| 1 | 神よ、わたしをさばき、神を恐れない民にむかって、わたしの訴えをあげつらい、たばかりをなすよこしまな人からわたしを助け出してください。 | Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man. |
| 2 | あなたはわたしの寄り頼む神です。なぜわたしを捨てられたのですか。なぜわたしは敵のしえたげによって悲しみ歩くのですか。 | For thou art the God of my strength: why dost thou cast me off? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy? |
| 3 | あなたの光とまこととを送ってわたしを導き、あなたの聖なる山と、あなたの住まわれる所にわたしをいたらせてください。 | O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles. |
| 4 | その時わたしは神の祭壇へ行き、わたしの大きな喜びである神へ行きます。神よ、わが神よ、わたしは琴をもってあなたをほめたたえます。 | Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God my exceeding joy: yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God. |
