| 1 | わが魂はもだしてただ神をまつ。わが救は神から来る。 | Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation. |
| 2 | 神こそわが岩、わが救、わが高きやぐらである。わたしはいたく動かされることはない。 | He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved. |
| 3 | あなたがたは、いつまで人に押し迫るのか。あなたがたは皆、傾いた石がきのように、揺り動くまがきのように人を倒そうとするのか。 | How long will ye imagine mischief against a man? ye shall be slain all of you: as a bowing wall shall ye be, and as a tottering fence. |
| 4 | 彼らは人を尊い地位から落そうとのみはかり、偽りを喜び、その口では祝福し、心のうちではのろうのである。[セラ | They only consult to cast him down from his excellency: they delight in lies: they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah. |

| 7 | わが救とわが誉とは神にある。神はわが力の岩、わが避け所である。 | In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. |
| 8 | 民よ、いかなる時にも神に信頼せよ。そのみ前にあなたがたの心を注ぎ出せ。神はわれらの避け所である。[セラ | Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah. |
| 9 | 低い人はむなしく、高い人は偽りである。彼らをはかりにおけば、彼らは共に息よりも軽い。 | Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity. |
| 10 | あなたがたは、しえたげにたよってはならない。かすめ奪うことに、むなしい望みをおいてはならない。富の増し加わるとき、これに心をかけてはならない。 | Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them. |
| 11 | 神はひとたび言われた、わたしはふたたびこれを聞いた、力は神に属することを。 | God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God. |
| 12 | 主よ、いつくしみもまたあなたに属することを。あなたは人おのおののわざにしたがって報いられるからである。 | Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work. |
