| 1 | 取総て聞く所によれば、汝等の中に私通あり、而も異邦人の中にも在らざる程の私通にして、或人は其父の妻を娶れりと云ふ。 | It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father’s wife. |
| 2 | 斯ても汝等は驕るか、之を行へる人の汝等の中より除かれん事を望みて嘆かざるか。 | And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you. |
| 3 | 我身こそは其處に在らざれど、精神にては其處に在りて躬之に臨めるが如く、然行ひし人を既に裁判せり。 | For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed, |
| 4 | 即ち我主イエズス、キリストの御名に由り、汝等と我精神と相合して、我主イエズス、キリストの権力を以て、 | In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, |
| 5 | 斯る輩をサタンに付す。是肉體は亡ぶるも、精神は我主イエズス、キリストの日に於て救はれん為なり。 | To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus. |
| 6 | 汝等の誇れるは善き事に非ず、僅の酵は麪の全體を膨らすと知らずや。 | Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump? |
| 7 | 汝等既に無酵麪となりし如く、古き酵を除きて新しき麪たるべし。其は、我等が過越[の犠牲]たるキリストは屠られ給ひたればなり。 | Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: |
| 8 | 故に我等は古き麪酵、及び惡事と不義との麪酵を用ひずして、純粋と眞實との無酵麪を用ひて祝はざるべからず。 | Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. |
| 9 | 我曾て書簡にて私通者に交る勿れと書贈りしが、 | I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators: |
| 10 | 是は此世の私通者、或は貪欲者、或は掠奪者、或は偶像崇拝者に交る勿れとには非ず、若然らば、汝等此世を去らざるを得ざりしならん。 | Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world. |
| 11 | 然れども交る勿れと今書贈るは、若兄弟と名けらるる人にして、私通者、或は貪欲者、或は偶像崇拝者、或は侮辱者、或は酩酊者、或は掠奪者ならば、斯る人と食事を共にする事勿れとなり。 | But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat. |
| 12 | 其は我争でか外に在る人を審く事あらんや。汝等の審くは内なる人に非ずや。 | For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within? |
| 13 | 蓋外に在る人をば神ぞ審き給ふべき。惡人を汝等の中より取除け。 | But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person. |
