| 1 | ああヱホバよわれふかき淵より汝をよべり | Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O Lord. |
| 2 | 主よねがはくはわが聲をきき汝のみみをわが懇求のこゑにかたぶけたまへ | Lord, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications. |
| 3 | ヤハよ主よなんぢ若もろもろの不義に目をとめたまはば誰たれかよく立ことをえんや | If thou, Lord, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand? |
| 4 | されどなんぢに赦あれば人におそれかしこまれ給ふべし | But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared. |
| 5 | 我ヱホバを俟望む わが霊魂はまちのぞむ われはその聖言によりて望をいだく | I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope. |
| 6 | わがたましひは衛士があしたを待にまさり 誠にゑじが旦をまつにまさりて主をまてり | My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning. |
| 7 | イスラエルよヱホバによりて望をいだけ そはヱホバにあはれみあり またゆたかなる救贖あり | Let Israel hope in the Lord: for with the Lord there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption. |
| 8 | ヱホバはイスラエルをそのもろもろの邪曲よりあがなひたまはん | And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities. |
