| 2 | O Gerusalemme, I nostri piedi son fermi nelle tue porte. | Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem. |
| 3 | Gerusalemme, che sei edificata Come una città che è ben congiunta insieme. | Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact together: |
| 4 | Là ove salgono le tribù, le tribù del Signore, Alla Testimonianza d’Israele, Per celebrare il Nome del Signore, | Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the Lord, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the Lord. |
| 5 | Perciocchè quivi son posti i seggi per lo giudicio, I seggi della Casa di Davide. | For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David. |
| 6 | Richiedete la pace di Gerusalemme; O Gerusalemme, prosperino quelli che ti amano. | Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. |
| 7 | Pace sia nelle tue fortezze, E tranquillità ne’ tuoi palazzi. | Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces. |
