| 1 | 主よ、あなたの怒りをもって、わたしを責めず、あなたの激しい怒りをもって、わたしを懲しめないでください。 | O Lord, rebuke me not in thine anger, neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure. |
| 2 | 主よ、わたしをあわれんでください。わたしは弱り衰えています。主よ、わたしをいやしてください。わたしの骨は悩み苦しんでいます。 | Have mercy upon me, O Lord; for I am weak: O Lord, heal me; for my bones are vexed. |
| 3 | わたしの魂もまたいたく悩み苦しんでいます。主よ、あなたはいつまでお怒りになるのですか。 | My soul is also sore vexed: but thou, O Lord, how long? |
| 4 | 主よ、かえりみて、わたしの命をお救いください。あなたのいつくしみにより、わたしをお助けください。 | Return, O Lord, deliver my soul: oh save me for thy mercies’ sake. |
| 5 | 死においては、あなたを覚えるものはなく、陰府においては、だれがあなたをほめたたえることができましょうか。 | For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks? |
| 6 | わたしは嘆きによって疲れ、夜ごとに涙をもって、わたしのふしどをただよわせ、わたしのしとねをぬらした。 | I am weary with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears. |
| 7 | わたしの目は憂いによって衰え、もろもろのあだのゆえに弱くなった。 | Mine eye is consumed because of grief; it waxeth old because of all mine enemies. |
| 8 | すべて悪を行う者よ、わたしを離れ去れ。主はわたしの泣く声を聞かれた。 | Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the Lord hath heard the voice of my weeping. |
| 9 | 主はわたしの願いを聞かれた。主はわたしの祈をうけられる。 | The Lord hath heard my supplication; the Lord will receive my prayer. |
| 10 | わたしの敵は恥じて、いたく悩み苦しみ、彼らは退いて、たちどころに恥をうけるであろう。 | Let all mine enemies be ashamed and sore vexed: let them return and be ashamed suddenly. |
