကိုယ်တော်၏တရားကို မခြားမလပ် အစဉ်အမြဲ ကျင့်စောင့်ပါမည်။	So shall I keep thy law continually for ever and ever.
45	ပေးတော်မူသော ဩဝါဒများကို အကျွန်ုပ်ရှာဖွေ မေးမြန်းသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ အဆီးအတားမရှိဘဲ သွားလာရ ပါ၏။	And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.
46	သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို မင်းများထံမှာ ပြန်ပြော၍၊ ရှက်ကြောက်ခြင်းနှင့်ကင်းလွတ်ပါလိမ့်မည်။	I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.
47	အကျွန်ုပ်သည် နှစ်သက်သော ပညတ်တော်တို့၌မွေ့လျော်ပါမည်။	And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I have loved.
48	နှစ်သက်သော ပညတ်တော် တို့အား လက်တို့ကို ချီ၍၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို ဆင်ခြင် အောက်မေ့ပါမည်။	My hands also will I lift up unto thy commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in thy statutes.
49	အကျွန်ုပ် မြော်လင့်စရာအကြောင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ကျွန်၌ ထားတော်မူသော နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို အောက်မေ့တော်မူပါ။	Remember the word unto thy servant, upon which thou hast caused me to hope.
50	ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အားဖြင့် အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ရှင် သည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ဆင်းရဲကိုခံရစဉ်တွင်၊ ထိုနှုတ်ကပတ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ်သက်သာစရာအကြောင်း ဖြစ်ပါ၏။	This is my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath quickened me.
51	မာနကြီးသောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အလွန် ကဲ့ရဲ့သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ တရားလမ်းကို အကျွန်ုပ် မရှောင်ပါ။	The proud have had me greatly in derision: yet have I not declined from thy law.
52	အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ရှေးကာလ၌ စီရင်တော်မူ ချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ် အောက်မေ့၍၊ ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ် နှစ်သိမ့် စေပါ၏။	I remembered thy judgments of old, O Lord; and have comforted myself.
53	တရားတော်ကို စွန့်ပယ်သော အဓမ္မလူတို့ ကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၌ ပူလောင်သော စိတ်စွဲလန်းလျက် ရှိပါ၏။	Horror hath taken hold upon me because of the wicked that forsake thy law.
54	အကျွန်ုပ်ဧည့်သည် နေရာအိမ်တွင် အထုံးအဖွဲ့ တော်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်သီချင်းဆိုရာအကြောင်းဖြစ်ကြပါ၏။	Thy statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimage.
55	အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ညဉ့်အချိန်၌ နာမတော်ကို အကျွန်ု အောက်မေ့၍ တရားတော်ကို စောင့်ပါ၏။	I have remembered thy name, O Lord, in the night, and have kept thy law.
56	ပေးတော်မူသော ဩဝါဒများကို နားထောင် သောအားဖြင့် အားရပါ၏။	This I had, because I kept thy precepts.
57	အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ အဘို့ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်စကားတော်တို့ကို နားထောင်ပါမည်ဟု အကျွန်ုပ်ပြောထားပါပြီ။	Thou art my portion, O Lord: I have said that I would keep thy words.
58	ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ခံရပါမည်အကြောင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို စိတ်နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ တောင်းပန်ပါ၏။ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုကို သနားတော်မူပါ။	I intreated thy favour with my whole heart: be merciful unto me according to thy word.
59	ကိုယ်လိုက်ရာလမ်းကို ဆင်ခြင်သောအခါ၊ သက်သေခံတော်မူ ချက်တို့သို့ လှည့်၍လိုက်ပါ၏။	I thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto thy testimonies.
60	ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို စောင့်ခြင်းငှါ မဖင့်မနွှဲ အလျင်အမြန် ပြုပါ၏။	I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.
61	မတရားသောသူ အစည်းအဝေးတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုဝိုင်းကြသော်လည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် တရား တော်ကို မမေ့မလျော့ပါ။	The bands of the wicked have robbed me: but I have not forgotten thy law.
62	တရားသဖြင့် စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့ကို ထောက် ၍၊ ဂုဏ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းခြင်းငှါ၊ သန်းခေါင်အချိန်၌ အကျွန်ုပ် ထတတ်ပါ၏။	At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee because of thy righteous judgments.
63	ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သောသူ၊ ပေးတော်မူ သော ဩဝါဒကို နားထောင်သောသူရှိသမျှတို့နှင့် အကျွန်ုပ်ပေါင်းဘော်တတ်ပါ၏။	I am a companion of all them that fear thee, and of them that keep thy precepts.
64	အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ မြေကြီးသည် ကရုဏာတော် နှင့်ပြည့်ဝပါ၏။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်၌ သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။	The earth, O Lord, is full of thy mercy: teach me thy statutes.
65	အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်အတိုင်း ကိုယ်တော်၏ကျွန်၌ ကျေးဇူးပြုတော်မူ၏။	Thou hast dealt well with thy servant, O Lord, according unto thy word.
66	ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ယုံကြည်သည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ကောင်းသော ဉာဏ်နှင့် ပညာတော်အတတ်ကို သွင်းပေးတော်မူပါ။	Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments.
67	အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ဆင်းရဲမခံမှီလမ်းလွဲပါ၏။ ယခုမူကား၊ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်အတိုင်း ကျင့်စောင့်ပါ၏။	Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word.
68	ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကောင်းသောသဘော၊ ကျေးဇူး ပြုတတ်သော သဘောရှိတော်မူ၏။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်၌ သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။	Thou art good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes.
69	မာနကြီးသော သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌ မုသာစကားကို ကြံစည်သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေ သများကို စိတ်နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ကျင့်ပါ၏။	The proud have forged a lie against me: but I will keep thy precepts with my whole heart.
70	သူတို့နှလုံး သည် ဆီဥကဲ့သို့ ခဲလျက်ရှိ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏တရား၌ မွေ့လျော်ပါ၏။	Their heart is as fat as grease; but I delight in thy law.
71	အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို သွန်သင်စေခြင်းငှါ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ဆင်းရဲခံရသော ကျေးဇူးသည် ကြီးပါ၏။	It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes.
72	နှုတ်တော်ထွက် တရားတော်သည် ရွှေငွေ အထောင်အသောင်းထက်မက၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၌သာ၍ ကောင်းပါ၏။	The law of thy mouth is better unto me than thousands of gold and silver.
73	ကိုယ်တော်၏ လက်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ဖန်ဆင်း၍၊ ပုံသဏ္ဍာန်ကိုပေးတော်မူပြီ။ ပညတ်တော် တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်သင်နိုင်သော ဉာဏ်နှင့် ပြည့်စုံစေ တော်မူပါ။	Thy hands have made me and fashioned me: give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments.
74	နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ် မြော်လင့်သော ကြောင့်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မြင်၍ ဝမ်းမြောက်ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။	They that fear thee will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in thy word.
75	အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့သည် ဟုတ်မှန်ကြောင်းကို၎င်း၊ သစ္စာတော်နှင့်အညီ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ဆင်းရဲစေတော်မူကြောင်းကို၎င်း အကျွန်ုပ်သိပါ၏။	I know, O Lord, that thy judgments are right, and that thou in faithfulness hast afflicted me.
76	ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်၌ မိန့်တော်မူချက်အတိုင်း၊ ကရုဏာတော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ချမ်းသာပေးပါစေသော ဟု ဆုတောင်းပါ၏။	Let, I pray thee, thy merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to thy word unto thy servant.
77	ကိုယ်တော်၏ တရားသည် အကျွန်ုပ်မွေ့လျော် ရာဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ထိုကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ရှင်မည် အကြောင်း၊ သနားစုံမက်တော်မူခြင်းသည် သက်ရောက် ပါစေသော။	Let thy tender mercies come unto me, that I may live: for thy law is my delight.
78	မာနကြီးသော သူတို့သည် ရှက်ကြောက်ကြပါ စေသော။ အကြောင်းမရှိဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ်၌ မတရားသဖြင့် ပြုကြပါပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများကို ဆင်ခြင်အောက်မေ့ပါမည်။	Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause: but I will meditate in thy precepts.
79	ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သောသူ၊ သက်သေ ခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို သိသောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ထံသို့ လှည့်ကြပါစေသော။	Let those that fear thee turn unto me, and those that have known thy testimonies.
80	ရှက်ကြောက်ခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ်မည် အကြောင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်နှလုံးသည် အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့၌ စုံလင်ပါစေသော။	Let my heart be sound in thy statutes; that I be not ashamed.
81	အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဝိညာဉ်သည် ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးကို တောင့်တလျက်နှင့် ခွန်အားလျော့ပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော် ကိုမြော်လင့်ပါ၏။	My soul fainteth for thy salvation: but I hope in thy word.
82	အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အဘယ်ကာလမှ ချမ်းသာပေး တော်မူပါမည်နည်းဟူ၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်မျက်စိတို့သည် ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ကို မြော်လင့်လျက်အားကုန်ပါ၏။	Mine eyes fail for thy word, saying, When wilt thou comfort me?
83	မီးခိုး၌ရှိသော သားရေဘူးကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်ဖြစ်ပါ ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို မမေ့မလျော့ပါ။	For I am become like a bottle in the smoke; yet do I not forget thy statutes.
84	ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်နေရသော နေ့ရက်ကာလ အဘယ်မျှလောက် ကြာရပါမည်နည်း။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲသောသူတို့အား၊ အဘယ်ကာလမှ တရားဆုံးဖြတ် တော်မူမည်နည်း။	How many are the days of thy servant? when wilt thou execute judgment on them that persecute me?
85	မာနကြီးသောသူ၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ တရားကို လွန်ကျူးသော သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်အဘို့တွင်းများကို တူးကြပါပြီ။	The proud have digged pits for me, which are not after thy law.
86	အလုံးစုံသော ပညတ်တော်တို့သည် သစ္စာနှင့် ပြည့်စုံကြပါ၏။ သူတပါးတို့သည် အကြောင်းမရှိဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုညှဉ်းဆဲကြသည် ဖြစ်၍၊ မစတော်မူပါ။	All thy commandments are faithful: they persecute me wrongfully; help thou me.
87	သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မြေကြီးပေါ်က သုတ်သင်ပယ်ရှင်းလုပါပြီ။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများကို အကျွန်ုပ်မစွန့်ပါ။	They had almost consumed me upon earth; but I forsook not thy precepts.
88	ကရုဏာတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။ နှုတ်တော်ထွက် ဗျာဒိတ်တော် ကို စောင့်ပါမည်။	Quicken me after thy lovingkindness; so shall I keep the testimony of thy mouth.
89	အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်သည် ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌ အစဉ်အမြဲတည်ပါ၏။	For ever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven.
90	သစ္စာတော်သည် လူမျိုးအဆက်ဆက် မြဲမြံပါ၏။ မြေကြီးကို တည်စေတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ သူသည်အမြဲနေပါ၏။	Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth.
91	ခပ်သိမ်းသောအရာတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်ဖြစ်၍ စီရင်တော်မူသည်နှင့်အညီ၊ ယနေ့တိုင်အောင် အမြဲနေကြပါ၏။	They continue this day according to thine ordinances: for all are thy servants.
92	အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်၏ တရား၌မွေ့လျော် ခြင်းမရှိလျှင်၊ အထက်ကဆင်းရဲခံစဉ် ပျက်စီးပါပြီ။	Unless thy law had been my delights, I should then have perished in mine affliction.
93	ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေများကို အစဉ်မမေ့မလျော့ နိုင်ပါ။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ထိုဥပဒေသများအားဖြင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင်စေ တော်မူ၏။	I will never forget thy precepts: for with them thou hast quickened me.
94	အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများကို ရှာဖွေလိုက်စစ်သော ကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်တင်တော်မူပါ။	I am thine, save me; for I have sought thy precepts.
95	အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ဖျက်ဆီးခြင်းငှါ၊ မတရားသော သူတို့သည် စောင့်လျက်နေကြပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ဆင်ခြင် အောက် မေ့ပါမည်။	The wicked have waited for me to destroy me: but I will consider thy testimonies.
96	ခပ်သိမ်းသော စုံလင်ခြင်း၏ အဆုံးကို အကျွန်ုပ် မြင်ပါပြီ။ ပညတ်တရားတော်မူကား၊ အလွန်ကျယ်ဝန်း ပါ၏။	I have seen an end of all perfection: but thy commandment is exceeding broad.
97	ကိုယ်တော်၏တရားကို အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အလွန် နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။ တနေ့လုံးဆင်ခြင်အောက်မေ့လျက် နေပါ၏။	O how love I thy law! it is my meditation all the day.
98	ပညတ်တရားတော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ရန်သူတို့ ထက်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုသာ၍ ပညာရှိစေပါ၏။ ပညတ်တရား တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၌ အစဉ်တည်ပါ၏။	Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me.
99	သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ဆင်ခြင်အောက်မေ့သောကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဆရာ အပေါင်းတို့ထက်သာ၍ နားလည်ပါ၏။	I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation.
100	ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများကို စောင့်သော ကြောင့်၊ အသက်ကြီးသူတို့ထက်သာ၍ ဉာဏ်ကောင်း ပါ၏။	I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts.
101	နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို စောင့်လိုသောငှါ၊ မကောင်း သောလမ်း ရှိသမျှတို့ကို လွှဲရှောင်ပါ၏။	I have refrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep thy word.
102	ကိုယ်တော်သည် သွန်သင်တော်မူသောကြောင့်၊ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့မှ အကျွန်ုပ်လွှဲ၍ မသွားပါ။	I have not departed from thy judgments: for thou hast taught me.
103	မိန့်တော်မူချက်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်အာခေါင်၌ အလွန်ချိုကြပါ၏။ ခံတွင်းထဲမှာ ပျားရည်ထက်သာ၍ ချိုကြပါ၏။	How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth!
104	ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများအားဖြင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ဉာဏ်တိုး ပွား၍၊ မိစ္ဆာလမ်းရှိသမျှတို့ကို မုန်းပါ၏။	Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.
105	နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ခြေရှေ့မှာ မီးခွက်ဖြစ်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်လမ်းခရီးကို လင်းစေပါ၏။	Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
106	ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့ကို စောင့်ပါ မည်ဟု အကျွန်ုပ်ကျိန်ဆိုသည် အတိုင်းပြုပါမည်။	I have sworn, and I will perform it, that I will keep thy righteous judgments.
107	အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အလွန် ဆင်းရဲခြင်းကို ခံရပါ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်အတိုင်း အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။	I am afflicted very much: quicken me, O Lord, according unto thy word.
108	အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် စေတနာ စိတ်ရှိ၍၊ ကိုယ်နှုတ်နှင့်ဆက်သော ပူဇော်သက္ကာတို့ကို နှစ်သက်တော်မူပါ၏။ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့ကိုလည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၌ သွန်သင်တော်မူပါဟု တောင်းပန်ပါ၏။	Accept, I beseech thee, the freewill offerings of my mouth, O Lord, and teach me thy judgments.
109	အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်သည် ကိုယ်လက်၌ အစဉ်ရှိ ပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ တရားတော်ကို မမေ့မလျော့ပါ။	My soul is continually in my hand: yet do I not forget thy law.
110	မတရားသော သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ဘို့ ကျော့ ကွင်းကို ထောင်ထားကြပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ဥပဒေသများမှ လွှဲ၍ မသွားပါ။	The wicked have laid a snare for me: yet I erred not from thy precepts.
111	သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် နှလုံး ရွှင်လန်းရာ ဖြစ်၍၊ ကိုယ်အမွေဥစ္စာဘို့ အစဉ်အမြဲ ခံယူ ပါ၏။	Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart.
112	အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို အဆုံးတိုင်အောင် အစဉ် လိုက်ခြင်းအလိုငှါ၊ ကိုယ်စိတ်နှလုံးကို တိုက်တွန်းပါ၏။	I have inclined mine heart to perform thy statutes alway, even unto the end.
113	အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အဓမ္မလူတို့ကို မုန်း၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏တရားကို နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။	I hate vain thoughts: but thy law do I love.
114	ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ အကွယ်အကာ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဒိုင်းလွှားဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို မြော်လင့်လျက်နေပါ၏။	Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word.
115	ဒုစရိုက်ကို ပြုသောသူတို့၊ ငါ့ထံမှ ဖယ်သွားကြ။ ငါသည် ဘုရားသခင်၏ ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို ကျင့်စောင် မည်။	Depart from me, ye evildoers: for I will keep the commandments of my God.
116	အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အသက်ရှင်ပါမည် အကြောင်း၊ မိန့်တော်မူချက်အတိုင်း ထောက်မတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် မြော်လင့်ခြင်းအကြောင်းမှ မရှက်မကြောက်ပါစေနှင့်။	Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope.
117	အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ချမ်းသာရပါမည်အကြောင်း မစတော်မူပါ။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို အစဉ်အမြဲ ထောက် ရှုပါမည်။	Hold thou me up, and I shall be safe: and I will have respect unto thy statutes continually.
118	အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့မှ လွှဲသွားသမျှသော သူတို့ ကို ပယ်တော်မူ၏။ သူတို့ပရိယာယ်သည် မုသာဖြစ်ပါ၏။	Thou hast trodden down all them that err from thy statutes: for their deceit is falsehood.
119	မတရားသော မြေသားအပေါင်းတို့ကို ချော်ကဲ့ သို့ မှတ်တော်မူ၏။ ထိုကြောင့် သက်သေခံတော်မူချက် တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။	Thou puttest away all the wicked of the earth like dross: therefore I love thy testimonies.
120	ကိုယ်တော်ကို ထိတ်လန့်သဖြင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကြက်သီးမွေးညှင်းထ၍၊ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့မှာ ကြောက် ပါ၏။	My flesh trembleth for fear of thee; and I am afraid of thy judgments.
121	အကျွန်ုပ်သည် တရားဆုံးဖြတ်ခြင်း၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် စွာ စီရင်ခြင်းကို ပြုပါပြီ။ ညှဉ်းဆဲသော သူတို့လက်၌ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ပစ်ထားတော်မမူပါနှင့်။	I have done judgment and justice: leave me not to mine oppressors.
122	ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်အဘို့အလိုငှါ အာမခံတော်မူ ပါ။ မာနကြီး သောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မနှိပ်စက်ကြ ပါစေနှင့်။	Be surety for thy servant for good: let not the proud oppress me.
123	ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်းကျေးဇူးကို၎င်း၊ ဖြောင့် မတ်ခြင်းတရားတော်နှင့်ယှဉ်သော ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ကို၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်မျက်စိသည် မျှော်၍ အားကုန်ပါပြီ။	Mine eyes fail for thy salvation, and for the word of thy righteousness.
124	ကရုဏာတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်၌ပြု၍၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။	Deal with thy servant according unto thy mercy, and teach me thy statutes.
125	အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကိုနားလည်နိုင်သော ဉာဏ်ကို ပေးသနားတော်မူပါ။	I am thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies.
126	အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ စီရင်တော်မူချိန်ရောက်ပါပြီ။ သူတပါးများတို့သည် တရားတော်ကို ပယ်ကြပါ၏။	It is time for thee, Lord, to work: for they have made void thy law.
127	အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား၊ ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို ရွှေထက် မက၊ ရွှေစင်ထက် သာ၍ နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။	Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold.
128	သို့ဖြစ်လျှင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသအလုံးစုံတို့ သည် ဖြောင့်ကြသည်ဟုထင်မှတ်လျက်၊ မိစ္ဆာလမ်းရှိသမျှ တို့ကို မုန်းပါ၏။	Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way.
129	သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့သည် အံ့ဩဘွယ် ဖြစ်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ဝိညာဉ်သည် စောင့်ရှောက်တတ်ပါ၏။	Thy testimonies are wonderful: therefore doth my soul keep them.
130	နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို ဖွင့်ပြခြင်းသည် အလင်းကို ပေး၍၊ မလိမ္မာသောသူတို့ကို လိမ္မစေတတ်ပါ၏။	The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.
131	ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ် တောင့်တအားကြီး သဖြင့်၊ နှုတ်ကို ဖွင့်၍ ပန်းတိုက်ပါ၏။	I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for thy commandments.
132	နာမတော်ကို ချစ်သော သူတို့၌ ပြုတော်မူတတ် သည်အတိုင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကြည့်ရှု၍ ကယ်မသနား တော်မူပါ။	Look thou upon me, and be merciful unto me, as thou usest to do unto those that love thy name.
133	မိန့်တော်မူချက် အစဉ်အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ်ခြေ လှမ်းတို့ကို ဖြောင့်စေတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အဘယ်မည် သော ဒုစရိုက်မျှအစိုးမရပါစေနှင့်။	Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.
134	လူတို့၏ ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းထဲက အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ရွေးနှုတ် တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ဥပဒေသများကို စောင့်ပါ မည်။	Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep thy precepts.
135	မျက်နှာတော်၏အလင်းကို ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန် အပေါ်မှာ ထွန်းလင်းစေ၍၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။	Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; and teach me thy statutes.
136	သူတပါးများတို့သည် တရားတော်ကို မစောင့် သောကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်မျက်စိတို့မှ မျက်ရည်သည် မြစ်ရေ ကဲ့သို့စီးပါ၏။	Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not thy law.
137	အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် တော်မူ၏။ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့သည် ဖြောင့်မတ်ကြ ပါ၏။	Righteous art thou, O Lord, and upright are thy judgments.
138	ထားတော်မူသော သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ သည်လည်း တရားနှင့်ညီ၍ သစ္စာမြဲကြပါ၏။	Thy testimonies that thou hast commanded are righteous and very faithful.
139	ရန်သူတို့သည် စကားတော်တို့ကို မေ့လျော့သော ကြောင့်၊ စွဲလန်းပူပန်ခြင်းစိတ်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ ပါ၏။	My zeal hath consumed me, because mine enemies have forgotten thy words.
140	နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်သည် အလွန်စင်ကြယ်သည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ကျွန်သည် နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။	Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it.
141	အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ငယ်သောသူ၊ မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြုခြင်း ကို ခံရသောသူ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများကို မမေ့မလျော့ပါ။	I am small and despised: yet do not I forget thy precepts.
142	ဖြောင့်မတ်တော်မူခြင်းသည် နိစ္စထာဝရ ဖြောင့် မတ်ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၏တရားသည် သစ္စာ တရားဖြစ်ပါ၏။	Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.
143	ဆင်းရဲညှိုးငယ်ခြင်းသို့ရောက်သော်လည်း၊ ပညတ်တော်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်မွေ့လျော်ရာဖြစ်ပါ၏။	Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: yet thy commandments are my delights.
144	သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့သည် အစဉ်အမြဲ ဖြောင့်ကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အသက်ရှင်ပါမည် အကြောင်း၊ ဉာဏ်ကိုပေးသနားတော်မူပါ။	The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live.
145	အကျွန်ုပ်သည် စိတ်နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့အော်ဟစ် ပါ၏။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို စောင့်ပါမည်။	I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O Lord: I will keep thy statutes.
146	ကိုယ်တော်ကို အော်ဟစ်ပါ၏။ ကယ်တင်တော် မူပါ။ သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို စောင့်ပါမည်။	I cried unto thee; save me, and I shall keep thy testimonies.
147	မိုဃ်းမလင်းမှီ အကျွန်ုပ် အော်ဟစ်တတ်ပါ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို မြော်လင့်လျက်နေပါ၏။	I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy word.
148	ဗျာဒိတ်တော်တို့ကို ဆင်ခြင်အောက်မေ့လိုသော ငှါ၊ ညဉ့်ယံမလွန်မှီ အကျွန်ုပ်နိုးတတ်ပါ၏။	Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word.
149	အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကရုဏာတော်ရှိသည် အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ်စကားကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ စီရင် တော်မူချက်နှင့်အညီ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင်စေတော် မူပါ။	Hear my voice according unto thy lovingkindness: O Lord, quicken me according to thy judgment.
150	မကောင်းသောအကြံအစည်၌ ကျင်လည်သော သူတို့သည် အနီးသို့ချဉ်းကြပါ၏။ သူတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ၏တရားနှင့် ဝေးကြပါ၏။	They draw nigh that follow after mischief: they are far from thy law.
151	အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် နီးတော်မူ ၏။ အလုံးစုံသော ပညတ်တော်တို့သည် သစ္စာဖြစ်ကြ ပါ၏။	Thou art near, O Lord; and all thy commandments are truth.
152	သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို အစဉ်အမြဲထား တော်မူကြောင်းကို၊ ရှေ့ဦးစွာမှစ၍ အကျွန်ုပ်သိပါ၏။	Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them for ever.
153	အကျွန်ုပ်ခံရသော ဆင်းရဲခြင်းကို ကြည့်ရှု၍၊ ကယ်နှုတ်တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်၏တရားကို မမေ့ မလျော့ပါ။	Consider mine affliction, and deliver me: for I do not forget thy law.
154	အကျွန်ုပ် အမှုကို စောင့်၍ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုရွေးနှုတ် တော်မူပါ။ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အားဖြင့် အသက်ရှင်စေတော် မူပါ။	Plead my cause, and deliver me: quicken me according to thy word.
155	မတရားသောသူတို့သည် အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို မရှာသောကြောင့်၊ ကယ်တင်ခြင်းနှင့် ဝေးကြပါ၏။	Salvation is far from the wicked: for they seek not thy statutes.
156	အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ သနားစုံမက်တော်မူခြင်း သဘောသည် ကြွယ်ဝပါ၏။ စီရင်တော်မူချက်နှင့်အညီ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။	Great are thy tender mercies, O Lord: quicken me according to thy judgments.
157	အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲသောသူနှင့် ရန်ဘက်ပြု သော သူတို့သည် များကြပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့မှ လွှဲ၍မသွားပါ။	Many are my persecutors and mine enemies; yet do I not decline from thy testimonies.
158	သစ္စာမရှိသောသူတို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်သည်မြင်၍ စိတ်နာပါ၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ သူတို့သည် ဗျာဒိတ်တော် စကားကို နားမထောင်ဘဲ နေကြပါ၏။	I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not thy word.
159	ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒသများကို အကျွန်ုပ် နှစ်သက်ကြောင်းကို မှတ်တော်မူပါ။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကရုဏာတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင် စေတော်မူပါ။	Consider how I love thy precepts: quicken me, O Lord, according to thy lovingkindness.
160	နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်အလုံးစုံတို့သည် ဟုတ်မှန်ပါ ၏။ တရားသဖြင့် စီရင်တော်မူချက်ရှိသမျှတို့သည် အစဉ် အမြဲ တည်ကြပါ၏။	Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.
161	အစိုးရသော သူတို့သည် အကြောင်းမရှိဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲကြသော်လည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်စိတ်နှလုံး သည် စကားတော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ပါ၏။	Princes have persecuted me without a cause: but my heart standeth in awe of thy word.
162	လက်ရဥစ္စာများကို တွေ့သကဲ့သို့ ဗျာဒိတ်တော် စကားကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ်ဝမ်းမြောက်ပါ၏။	I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil.
163	မုသာစကားကို ကြားပျင်းရွံရှာပါ၏။ တရား တော်ကိုကား နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။	I hate and abhor lying: but thy law do I love.
164	ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာ စီရင်တော်မူချက်များကြောင့် ကိုယ်တော်ကို တရက်လျှင် ခုနစ်ကြိမ် ချီးမွမ်းတတ်ပါ၏။	Seven times a day do I praise thee because of thy righteous judgments.
165	တရားတော်ကို နှစ်သက်သော သူတို့၌ ကြီးစွာ သော ငြိမ်ဝပ်ခြင်း ရှိပါ၏။ သူတို့စိတ်ပျက်စရာအကြောင်း မရှိပါ။	Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.
166	အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်းကျေးဇူး ကို အကျွန်ုပ်မြော်လင့်၍၊ ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို ကျင့်ပါ၏။	Lord, I have hoped for thy salvation, and done thy commandments.
167	သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ဝိညာဉ် သည် စောင့်ပါ၏။ အလွန်နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။	My soul hath kept thy testimonies; and I love them exceedingly.
168	ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသတို့နှင့် သက်သေခံတော် မူချက်တို့ကို စောင့်ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်အကျင့်ရှိသမျှတို့သည် ရှေ့တော်၌ရှိကြပါ၏။	I have kept thy precepts and thy testimonies: for all my ways are before thee.
169	အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အော်ဟစ်သံသည် ရှေ့တော်သို့ ရောက်ပါစေသော။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော် အတိုင်း ဉာဏ်ကို ပေးသနားတော်မူပါ။	Let my cry come near before thee, O Lord: give me understanding according to thy word.
170	အသနားခံသောစကားသည် ရှေ့တော်သို့ ရောက်ပါစေသော။ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်နှုတ်တော်မူပါ။	Let my supplication come before thee: deliver me according to thy word.
171	အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို သွန်သင်တော်မူသော အခါ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏နှုတ်သည် ချီးမွမ်းခြင်းကို မြွက်ဆို ပါမည်။	My lips shall utter praise, when thou hast taught me thy statutes.
172	အလုံးစုံသော ပညတ်တော်တို့သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် ပါသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်လျှာသည် ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ကို သီချင်းဆိုပါမည်။	My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments are righteousness.
173	ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများကို နှစ်သက်ပါ သည်ဖြစ်၍၊ လက်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မစပါစေ သော။	Let thine hand help me; for I have chosen thy precepts.
174	အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးကို အကျွန်ုပ် တောင့်တပါ၏။ တရားတော်သည် လည်း အကျွန်ုပ်မွေ့လျော်ရာ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။	I have longed for thy salvation, O Lord; and thy law is my delight.
175	အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အသက်ရှင်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းပါစေသော။ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မစကြပါစေသော။	Let my soul live, and it shall praise thee; and let thy judgments help me.
176	ပျောက်သော သိုးကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် လမ်းလွဲ ပါပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်ကိုရှာတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို မမေ့မလျော့ပါ။	I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments.
