| 1 | ヱホバよねがはくは忿恚をもて我をせめ烈しき怒をもて我をこらしめたまふなかれ | O Lord, rebuke me not in thine anger, neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure. |
| 2 | ヱホバよわれを憐みたまへ われ萎みおとろふなり ヱホバよ我を醫したまへ わが骨わななきふるふ | Have mercy upon me, O Lord; for I am weak: O Lord, heal me; for my bones are vexed. |
| 3 | わが霊魂さへも甚くふるひわななく ヱホバよかくて幾何時をへたまふや | My soul is also sore vexed: but thou, O Lord, how long? |
| 4 | ヱホバよ歸りたまへ わがたましひを救ひたまへ なんぢの仁慈の故をもて我をたすけたまへ | Return, O Lord, deliver my soul: oh save me for thy mercies’ sake. |
| 5 | そは死にありては汝をおもひいづることなし 陰府にありては誰かなんぢに感謝せん | For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks? |
| 6 | われ歎息にてつかれたり 我よなよな床をただよはせ涙をもてわが衾をひたせり | I am weary with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears. |
| 7 | わが目うれへによりておとろへ もろもろの仇ゆゑに老ぬ | Mine eye is consumed because of grief; it waxeth old because of all mine enemies. |
| 8 | なんぢら邪曲をおこなふ者ことごとく我をはなれよ ヱホバはわが泣こゑをききたまひたり | Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the Lord hath heard the voice of my weeping. |
| 9 | ヱホバわが懇求をききたまへり ヱホバわが祈をうけたまはん | The Lord hath heard my supplication; the Lord will receive my prayer. |
| 10 | わがもろもろの仇ははぢて大におぢまどひ あわただしく恥てしりぞきぬ | Let all mine enemies be ashamed and sore vexed: let them return and be ashamed suddenly. |
