| 2 | 雲と暗やみとはそのまわりにあり、義と正とはそのみくらの基である。 | Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne. |
| 3 | 火はそのみ前に行き、そのまわりのあだを焼きつくす。 | A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about. |
| 4 | 主のいなずまは世界を照し、地は見ておののく。 | His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled. |
| 5 | もろもろの山は主のみ前に、全地の主のみ前に、ろうのように溶けた。 | The hills melted like wax at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth. |
| 6 | もろもろの天はその義をあらわし、よろずの民はその栄光を見た。 | The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory. |
| 7 | すべて刻んだ像を拝む者、むなしい偶像をもってみずから誇る者ははずかしめをうける。もろもろの神は主のみ前にひれ伏す。 | Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: worship him, all ye gods. |
| 8 | 主よ、あなたのさばきのゆえに、シオンは聞いて喜び、ユダの娘たちは楽しむ。 | Zion heard, and was glad; and the daughters of Judah rejoiced because of thy judgments, O Lord. |
| 9 | 主よ、あなたは全地の上にいまして、いと高く、もろもろの神にまさって大いにあがめられます。 | For thou, Lord, art high above all the earth: thou art exalted far above all gods. |
| 10 | 主は悪を憎む者を愛し、その聖徒のいのちを守り、これを悪しき者の手から助け出される。 | Ye that love the Lord, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked. |
| 11 | 光は正しい人のために現れ、喜びは心の正しい者のためにあらわれる。 | Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart. |
| 12 | 正しき人よ、主によって喜べ、その聖なるみ名に感謝せよ。 | Rejoice in the Lord, ye righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness. |
