1 ヱホバよ我なんぢに依賴む ねがはくは何の日までも恥うくることなからしめ給へ In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.
2 なんぢの義をもて我をたすけ我をまぬかれしめたまへ なんぢの耳をわれに傾けて我をすくひたまへ Deliver me in thy righteousness, and cause me to escape: incline thine ear unto me, and save me.
3 ねがはくは汝わがすまひの磐となりたまへ われ恒にそのところに往ことを得ん なんぢ我をすくはんとて勅命をいだしたまへり そは汝はわが磐わが城なり Be thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou art my rock and my fortress.
4 わが神よあしきものの手より不義殘忍なる人のてより 我をまぬかれしめたまへ Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.
5 主ヱホバよなんぢはわが望なり わが幼少よりの恃なり For thou art my hope, O Lord God: thou art my trust from my youth.
6 われ胎をはなるるより汝にまもられ母の腹にありしときより汝にめぐまれたり 我つねに汝をほめたたへん By thee have I been holden up from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother’s bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee.
7 我おほくの人にあやしまるるごとき者となれり 然どなんぢはわが堅固なる避所なり I am as a wonder unto many; but thou art my strong refuge.
8 なんぢの頌辭となんぢの頌美とは終日わが口にみちん Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day.
9 わが年老ぬるとき我をすてたまふなかれ わが力おとろふるとき我をはなれたまなかれ Cast me not off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength faileth.
10 わが仇はわがことを論ひ ひわが霊魂をうかがふ者はたがひに議ていふ For mine enemies speak against me; and they that lay wait for my soul take counsel together,
11 神かれを離れたり彼をたすくる者なし かれを追てとらへよと Saying, God hath forsaken him: persecute and take him; for there is none to deliver him.
12 神よわれに遠ざかりたまふなかれ わが神よとく來りて我をたすけたまへ O God, be not far from me: O my God, make haste for my help.
13 わがたましひの敵ははぢ且おとろへ我をそこなはんとするものは謗と辱とにおほはれよ Let them be confounded and consumed that are adversaries to my soul; let them be covered with reproach and dishonour that seek my hurt.
14 されど我はたえず望をいだきていやますます汝をほめたたへん But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more.
15 わが口はひねもす汝の義となんぢの救とをかたらん われその數をしらざればなり My mouth shall shew forth thy righteousness and thy salvation all the day; for I know not the numbers thereof.
16 われは主ヱホバの大能の事跡をたづさへゆかん われは只なんぢの義のみをかたらん I will go in the strength of the Lord God: I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine only.
17 神よなんぢわれを幼少より敎へたまへり われ今にいたるまで汝のくすしき事跡をのべつたへたり O God, thou hast taught me from my youth: and hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works.
18 神よねがはくはわれ老て頭髮しろくなるとも我がなんぢの力を次代にのべつたへ なんぢの大能を世にうまれいづる凡のものに宣傳ふるまで我をはなれ給ふなかれ Now also when I am old and grayheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come.
19 神よなんぢの義もまた甚たかし なんぢは大なることをなしたまへり 神よたれか汝にひとしき者あらんや Thy righteousness also, O God, is very high, who hast done great things: O God, who is like unto thee!
20 汝われらを多のおもき苦難にあはせたまへり なんぢ再びわれらを活しわれらを地の深所よりあげたまはん Thou, which hast shewed me great and sore troubles, shalt quicken me again, and shalt bring me up again from the depths of the earth.
21 ねがはくは我をいよいよ大ならしめ歸りきたりて我をなぐさめ給へ Thou shalt increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side.
22 わが神よさらばわれ筝をもて汝をほめ なんぢの眞實をほめたたへん イスラエルの聖者よわれ琴をもてなんぢを讃うたはん I will also praise thee with the psaltery, even thy truth, O my God: unto thee will I sing with the harp, O thou Holy One of Israel.
23 われ聖前にうたときわが口唇よろこびなんぢの贖ひたまへるわが霊魂おほいに喜ばん My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee; and my soul, which thou hast redeemed.
24 わが舌もまた終日なんぢの義をかたらん われを害はんとするもの愧惶つればなり My tongue also shall talk of thy righteousness all the day long: for they are confounded, for they are brought unto shame, that seek my hurt.
